It has high medicinal value and important research significance, it is widely used in clinical and food therapy. The research progress on pharmacological action of Polygonatum sibiricum was reviewed, in order to provide reference for the further development of Polygonatum sibiricum.

    Chlorogenic acids (CGAs) as a class of ester compounds, are composed of caffeic acid and quinic acid by condensation. CGAs have biological activities such as antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism. The chemical structure, classification and the major plant source of CGAs were introduced. The research progresses of CGAs on its biological activity and application in livestock and poultry production was summarizedin order to provide reference for furtherdevelopment and utilization of CGAs.

    The lean meat rate of Chinese local pigs is lower than that of foreign pigs. Transgenic technology can give new excellent traits to the species. With the rapid development of CRISPR / cas9 third-generation gene editing technology, gene-edited pigs have become the latest development trend in the pig industry. The research progress of gene editing technology in improving lean meat percentage of pork was reviewed.

    Xiangyou 5327 is a new three-line hybrid medium rice combination with early maturing and high-yield, which is bred by Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences with three line sterile line Xiang313A and self bred restorer line R5327. It has the characteristics of early maturity, good yield, strong suitability and high seed production. In August 2019, it passed the approval by Crop Variety Certification Committee in Hubei province.

    For selection ratoon rice in southeast Hubei province, Y Liangyou No.2, Shenliangyou 5814, C Liangyou 4418, Guangliangyou 476 and Longliangyou Huazhan were chosen as materials. And the growing stage, yield and ratoon ability of these five varieties was investigated. The results showed that the performance of Shenliangyou 5814 was good than other varieties, and it was suitably planted as ratoon rice variety. The theoretical yield of Longliangyou Huazhan was high, but the growth stage was longer than other varieties and bad for yield of ratoon season.

    To provide reference for sweet potato [Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.] research work, the research status and development trend of sweet potato in the world was objectively analyzed using the literature database. Core collection database of Web of ScienceTM was used to statistically analyze the research literature of sweet potato from 2009 to 2018 by bibliometrics methods. The results indicate that the output of research papers about sweet potato around the world was increased, and the quality of articles was improved year by year. The top 3 countries at numbers of papers of sweet potato were China, the United States and Japan. Developed countries such as American have the greatest influence in this field. Many highly cited papers were from these countries. In recent years, the research center is in Asia. Many productive and active writers came from China. However, there was still a gap from the world’s advanced level. The United States Department of Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University and other institutions have a greater influence on research papers on sweet potatoes. At present, the main research directions are molecular biology, genetics and food science. The cooperation between countries(regions) and subject has become increasingly closer.

    Four treatments were set up, including no fertilization (T1), conventional fertilization (T2), recommended fertilization (T3) and organic fertilizers replace 50% chemical fertilizers (T4), in order to study the effect of different fertilization on the diversity of fungi and root rot of wheat rhizosphere soil. The results showed that the order of root activity of different fertilization treatments was T4, T3, T2 and T1 from big to small. The yield of recommended fertilization was 5 878.95 kg/hm2,only 66.45 kg/hm2 lower than that of conventional fertilization,and 1 111.80 kg/hm2 more than that of organic substitution. The use of chemical fertilizers reduced soil pH and the richness and diversity of fungal communities, which changed the structure of fungal communities. The relative abundance of Fusarium graminearum was T2, T4, T3 and T1 from large to small. The relative abundance of Bipolaris sorokiniana and the index of wheat root rot were all low in T4. Therefore, properly reducing the proportion of organic fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizer under the recommended amount of fertilizer can not only ensure the yield, but also reduce the incidence of root rot.

    A split block design experiment was carried out to study the application effect of three kinds of controlled-release fertilizer, including Jinnzhengda, Shikefeng and Zhushang, on summer maize cultivar Zhengdan 958, according to set three nitrogen amout levels of 288 kg/hm2, 240 kg/hm2 and 192 kg/hm2. The results showed that the nitrogen use efficiency of Shikefeng was equal or higher than that of Jinzhengda and Zhushang, and the agronomical efficiency and partial productivity of Zhushang were higher than those of Jinzhengda and Shikefeng at the same nitrogen application rate. The application of special controlled-release fertilizer Zhushang was recommended on summer maize in the northern part of Shandong province, and the recommended amount of nitrogen was 240 kg/hm2.

    The meteorological conditions during the period of industrial tomato seedling cultivation in Xinjiang were studied to provide the meteorological basis for industrial tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) seedling cultivation in greenhouse. Microclimate observatory stations in the shed of industrial tomato seedling in Hejing, Yanqi and Bohu of Bazhou in Xinjiang province were installed, and the leaf age and the physiological and ecological indexes of industrial tomato seedling was observed to summarize the light, temperature and water requirements from sowing to transplanting. The results showed that the tomato seedling shed standard were reached when the industrial tomato had grown 5 true leaves, achieved 45 to 52 days seedling age, and reached 12 cm to 15 cm of plant height. It took 8 to 10 days for tomato to grow from sowing to emergence. Time for one leaf to grow was 2 to 15 days. The greenhouse temperature was between 3.8 to 38.8 ℃ with the average temperature being 14.7 ℃ during the entire tomato growth period. The greenhouse temperature was between 5.8 to 36.6 ℃ with the average temperature of 11.8 to 22.9 ℃ during the first to fifth true leave growth period. The accumulated temperature of the whole seedling stage was 805.8 to 955.9 ℃.

    Based on the meteorological data of 10 stations in northern Shaanxi province from 1981 to 2012, the temporal and spatial distribution of drought and the identification of typical drought events were studied by using two commonly used meteorological drought indexes of SPEI and SPI, and the drought historical records were used to verify the adaptability of the two drought indexes in northern Shaanxi province. The results showed that, on the annual scale, SPEI could more accurately describe the interannual variation of drought in northern Shaanxi province than SPI. It was found that the drought in northern Shaanxi province has intensified in the past 32 years. On the seasonal scale, the expressions of the two drought indexes were basically the same, and it was found that spring drought was the main drought in northern Shaanxi province. From the point of view of spatial distribution, both of them found that the southeast of northern Shaanxi province was a region with high incidence of extreme drought. In the identification of 28 typical drought events, 19 events were identified by SPEI and 6 events identified by SPI, and SPEI was more accurate than SPI. To sum up, SPEI is more suitable for drought monitoring in northern Shaanxi province.

    Based on the daily precipitation data the 6 h reanalysis data of NCEP/FNL at 1°×1° from national weather stations and automatic meteorological stations in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao nationality autonomous prefecture, the rainstorms from 2013 to 2018 were analyzed. Rainstorm forecast conceptual model was built through the diagnosis of the characteristics of the situation field and the physical quantity and the samples of 2019 was tested. The results showed that during the heavy rain in Xiangxi perfecture, the high-altitude westerly jets were significant, and occurred under a single blocking condition. Weather systems like vortex and shear line concentrated distributed. There was positive correlation between precipitable water and rainstorm. The 700 hPa vertical velocity large value center can better indicate the regional heavy rainfal. The U component at 700 hPa was dominant, while the proportion of U and V components at 850 hPa was basically the same. Futhermore the change of the component has a good reference for the rainstorm forecast in Xiangxi perfecture. (Super) Low-level jets were conducive to the occurrence and maintenance of heavy rain, and special attention should be paid to the wind velocity fluctuation. Regional torrential rain was related well to the low-level convergence, the intensity and scope of the high-level divergence configuration, while the local rainstorm and forecast factors have good relationship.

    Using of 25 national meteorological stations in the middle area of Shandong province, the temporal and spatial variation characteristics and correlation of air temperature and ground temperature in this area were analyzed by the methods of linear trend estimation, Mann-Kendall mutation analysis,T-sliding and ArcGIS spatial interpolation. The results showed that the interannual variations of air temperature and ground temperature in the middle area of Shandong province were similar and showed an undulating upward trend, and the lowest and highest temperature appeared in the same time. The climate tendency rate of air temperature was slightly higher than that of ground temperature. The seasonal variation of air temperature was all upward. The ground temperature showed a downward trend in summer, and the other seasons showed an upward trend. The warming trend of ground temperature in winter was significantly higher than that of air temperature, but the warming trend in other seasons was lower than air temperature. The air temperature changed before and after 1997, and the ground temperature occurred around 2012. The spatial distribution of temperature showed that the overall trend of air temperature was low in the southeast, high in the northwest, and the warming trend was fast in the east and slow in the west. The trend of ground temperature showed high in the west, low in the Changyi-Weifang-Changle-Wuyuan area, and the warming trend was fast in the north and slow in the south. There was an negative correlation between the air temperature and the longitude, and climate tendency rate of air temperature was positively correlated with the longitude. The level of ground temperature was negative related to longitude, and its climate tendency rate was also negative related to latitude. The months ground temperature and air temperature were extremely positively correlated. The correlation degree in the winter half year was higher than that in the summer half year. The month difference between ground temperature and air temperature was increasing month by month in the first half of the year, and decreasing month by month in the second half of the year.

    In order to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the air quality of each city in China and formulate effective prevention and control measures, the six indexes of SO2,NO2,PM10,O3,CO and PM2.5 were selected as evaluation factors, and entropy weight method was adopted to empower each index. Combined with TOPSIS method, the air quality evaluation model was established, and the air quality ranking of 20 major cities was obtained. The results showed that the three major pollutants were SO2,CO and PM2.5, and the air quality of Shenzhen, Ningbo and Shanghai was better than others. In view of pollution, some suggestions for reducing carbon emissions, popularizing clean energy, strengthening protection measures, paying attention to environmental protection publicity and strengthening supervision mechanism were put forward.

    In order to solve the problem of land destruction caused by mining subsidence and to maintain the ecological environment stability of the mining area, the study on the suitability of land reclamation in subsidence area was carried out based on the theory of R/S analysis and limit learning machine. Firstly, the stability status of subsidence area was judged by R/S analysis, and the evolution law of subsidence stability with time was analyzed. Then, the prediction model of subsidence deformation was built by using limit learning machine to evaluate the development trend of subsidence deformation, so as to provide basis for land reclamation. Finally, the study on land reclamation measures in the subsidence area was carried out combined with the characteristics of coal mining subsidence. The case study showed that the R/S analysis could effectively evaluate the subsidence stability of the subsidence area, and that there were some differences in the subsidence stability of different stages, but the stability tended to increase with time. At the same time, through the prediction of subsidence deformation, the relative error mean value of the prediction results of the prediction model was less than 3%, which has high prediction accuracy, and the prediction model was verified. The subsidence deformation tended to be stable in the later period, and the stability evaluation was integrated to obtain the appropriate land reclamation measures to be taken in the future. Finally, the land reclamation in the subsidence area is a systematic work, and it is imperative to grasp the reasonable reclamation opportunity through the settlement stability evaluation, and reasonably standardize the reclamation measures in combination with the reclamation conditions of the mining area, to improve land use efficiency.

    In order to provide the theoretical basis of magnetic rice straw (MRS) applied in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, the effect of process parameters such as temperature, contact time, initial concentration of MB and the dosage of MRS on MB adsorption were discussed by static adsorption method, and the isothermal adsorption and kinetic model were also examined. Furthermore, the MRS was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the adsorption rate could be up to 97.93% under following conditions: the temperature was 45 ℃, the contact time was 40 min, the initial concentration of MB was 0.05 g/L, and the dosage of MRS was 0.10 g. And the adsorption data followed Langmuir isotherm model (R2>0.94) and pseudo-second-order kinetic model (R2>0.99). It revealed that the chemisorption nature of MRS on MB, and the adsorption process was easy to occur. SEM results showed that MRS surface had a significant change, and Fe3O4 was bound to the straw in the form of tiny particles. Therefore, MRS as a new type of absorbent which not only has high adsorption efficiency, but also has a good solid-liquid separation performance could be used in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.

    Carbon black and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)were flat-pressed to fabricate the activated carbon (AC)-polytetrafluoroethylene electrodes. These AC-based electrodes were applied in a single-chamber BES to achieve autotrophic NH4+-N removal under organic carbon-free conditions. The results showed that NH4+-N removal effect could be enhanced by applying voltage to the BES, in which case the NH4+-N removal efficiency gradually increased as the applied voltage increased from 0.10 V to 0.25 V. The average NH4+-N removal rate in a BES was 47.8 mg/(L·d). Cyclic voltammetry results revealed the presence of several redox-active components on the anode and cathode surfaces, indicating that the AC-based bioanode and biocathode had good electroactivities. Microbial community analysis of 16S rRNA genes based on high-through put sequencing indicated that the diversity of the microbial community increased after electric power application, and Pseudomonas and Paracoccus could be important for nitrogen-compound removal in the BES.

    This study was conducted from December 11, 2018 to April 15, 2019. A total of 250 apex buds were sampled. The morphological characteristics of buds of Damascus rose at different periods were observed by paraffin section. The statistical results showed that the differentiation of rose bud in Damascus began at the end of January, and completed from the end of march to the beginning of April, lasting about 2 months. The flower bud differentiation can be divided into six stages, namely, the cone differentiation stage of reproductive growth, sepal primordial differentiation stage, petal primordial differentiation stage, stamen primordial differentiation stage, pistil primordial differentiation stage and differentiation completion stage. Flower buds began to differentiate at 5 ℃, the differentiation rate was accelerated at 10~15 ℃, and the differentiation was completed at 15~20 ℃.

    To study the factors that affect the survival of Saintpantia ionanthas cutting, and to provide the basis for its cutting production in the future. Taking the leaves of Saintpantia ionantha as materials, the single factor cutting experiments of 4 kinds of different substrates, 3 kinds of plant growth regulators and 2 kinds of plant growth regulators with different concentrations were carried out to analyze the effects of substrates, types and concentrations of plant growth regulators on rooting rate, sprouting rate and number of new buds, and to select the best cutting substrates and concentrations of plant growth regulators. The results showed that the rooting rate, sprouting rate and number of new shoots were the highest when the volume ratio of peat, perlite and river sand was 2∶2∶1, which were 98.00%, 25.82% and 19.00, respectively. It was the best cutting medium. The effects of different plant growth regulators vary with species, among which IBA and NAA can significantly improve the survival effect. The concentration of IBA and NAA in the range of 100~400 mg/L had no significant effect on the rooting rate, but had significant effect on the sprouting rate and the number of new buds. The best concentration of IBA and NAA in cutting propagation was 200 mg/L.

    A experiment with annual grape of Shine Muscat and Yongyouyihao was conducted to study the influences of different nutrient solution and identity the appropriate nitrogen content for grape. The results showed that 30 mg/L nitrogen treatment can promote growth for Shine Muscat and 180 and 120 mg/L nitrogen treatments can promote growth for Yongyouyihao. Shine Muscat is more efficient to use nutrition. With less nutrition, the nitrogen is left less in the substrate under root restriction for Shine Muscat. Yongyouyihao is less efficient to use nutrition. With more nutrition, the nitrogen is left less in the substrate under root restriction for Yongyouyihao.

    Jianghan chicken is a good local chicken of Hubei. The study of early growth rules of Jianghan chicken provide an evidence for new lines breeding. Three kinds of nonlinear model (Logistic, Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy) were used to analyze the growth curve of Jianghan chicken from 0 to 20 weeks. The results showed that the growth curves were appropriately fitted with the three models. Compared the three fitted results, the Gompertz model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of Jianghan chicken (R2≥0.996), the growth inflexion was 9.170 weeks and 763.070 g for male chicken and 9.355 weeks and 623.185 g for female chicken. It was feasible to analyze and fit the growth curve of the Jianghan chicken using the three models. Through the fitting of the growth curve, we can master the growth and development patterns of Jianghan chicken in time and find the problems in feeding and management.

    In the present study two mutations (g.14334bpC>G and g.14369bpC>T) at intron 3 in porcine MMP20 gene were identified by Sanger sequencing. These two mutations were completely linked, and the association results showed that they significantly affected the reproduction traits (TNB, TNA, NAd21, BW and LW) in Large White pigs (P<0.05). GG/CC genotype sows had the lowest litter size, followed by GC/CT genotype sows, while CC/TT genotype sows had the highest litter size.

    In order to investigate the effect of cigarette ventilation rate on the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol and ethyl vanillin in cigarette filters containing alcohol and water systems, the content of phenylethyl alcohol and ethyl vanillin were determined by cigarettes with different ventilation rates and different flavors. The results showed that the release amount and transfer rate of the essence in the alcohol system were slightly higher than those in the water system. With the increase of the amount of phenylethyl alcohol in the filter, the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol showed an upward trend, and the amount of flavor added and the transfer rate showed a significant positive correlation. With the increase of ventilation rate, the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol in cigarette samples showed a gradual upward trend, and the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol showed a significant positive correlation with the total ventilation rate.

    The properties of edible films prepared from raw starch, soluble starch and water-soluble starch were studied. The gelatinization characteristics, contact angle and mechanical properties, permeability, crystallinity and microstructure of three kinds of starch solutions and films were investigated. The results showed that soluble starch film solution and water-soluble starch film solution did not show gelatinization. With the increase of solubility, the contact angle between the three kinds of starch film solution and the plastic plate decreased gradually. With the decrease of the molecular weight of starch, the tensile strength of the three kinds of starch film increased first and then decreased sharply, and the fracture elongation increased gradually. The permeability of salad oil, water vapor, CO2 and O2 decreased was studied, it was found that the permeability of water-soluble starch film was the lowest. The oil permeability, water vapor permeability, CO2 permeability and O2 transmittance were 0.084 g·m/(m2·d), 2.360 g·mm/(m2·d·kPa), 0.320 g/d and 0.023 g/d, respectively. There were great differences in crystallinity and microstructure of the three kinds of starch films. Therefore, the modification of starch molecules significantly affects the properties of starch products and provides technical support for the development and applications of starch.

    Pyrus prifolia Nakai cv Cuiguan was used to investigate the effects of 1-Methylcyclopropene treatment with three different concentrations on postharvest shelf life at room temperature. The results showed that 1-MCP treatment could significantly reduce the respiratory intensity and ethylene release of Cuiguan pear, inhibit the peel color turning yellow and maintain the firmness of pulp and improve the rate of good fruit, and significantly extend the shelf life of Cuiguan pear to more than 20 days at room temperature, while the shelf life of Cuiguan pear was only about 10 days. 0.5 μL·L-1 1-MCP treatment could meet the storage requirements of 20 days shelf life at room temperature.

    The forbidden,restricted,high-toxic,high-risk and customary pesticides were picked out asdetecting indexes according to the principals of risk management. 20 batches of Cissus hexangularis and Ixeridium chinense samples collected in different areas were detected. The factors affecting the extraction,purification and detection were optimized and the final condition was established as improve the accuracy of results. The results showed that the linear relationship of each component in the corresponding range was good in 50~500 ng/mL, the correlation coefficient ≥0.99, and the average recovery rate of pesticides was 48.6%~119.0%, which was in line with the trace detection requirements. The detecting indexes in the method cover most of the forbidden and restricted pesticides which are suitable for gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, which is meaningful for the safety supervision of the Cissus hexangularis and Ixeridium chinense. With the advantage of rapidness and accuracy, this method can be used for routine determination of multi-pesticides in Cissus hexangularis and Ixeridium chinense.

    Establish a method to determination six inorganic elements in mainstream cigarette smoke by ICP-MS. The particulate phase was collected by quartz filter pad, and the gas phase was collected by 5% nitric acid (volume fraction) which as absorbent, and then treatment the quartz filter pad by microwave digestion, different from other methods, the whole filter was digested directly in this method, the digestion acid system was as follows: HNO3∶HCl∶HF(6∶1∶2), digested completely, and high extraction, determined byICP-MS with more accurate results. The results showed that correlation coefficients of the calibration curves of the six elements were all above 0.999, and the detection limits were between 1.57~2.51 ng per cigarette, the recoveries were from 91.2% to 107.0%. This method is accurate, quick and simple, and suited to the determination of As, Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, Se in mainstream cigarette smoke.

    A GC-MS(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer) method was developed for the simultaneous detection of five benzenes(BTEX) and 17 phthalates esters(PAEs) in electronic cigarette liquid. The linear range of the analytes was from 0.05~1.00 μg/mL with R2 0.995 0. The LOD and LOQ is 0.001~0.010 μg/mL and 0.003~0.050 μg/mL respectively. The GC-MS method displayed a recovery of 81.64%~110.48%, and the RSD is 0.55%~9.93%. Compared to the reported method, GC-MS method holds the merits of easy pretreatment, low LOD and LOQ, rapid analysis, and low solvent consumption.

    A method was developed in wheat by UPLC-MS/MS for determining 8 residues of herbicide and mycotoxin of isoproturon,MCPA,tribenuron methyl,bensulfuron methyl,fumonisin B1, fumonisin B2, sterigmatocystin,T-2. The wheat sample was extracted with acetonitrile-water-formic acid (85/14/1, V/V/V),purified by appropriate amount of PestiCarb. The purified solution was concentrated, redissolved and centrifuged. 8 drugs were separated on ACQUITY UPLC BEH Shield RP18 column by gradient elution, then analyzed by ESI in positive and negative mode under MRM mode. The results showed that the linear range was from 2 to 100 μg/L with the correlation coefficients above 0.99 for all the 8 drugs. The average recoveries of the 8 drugs ranged from 76.4% to 114.0% and the RSD were 1.8%~9.2% in spiked wheat at three levels. The limits of quantification were 0.4~2.0 μg/kg. The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination 8 residues of herbicide and mycotoxins in wheat.

    To establish a reliable pretreatment method for cyadox in milk with UPLC-MS/MS. The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate, then the results was analysed after PEP cartridge purification. The objective compounds were separated using Inertsil ODS-3column(3 μm,2.1 mm×100 mm)with acetonitrile/ methanol(3∶11) -water (0.1% formate) as mobile phase and analyzed by mass spectrometry in the positive electrospray ionization under multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM). The results showed that PEP cartridge had good recovery rate. The detection limit of cyadox was 0.01 μg/g, limit of quantitation was 0.04 μg/g, the average recoveries for spiked levels of 0.384, 0.960,1.920 μg were 136.0%, 116.0%, 62.6%. The method is suitable for the detection of cyadox residual in milk.

    To establish a method of QuEChERS combined with GC for detection of the 19 kinds of pesticide residues in Citrus reticulata peel. The sample were extracted by acidified acetonitrile, purified by QuEChERS method, detected by flame photometric detector and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the good linear ranges of 19 organophosphorus pesticides were 0.050 0~0.500 0 μg/mL and the correlation coefficients were 0.994 1~0.998 9. The average recoveries were in the range of 80.4%~100.2%. The relative standard deviations were between 1.2% and 4.8%. The limits of quantification were in range of 0.010 0~0.020 4 μg/mL. The method is simple, sensitive and can be used for determination of 19 organophosphorus pesticides in Citrus reticulata peel.

    The nutrient compositions extracted from Siraitia grosvenorii in the middle and high altitude hilly region at northern Guangxi (Longsheng autonomous county, Guilin city) were analyzed and compared with Yongfu and Xiangxi county, contents of ash, total sugar, protein, crude fiber, fat, vitamin C(VC), vitamin E(VE) and amino acid were determined. Results showed that the contents of ash, total sugar, protein, crude fiber, fat, VC and VE were (7.59±1.05)%, (59.99±6.33)%, (21.26±1.68)%, (63.25±5.01)%, (0.09±0.02)%, (38.00±3.06) mg/100 g and (0.61±0.02) mg/100 g. Contents of protein, VE and fat from Siraitia grosvenorii in Longsheng were higher than that of Yongfu with 7.37%, 3.39% and 12.50%, the contents of total sugar, crude fiber and ash from Siraitia grosvenorii in Longsheng were 59.99%, 63.25% and 7.59% which were lower than Yongfu with 66.70%, 69.16% and 8.72%. The contents of ash, total sugar, protein, crude fiber and VC in Siraitia grosvenorii of Longsheng were 1.61, 1.99, 2.46, 1.38 and 4.85 times of the maximum contents of related components in Xiangxi county. There were 17 kinds of amino acids in Longsheng Siraitia grosvenorii, contents of total amino acids were 8.20%, 7 kinds of human body essential amino acids were 31%. There was no significant difference in contents of amino acids in Siraitia grosvenorii between Longsheng and Yongfu. Siraitia grosvenorii is rich in nutrient,which has high protein content, amino acid and VC. It shows higher nutritional value and is suitable for expanding and large-scale planting in the middle and high altitude hilly region at northern Guangxi.

    The interaction between melamine and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by using fluorescence spectroscopy, UV absorption spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy with the simulated physiological condition. The experiment results of UV absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy exhibited that melamine and BSA could form a kind of new compound that could be proved through the fluorescence quenching of the compound of BSA and melamine. It was the static fluorescence quenching. According to the calculation, at 28, 32 and 37 ℃, the quenching constants were 1.618×1012, 1.614×1012, 1.620×1012 L/(mol·s), respectively; The binding constants were 2.64×103,7.59×103 and 9.80×103 L/mol, respectively; And the number of binding sites was 1, approximately; And the binding distance was 3.7 nm. All these indicated that a new chemical compound was produced in the mixture of BAS and melamine, and a special binding sit of BAS could only bind a one melamine molecule, and the binding distance between different sites was 3.7 nm. The results of circular dichroism displayed that melamine had a great effect on the secondary structure of BSA.

    In this study, two kinds of decision tree algorithms, CART(Classification and regression tree) and CHAID(Chi-Square automatic interaction detection) were adopted to simulate the yield of Camellia oleifera of Hunan province based on meteorological factors of different phenological phase over from 2010 to 2016. The results showed that the average relative errors of CART and CHAID algorithms were 8.80% and 14.30% respectively, and the trend accuracy were 97.40% and 92.20% respectively. The accumulated temperature above 0 ℃ and the average maximum temperature at flowering stage had the greatest influence on Camellia oleifera yield. In the first fruit expansion period and the peak of oil transformation and accumulation, the diurnal temperature range, the mean minimum temperature and high temperature days were the most important. It is of great significance for improving the efficiency of Camellia oleifera industry chain.

    Experiential marketing is a new brand marketing model that is defined and designed based on consumers' senses, emotions, thinking, actions and associations. Taking the agricultural experience, exhibition experience and festival experience marketing models adopted by Shouguang vegetables as an example, the evaluation index system of agricultural product brand competitiveness was constructed, using factor analysis method to compare and analyze the effects of different experience marketing models on agricultural product brand competitiveness, and using analytic hierarchy process to extract the most effective influencing factors of experiential marketing on the competitiveness of agricultural product brands, and provide reference development suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural product brands in China.

    Based on the historical data of soybean from 1949 in China, this study analyzed the variation law, distribution characteristics and fluctuation period of soybean yield in detail, sowing area and per unit yield all regions, discussed the important factors, which affected soybean production in China, and established the prediction model of soybean per unit yield in China (index fitting curve, linear fitting curve and polynomial fitting curve) to analyze the future soybean production in China from 2020 to 2035. It is found that the increase of soybean production in China mainly comes from the increase of per unit yield since the founding of the people’s Republic of China; Compared with other food varieties, the soybean production in China has the characteristics of relatively concentrated area, high fluctuation frequency, short fluctuation period and large fluctuation range; It is estimated that China’s soybean production will reach 25 million tons in 2030 and 27 million tons in 2035, which is lower than that of the United States, Brazil and other countries, but far higher than that of Canada, Australia Asia and India.

    Rape industry in Hubei province has obvious production advantages, but there are some problems in the development of leading enterprises of rapeseed oil, such as excessive processing capacity, large import impact, difficulty in financing, lack of big leader and big brand driving.     Since the occurrence of trade friction between China and the United States, domestic grain imports have declined and prices have fluctuated. Grain security has once again aroused concern from all walks of life. China’s grain security was facing the challenges of increasing grain demand gap and urgent transformation and upgrading of major grain producing areas.     COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in China has achieved success in the exercise of “hard core” campaign.
