    Research status of rice brown planthopper (BPH) in China was analyzed by the relevant articles in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from 1958 to 2019 using the method of document metrological analysis.The results show that,①The number of published articles on BPH research in China has entered a period of substantial growth since 2004,with more than 100 articles published each year;②The key words that appeared with high frequency included rice varieties,wing morph,biotypes,and insecticides resistance;③In the past 10 years,it had frequently appeared in the BPH articlesfor RNA interference (RNAi) and molecular marker-assisted selection;④The most productive authorsare HUANG Fengkuan from the Institute of Plant Protection,Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and FU Qiang from the China National Rice Research Institute,in the field of rice brown planthopper research in China,each published 94 BPH articles;⑤The main journals that publish papers in this research field are “Chinese Bulletin of Entomology”,“Acta Entomologica Sinica”,“Plant Protection”,“Journal of Zhejiang Agricultural Sciences”and “Chinese Journal of Rice Science”.There were more than 100 papers on the brown planthopper in each of these journals.With the promoting of green prevention and control crop diseases and insect pests,rice breeding for insect resistance has attracted the attention of researchers,especially with the method of molecular marker assisted selection has been widely used in rice breeding to improving the resistance of riceplants to BPH;RNAi is a powerful tool for insects functional genome research.It is also the first choice for new strategies of resistance in rice,and it has become a new research hotspot in the field of BPH research.

    With searched the special food information query platform of the State Administration for Market Regulation,it got the health food using pollen and related production enterprise information.Then it made a statistical analysis on the production province of health products,the year of listing,efficacy,dosage form,formula,registered capital of production enterprises and so on.So far,there were 175 kinds of domestic health products containing pollen,and there were 133 manufacturers,distributed in 23 provinces.There were some problems,such as lack types of pollen development,limited development power of pollen producing provinces,backward overall technical level of products,small scale of enterprises and so on,and some suggestions for targeted development had put forward.

    The agricultural product traceability system is to establish the whole process information base of agricultural prod uct supply chain through collecting data inthe production,processing,logistics and sales of agricultural products,and to protect and strengthen the traceability system of the quality safety management and risk control of agricultural products.The European Union,the United States,Japan and Australiahave many successful experiences in the construction of the agricultural product quality safety traceability system.This paper makes a careful study of the practices of developed countries from three aspects,the construction of laws and regulations,the construction of standard system and the application of traceability system.Combined with the present situation of small farmers' economic production in the primary stage of socialism in our country,we puts forward some relevant suggestions for realizing the agricultural product quality safety traceability system in our country.The suggestions are perfecting the traceability legislation,constructing coordinated agricultural product standards,andestablishing a national unified system platform by the government which carries out pilot implementation in stages.

    In order to screen out high-quality rice varieties with strong selenium enrichment ability,the selenium enrichment ability of eight high-quality rice varieties planted in large area in Yichang city was studied by spraying different concentrations of organic selenium (4.5 L/hm2,7.5 L/hm2,12.0 L/hm2).The results showed that Quanyou 10,Xiliangyouchaozhan,Quanyou 534,Jingliangyou 534,Ezhong No.5 and Efengsimiao could be used as common selenium-enriched rice(The selenium content was 0.100~0.199 mg/kg) production varieties,Guxiang88 and Yuzhenxiang could be used as special selenium-enriched rice(The selenium content was 0.200~0.300 mg/kg) production varieties.

    By simulating the daily temperature change pattern of typical local high temperature stress in a climate chamber,14 rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties were treated with high temperature at flowering stage by cascade-temperature testing method.Assessing the fertility rate of varieties under different temperatures,the heat tolerance index (HTI) and integrated heat tolerance index (IHTI) of each variety were calculated,and the heat tolerance comprehensive index was used as the final index to determine the heat tolerance of rice varieties.The results showed that the comprehensive heat resistance index of Quanyouhuazhan and Quanliangyouhuazhan were greater than 2.5,and the heat resistance index was greater than 0.75 when the daily average temperature were 30.0 and 32.0℃,respectively.When the daily average temperature was 34.0,the heat resistance index decreased significantly.The comprehensive heat tolerance index of other varieties was lower than 2.5,and when the daily average temperature was 32.0,the heat resistance index was 0.51 or less.Two more tolerant varieties of Quanyouhuazhan and Quanliangyouhuazhan were selected,which can be used for extension in commercial production in greater area in the future safely.Suitable heat avoidance measures should be taken for those varieties with 2.0≤IHTI<2.5,and for varieties with IHTI<2.0,their commercial use should be limited to spread in areas where heat damage often occurs.

    In recent years,due to the low efficiency of rice planting in some areas of Hubei province,the phenomenon of “heavy shrimp over rice” and extensive and irregular rice planting methods and technologies have affected the healthy and sustainable development of rice and crayfish industry.Through many years of experiments and demonstration,this paper summarized the key points of rice machine transplanting cultivation technology in Hubei province,in order to improve the labor productivity and rice planting efficiency under the rice-crayfish cropping mode,and realize the balanced development of rice and crayfish double wheel drive.

    Water-saving and drought-resistant rice refers to a new type of cultivated rice variety that combines high-yield and high-quality rice with drought-resistant and water-saving characteristics.In recent years,the development trend of drought and heat damage has become more serious,and the shortage of water resources has brought serious threats to rice production.The research on water saving and drought resistance has become one of the hotspots in rice research today.This paper analyzes the main advantages of planting water-saving and drought-resistant rice,and summarizes the main points of high-yielding and efficient cultivation techniques for water-saving and drought-resistant rice,with a view to providing a reference for the effective promotion and application of the technology.

    The reported SNP splicing site of SSIIIa gene was detected on Yunnan special rice lines with high resistant starch and “Gongmi”series of varieties.The results showed that there was no reported splicing site SNP mutation in Yunnan high resistant starch materials.Furthermore,genetic variation analysis of SSIIIa gene sequence of Yunnan high-resistant starch special rice was conducted,and a total of 59 genetic variation sites of SNP were found,and 6 deletion/inserted mutation sites were detected.Among them,18 SNPs were distributed in the gene coding region,and 12 SNPs were non-synonymous variants.In addition,the differences of these non-homogenous variation loci between six high-resistant starch special rice materials and the local control varieties in Yunnan were analyzed.The results showed that the differences between six high-resistant starch special rice materials and the control varieties were mainly between indica and japonica rice,only Gongmi No.2 had snp-specific variation.

    To better understand the response mechanism of wheat seedlings under different nitrogen levels,a panel of 12 different wheat genotypes was set to grow under contrast nitrogen input levels by using the Hoagland nutrition solutions with sand.The seedling biomass,root morphology,chlorophyll content of the leaves,the leaves GS enzyme activity as well as the transcripts of the central genes involved in nitrogen uptake and assimilation process were investigated.The results indicated that the seedlings biomass of all the wheat genotypes was significantly increased upon the increase of the nitrogen input.The seedling root/shoot ratio under the low nitrogen level was higher than that under the high nitrogen levels.Although significant difference was observed for the main root growth between the different genotypes under the nitrogen-deficiency conditions,it was found that the nitrogen deficiency stimulated the main root growth and expanded the total root length and total root surface of the wheat seedlings on the whole.Meanwhile,the chlorophyll con-tent of the individual wheat lines were elevated upon the increase of the nitrogen input.However,the GS enzyme activity demonstrated genotypic variations under contrasting nitrogen levels.The gene expression of TaNRT2.1 and TaNRT1.1 exhibited higher transcript un-der low nitrogen conditions.Furthermore,the transcripts of TaNRT2.1 and TaNRT1.1 were higher in the high nitrogen use efficiency wheat lines of Zhengmai 9023 and“410187”than the low nitrogen use efficiency wheat line of Nanong 08Y611.In spite of up-regula-tion of TaGS2 was observed under high nitrogen levels,no significant differences were detected for the expression of TaGS1 with re-spect to the genotype or the nitrogen levels.

    The effects of EM bio-organic fertilizer on the agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics and yield of p otato microtuber were studied by using virus-free potato seedlings as experimental materials.The results showed that the survival rate and agronomic traits of potato seedlings were significantly improved by applying EM bio-organic fertilizer,and the yield of original seed was increased by 57.6% and 21.9% respectively by applying EM bio-organic fertilizer 1 and EM bio-organic fertilizer 2.

    In order to study the effect of rape straw returning to the field on soil nutrients under the condition of no tillage, different amount of rape straw returning to the field was set through pot and continuous field experiments to explore the effect of rape straw returning to the field on straw decomposition rate and nitrogen and phosphorus content in different soil layers under the condition of no tillage. The results showed that the amount of returning field had no significant effect on straw decomposition. The final straw decomposition rate was the highest when the whole amount was returned to the field. The highest nitrogen and phosphorus content was found in the tillage layer after the straw was returned to the field. The effect of continuous straw returning on nitrogen supplement of tillage layer was greater than that of phosphorus. Long term straw returning can reduce the content of nitrogen and phosphorus under the bottom of plough, reduce the loss of nutrient leakage, reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution.

    Through the large-scale self-pressured drip irrigation technology in Zhonggegen basin in Qitai county,Xinjiang,conventional crop inputs and outputs under the three kinds of high efficiency and water-saving technologies of pond dam pressurized drip irrigation and automatic drip irrigation were investigated and the optimal analysis of benefit index system was carried out.The results showed that from the analysis of efficient water-saving technology,the comprehensive score of big-head self-pressured drip irrigation had the highest comprehensive score and the best comprehensive evaluation.While from the perspective of the comparison of crop planting types,hybrid maize had the highest comprehensive score.According to the comparison of technological preferences and the crop planting structure analysis,the use of the big head self-pressure drip irrigation and water-saving technology in the Zhonggegen basin to grow hybrid corn can increase the economic benefits of agricultural products and improve the farmers' production and income.

    The field plot experiment was carried out to establish fertilizer effect models of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in different yielding fields in the tidal area around Bohai sea.The direct and indirect emission laws of greenhouse gases andthe net greenhouse gas emission balance were analyzed in the corn farmland ecosystem.The results show that the greenhouse gas emission intensity of the optimal economic fertilization amount of high,medium and low yield fields is smaller than the highest yield fertilization amount,the potential for warming is large,and it is a “sink”of greenhouse gases,which can be used as a scientific fertilization level for summer maize production in this area.

    The data of soil moisture,air temperature and precipitation in dryland from 2001 to 2019 observed by Gonghe Meteorological Bureau of Qinghai province were analyzed by mathematical statistics,and upland 0~30 cm soil moisture variation characteristics in the Gonghe county over the southern of Qinghai lake was discussed,and a preliminary analysis was made to the climate impact factor.The results showed that soil moisture content increased significantly with the interannual extension in spring,but not significantly with the interannual extension in autumn.Soil moisture content in spring was higher than that in autumn,while the annual variation range in autumn was higher than that in spring.In spring,0~30 cm soil moisture content at all layers showed a significant increasing trend;In autumn,soil moisture content of 0~10 cm showed a slight increasing trend with the interannual extension;While soil moisture content of 10~20 cm and 20~30 cm showed a slight decreasing trend.In spring,the soil moisture content of 0~30 cm in each month showed a significant increase trend with the interannual variation,while the decreasing trend of soil moistur e content in September in autumn and the increasing trend of soil moisture content in October and November were not significant.Soil moisture content in May and October were significantly and positively correlated with the same month precipitation,soil moisture content in November was significantly and positively correlated with precipitation from July to September,and soil moisture in autumn was significantly and positively correlated with precipitation in September and autumn.

    Using the lightning data in Hubei province meteorological department layout ADTD system to record the lightning location system laying,the difference of the surface features of lightning in the Jianghan Plain,Tianmen,Xiantao,Qianjiang three cities underlying surface and near the suburban plain are analyzed,in order to explain the influence of city and plain under different surface conditions on the characteristics of lightning.The results show thatIn the same atmospheric circulation background,the correlation coefficient of simultaneous lightning between urban and plain underlying surface is higher,because the proportion of local lightning generated by underlying surface characteristics is lower;The proportion of positive lightning of city underlying surface is higher than that of flash plain surface,but the average amplitude of positive lightning is low,inversely related;City underlying surface lightning amplitude distribution is more concentrated,mainly in 20~35 kA;Compared with the plain underlying surface,the average amplitude of lightning current is 0.91 kA higher,the median cumulative probability of lightning current is 0.90 kA higher,and the urban underlying surface of lightning current over 60.0 kA is also more.

    Based on the basic climate data of Guidong county from 1981 to 2010,the weighs was graded by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to build a comprehensive evaluation model of climate comfort,using the temperature and humidity index,wind efficiency index,clothing index and human comfort index.This model was used to evaluate the climate comfort of Guidong county in each month.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation index of climate comfort in Guidong county was 4.42~9.00 during the year,the evaluation result of climate comfort index was less comfortable only in January over all the months,and the comfortable period (more comfortable,comfortable and extremely comfortable) was as long as 11 months.The most suitable months to travel in Guidong county were from April to June and from September to October,and the evaluation results of climate comfort index in these months were extremely comfortable;It was suitable to travle to Guidong county to avoid sunstroke from July to August,and the evaluation result of climate comfort index was comfortable.The evaluation results of climate comfort index in Guidong county were more comfortable from November to December and from February to March,and it was more suitable for tourism in these months.

    In order to carry out the national ecological civilization construction strategy,implement the “five development concepts”,and improve the scientific and technological level of soil and water conservation,the Bureau of Water Affairs and Lakes in Caidian District of Wuhan founded the establishment of science and technology demonstration park for soil and water conservation in West Lake basin of Wuhan city.In accordance with the principle of unified planning according to local conditions,using abandoned quarry and soil extraction site to build into a comprehensive science and technology demonstration park for soil and water conservation with five functional areas,including comprehensive management,scientific research and experiment,science popularization and education,ecological restoration,tourism service.The park has achieved remarkable results in scientific research demonstration,ecological industrialization demonstration and science popularization.This study summarizes the general situation,construction contents and achievements of science and technology demonstration park for soil and water conservation in West Lake basin of Wuhan city,and puts forward some relevant development suggestions.

    Based on DNA barcoding and morphology,species identification of chironomids in Leigongshan Natural Reserve was carried out.The results showed Leigongshan Natural Reserve,where contained 4 subfamily 12 genus 18 species chironomid,with the character of 12 genus were redescribed and attached the overall picture of 18 species.According to DNA barcodes analysis that gave 18 molecular operational taxonomic units,and keep conformed to morphological identification.

    The effects of 24.1% trifloxystrobin·isomitamide seed treatment suspension (FS) on rice disease control and yield of rice were studied.The results showed that the control effect of 24.1% trifloxystrobin·isomitamide FS for seed treatment were 100% on rice seeding blight and rice seeding blast,and the control effect of rice leaf plague was 86.2%~94.5%,which can also promote the growth of rice roots and increase the tiller number and effective panicles,and improve seed setting rate in the meanwhile.Compared with CK,rice yield increased by 2 157.0~4 335.0 kg/hm2.The control should be carried out under condition that the environment and climate were favorable to leaf plague and panicle neck blast,such as planting rice blast varieties and large amount of nitrogen fertilizer,should be controlled,especially after the jointing stage of rice.It was recommended to use 24.1% trifloxystrobin·isomidamide FS 20~25 mL with an addition of 2 mL of film forming agent coating for dried rice seeds per kilogram.

    A disease investigation of walnut fruit was carried out in 10 major walnut producing areas in Yunnan province,and the collected fruit specimens were sliced for observation and identification.The results showed that diseases were more common in Dali city and Chuxiong city;The main diseases were anthrax,fruit rot,fusarium wilt of fruit and melasma;Pathogen of fruit belonged to 17 species in 17 genera,among them Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Fusicoccum sp.,Botryosphaeria dothidea and Pestalotiopsis disseminata had the highest occurrence rate.

    By using the method of Meta-analysis,24 papers on seed germination of Paris polyphylla from 1990 to 2019 were selected from Chinese and English databases,and 78 independent experimental groups were obtained.The effects of temperature,machinery,auxin and compound treatment on seed germination of Paris polyphylla were analyzed,and the possibility of seed breeding of Paris polyphylla at higher altitude was discussed.The results showed the seeds germination of Paris polyphylla under constant temperature was a simple and reliable way,interactive treatments of constant temperatures,variable temperatures and sand storage increased seeds germination rate (relative germination rate was 0.61) greatly. Improper use of auxin will inhibit the seed germination of Paris polyphylla. Paris polyphylla Sm. var. yunnanensis (Franch.) Hand.-Mazz had higher germination rate and better stability of germination than Paris polyphylla Sm. var. chinese (Franch.) H. Hara under the same treatment conditions. There was little research about seeds germination of Paris polyphylla in higher elevation. It is necessary to study the breeding technology of Paris polyphylla at high altitude.

    To explore the effects of different planting density on morphology index and yield of Premna microphylla Turcz.,selected fourgermchitscoming from Anhui province,Henan province,Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Baokang county of Hubei province,carrying on 3 kinds of different density cultivation experiment (The plant row spacing were 20cm×80cm,30cm×80cm,40cm×100cm).The results showed that a significant difference in yield and pectin content of Premna microphylla Turcz.,the yield of fresh leaf coming from Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture tree was highest,the average yield of fresh leaf of each tree was 2500g every year.The pectin content coming from Anhui province tree was highest,the average pectin content per kilogram of leaves was 35.25%.Different planting density had obvious effect on the yield.The plant row spacing of 30cm×80cm was the best for the growth of Premna microphylla Turcz.The average annual fresh leaf yield per plant was 2269g.

    Taking Tianjin Gangcheng road garden green soil as the research object,the effects of intelligent sprinkler irrigation on salt return in saline-alkali soils under different irrigation conditions were studied,the suggestions to inhibit soil salinity in garden green land were put forward.The results showed that,using intelligent sprinkler irrigation under the condition of 2.7 mm/d irrigation,the water-soluble salt content of 0~20 cm showed a downward trend overall,the salt reduction rate was 16.1%,and it could well inhibit the return of salt in topsoil.At the same time,the effect of water saving was the best,and the cost of watering was the lowest.

    The paraffin sections of B ambusa ventricosa kimmeiand Bambusa ventricosa McClure were prepared by paraffin embedding method and their structures were observed by microscopy.The photosynthetic characteristics and the optical response parameters of two kinds of bamboo plants were measured by CIRAS-3 photosynthesis measuring instrument.The results showed that there were differences in anatomical structure and photosynthetic characteristics of Bambusa ventricosa kimmei and Bambusa ventricosa McClure.The thickness of the upper,lower epidermis,palisade tissue and sponge tissue of the leaves of Bambusa ventricosa McClure were larger than that of Bambusa ventricosa kimmei.After the comparison of five photosynthetic characteristics,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of Bambusa ventricosa McClure were stronger than that of Bambusa ventricosa kimmei,but the transpiration rate of the former was lower than that of the latter.From the light response curves of the two bamboo plants,it was found that the utilization of the Bambusa ventricosa kimmei was not as good as that of the weak light,and the photosynthesis was more susceptible to inhibition in the high light environment.

    The leaf epidermal micromorphological pattern of six species of Rhododendron plants distributed in the Jiaozishan National Protected Area in Yunnan province were observed by the imprinting method.The leaf epidermal morphological index was measured in the software IT 2.00.The results showed that the stomata were distributed in groups in the six Rhododendron plants;and the significance test analyses exhibited that the average distance between the stomata within the stomatal group was significantly smaller than that between adjacent two stomatal groups.This phenomenon of stomatal groups is firstly found on the leaves of Rhododendron plants,and the physiological effects and formation mechanisms of stomata groups have been discussed.

    Landscape changes and its drivers of Xiong'an Baiyangdian wetland between 1999 and 2017 were analyzed based on remote sensing(RS) and geographical information system(GIS).Results showed that,from 1999 to 2017,wetland area showed a trend of rapid reduction first and then slow increase,with a decrease of 5 019.66 hm2,down by 19.35% totally;cultivated land and bare land area increased first and then decreased by a small margin;forest land and construction area increased year by year.The most prominent changes during 1999—2017 are the mutual transformation of farmland and bare land,and the mutual transformation of natural water,artificial water and aquatic plants.In the first and middle period,the outflow of wetlands was the main trend.From 2011 to 2017,the agricultural expansion was controlled and gradually transformed into the inflow of farmland and bare land to wetland.From 1999 to 2017,The number of patches in Baiyangdian wetland increased from 11 722 to 16 720,and the patch density increased from 36.08 to 51.47.The landscape fragmentation degree of Baiyangdian wetland increased.The Area-Weighted-Mean Shape Index showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and the patch shape of wetland became more and more complex.With the increase of Shannon diversity index and Shannon evenness index,the landuse of Baiyangdian wetland is more and more abundant,and the dominant role of dominant patches is gradually reduced.The main reasons for the change of landscape pattern in Baiyangdian in the past 18 years are climate change,decrease of precipitation,economic development,expansion of urban and agricultural land,the government's policy of diverting water and returning farmland to lake,etc.Aiming at wetland restoration and sustainable development,Baiyangdian wetland is divided into six ecological functional areas.

    In order to control plant height of pyrethrum (Tanacetum cinerariifolium),B9,CCC,PP333,S3307 with different concentration levels were applied and compared by foliar sprays on the potted plant.Results showed that all the four plant growth retardants had dwarfing effects on plant height with different extent as well as on inhibiting plant crown width.The dwarfing effects and negative effects on plant growth were S3307,PP333,CCC,B9 from strong to weak.The optimum dwarfing treatment for pyrethrum was the application of 200mg/L B9.It not only reduced the height of potted plants to about 30% of that of the control plants,but also inhibited the leaf development and plant width of potted plants,the width of the plant was about 70% of the control plant,and the treated plant was short,compact and suitable for pot culture.

    In 2019,the fish proliferation and discharge station of Qiaogong hydropower station used DOM,LRH-A2 and HCG for artificial oxytocin.Results showed that 4 batches of oxytocin were successful,with the 2-needle injection method.The average yield was about 57.5%,and the average fertilization rate was about 48.7%,and the average hatching rate was about 27.6%.The breeding peak was in June.The hatching of fertilized eggs was more affected by water temperature.The hatching effect was better between 26~28.The filming time was 62~64 h.The spot diameter of spotted eggs was 3.1~3.8 mm.The full length of the outcrop was 5~6 mm,and the length of the flat fry was 13.5~15.5 mm.

    A wild male albino-Chinese pond turtle (P) was used to cultivate artificial albino Chinese pond turtle individuals.The albino-male turtle(P) was mated with ordinary female turtles to breed F1 offsprings,The mature F1 offspring female turtles were mated with the albino-male turtle(P) to breed F2 offsprings.After 7~8 years ocultivation,the F3 offsprings were cultivated albino-Chinese pound turtle individuals in 2008.This was the first time cultivated albino-Chinese pound turtles successfully.After the cultivation of the 5th generation(F5) and 14 batches,the rate of emergence of albino-Chinese pound turtles have reached more than 80%,the stable gene with albino-Chinese pound turtles was developed for the first time.

    To compare the agronomic traits and productivity of twenty silage maize varieties(lines),so as to screen out the best silage varieties suitable for spreading cultivation in southwest China.The characteristics,silage yield and quality of different cultivars were analyzed under planting density of 4 266plants/667m2.The results showed that there was a difference between the agronomic traits and the yield traits among different varieties.The highest yield of silage was 5 463.66kg/667m2,and the lowest yield was 3680.83kg/667m2.Nutritional quality analysis of the six highest silage varieties(lines) (Yunnan Local Species/Pacific 98,chuanqing 8,76/77,1123A/different-7,H1619052/Pacific 98,9yco33/Yunnan Local Species) found,except for In Vitro Dry Matter Digestibility,the contents of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and soluble sugar were significantly different.Yunnan local species/Pacific 98 and Chuanqing 8 silage have high yield,good quality and excellent comprehensive traits,so they were suitable for popularization and planting in southwest China.

    The reflux extraction method was used to extract total flavonoids from the leaves of Podocarpus macrophyllus (Thunb.) D.Don.The effects of extraction method,solvent concentration,extraction volume and extraction time on the content of total flavonoids in Podocarpus macrophyllus (Thunb.) D.Don were investigated by single factor test.The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions and the optimum extraction process was selected.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from the leaves of Podocarpus macrophyllus (Thunb.) D.Don was 75% ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:30(g:mL),and the reflux extraction time was 0.5 h.The method has good repeatability,stability and feasibility.

    The content of selenium is determined by hydrogen generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with Ziyang selenium-enriched green tea in bag foam as raw material,and the leaching rate of selenium in tea is studied.On the basis of single factor,the conditions for improving the selenium leaching rate of bag selenium-enriched green tea are optimized.The results showed that the leaching rate increases with the increase of extraction time,but decreased with the increase of extraction time and ratio of material to liquid,and the leaching rate was obviously affected by the extraction times,extraction temperature,time and ratio of material to liquid.The orthogonal test and its verification test showed that the leaching rate of Ziyang selenium-rich green tea in bag foam could reach 28.64% under the conditions of extraction temperature 95,time was 6 min,ratio of material to liquid(g:mL) was 1:30 and extraction times was once.

    In order to determine the ZTC1+1 II type natural clarifying agent used for notoginseng (Panax notoginseng) leaves and steams glycosides extract the best technology of removing impurity,on the basis of single factor analysis,the concentration of drug quality,clarifying agent dosage,temperature is the independent variable,saponin content and solids removal rate as evaluation index,establishing three factors and three levels of Design- Expert response surface analysis method.The results show that the best process of Panax notoginseng leaves and steamspurificationis as followsThe mass concentration of liquid is0.19 g/mL,the order of ZTC1+1 II natural clarifier is first part A and after part B,the dosage of clarifiers B and A are 10% and 5% volume of the extract,respectively,and acting temperature is 40.Under this technological condition,the removal process of stem and leaf of Panax notoginseng is optimized,and the solid removal rate is 28.40%,the saponin retention rate is 92.22%,and the RSD is 1.74% and 0.56%,respectively.The repeatability is good,which verified the validity of the model.

    Han River Ecological Economic Belt covered some cities and counties in Hubei,Henan and Shaanxi provinces,and was an important part of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.However,in the actual development process of Han River Ecological Economic Belt,there were some problems,such as obvious regional differences,unbalanced industrial development and serious ecological damage,which seriously restrict the socio-economic development of Han River Ecological Economic Belt.Therefore,on the basis of constructing an evaluation index system of economic development quality,which included four dimensions of economic development effectiveness,economic development innovation,economic development sharing,economic development sustainability with the relevant index data of 14 cities in Han River Ecological Economic Belt from 2010 to 2017,the weight of each index was determined by principal component analysis,and the horizontal comparison and vertical comparison were made.The results showed that although the quality of economic development in the Han River Ecological Economic Belt was increasing year by year,but the innovative and sharing growth of economic development were slow,and the sustainability of economic development showed a downward trend in the later period.Finally,specific suggestions were put forward to improve the economic development quality of Han River Ecological Economic Belt.

    The development of straw resources utilization has been paid attention by the country and society,but the development speed was slowly.This study analyzed the dilemma of collaborative governance of straw resources utilization in Jingzhou city,Hubei province.It was found that the concept of multi-agent collaborative governance was not strong,the function of multi-agent was ineffec-tive,and the operation of multi-agent collaborative governance was not coordinated,which affected the collaborative governance effect of straw resources utilization.On this basis,this study further put forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening the concept of multi-agent collaborative governance,improving the operation guarantee mechanism of multi-agent collaborative governance,and strengthening the communication among multi-agent,so as to improve the effect of collaborative governance,promote the develop-ment of straw resources utilization,and realize the construction of rural ecological civilization.

    Based on the data of energy industry from 2009 to 2015,this study used the grey correlation degree to verify the strong correlation of the selected indicators,and constructed the coupling and coordination model to empirically test the coupling and coordination between China's energy policy and green innovation of energy industry.The results showed that,the energy policy and the green innovation of energy industry changed from the industry development lag type to the policy development lag type in 2013,and the imperfect energy policy system restrict the green innovation growth of energy industry to a certain extent;the coupling degree between the two was always in the antagonistic stage,and there was still a big gap from the benign resonance development;the coordination degree between the two gradually was raised to the initial stage,but the rising speed was slow.The ability of energy policy to drive green innovation of energy industry need to be improved.The research was helpful to provide reference for energy management departments to improve the green innovation efficiency of energy industry and accelerate the transformation and development of regional economy.

    Using Eviews 10.0 software,this study make correlation test,stationarity test and cointegration analysis between traffic and tourism revenue in Haikou city,and discussed the influence of traffic on tourism industry development in Haikou city.The results showed that,the traffic in Haikou city had a significant relationship with and promoted the tourism industry development,and the highway traffic in Haikou city had a supporting role in the tourism industry development,and put forward the corresponding development suggestionsexpanding domestic and international air routes,fully promoting the construction of Baohai high-speed railway,and actively constructing cruise tourism experimental area,so as to comprehensively promote the tourism industry development of Haikou city.

    English guided tour information was an important part of scenic spot service.Its service functions should be comprehensively evaluated combined with the importance of information and the tourists satisfaction.Taking Wuhan East Lake Moshan scenic spot as an example,this study measured the objective perception degree of English guided tour information in scenic spots by combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the guided tour function of English information in Moshan scenic spot was fully implemented ,which can meet the general needs of foreign tourists;the realization degree of the various English guided tour information functions was uneven;with the gradual increased of tourism participation level,tourists' objective perception degree of the required English information gradually decreased.According to the realization degree of the various English guided tour information functions,measures such as maintenance,promotion and creation should be taken.

    In recent years,the development of night tourism in China was in full swing.However,through the investigation,it was found that there were still many problems in the development process of night tourism.Taking Wuhan city as the research object,this study introduced the revised IPA analysis method to evaluate the extended importance and tourists' satisfaction of Wuhan city night tourism.The results showed that tourists pay more attention to the price of leisure activities,the order of leisure activities,the price of shopping,communication facilities,public toilets and the convenience of obtaining tourism information,but their satisfaction was low.On this basis,this study put forward some suggestions from the aspects of enriching night tourism activities,maintaining the order of night tourism activities,improving the night tourism infrastructure,standardizing the price of night tourism products,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of night tourism in Wuhan city.
