The new nuclear three-lines maintainer Mian 7MB was revealed by Mianyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1993. In the segregating population of selfing and sibling offspring, the proportion of fertility segregation did not conform to Mendelian genetic law, showing a partial segregation phenomenon. Through the field genetic analysis and cytological analysis, the genetic mechanism of Mian 7MB was preliminarily explored. The results showed that the segregation distortion in Mian 7MB only happened in the male gamete transference. Mian 7MB segregation was not due to abnormal meiosis, but may be due to the death of zygotes of some genotypes, resulting in abnormal proportion of offspring.

Two and three-year-old apple trees were used as the test materials, and the two kinds of width of nutrition zone (1.9 and 2.5 m) was set up. Through the interaction test of two factors, the interaction effect of fruit trees and potatoes in different intercropping modes of young orchard was studied. The results showed that for 2-year-old fruit trees, different width of nutrition zone had no significant effect on the growth of fruit trees, but had significant effect on potato yield, when the width of nutrition zone was 1.9 m, the yield of potato was significantly higher than that of 2.5 m. Therefore, the optimum intercropping density for 2-year-old orchard was 0.70 m×0.35 m. For 3-year-old fruit trees, when the width of nutrition zone was 1.9 m, the yield of potato was significantly higher than that of 2.5 m, but the plant height, trunk diameter and branching number of fruit tree were significantly smaller than that of 2.5 m. Potato intercropping in young orchard needs to ensure the growth of fruit trees. Therefore, intercropping potatoes in 3-year-old apple orchard, the best intercropping density was 0.50 m×0.35 m.

Based on the monthly precipitation data from Honghu meteorological station and water level data from Honghu lake, variables time-scale standard precipitation index(SPI) was calculated. Using SPI, the changes of drought-flood and the temporal characteristics of drought-flood events were analyzed in Honghu lake. The correlation among precipitation, various time-scale SPI and water lever were investigated. The results showed that the frequency and grade of the drought and flood events in Honghu lake in the past 62 years were approximate on the annual scale, little difference on seasonal scale. There was a wetting trend in Honghu, and annual SPI decreased with an average rate of 0.086/10a. SPI declined in spring and autumn, and slightly intensified in drought; SPI increased in summer and winter, and increased in flood and waterlogging. The variability between the water level and the precipitation data was consistent, but the water level later than the precipitation data three months. Variables time-scale SPIand water level were significant correlation. The 3 month scale SPI3 was most closely correlated with water level of Honghu lake. The 3 month scale SPI3 agrees well with the variability of the water level. SPI3 can be used to monitor the water level of Honghu lake.

Based on the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data with resolution of 1°×1° and from four aspects of circulation situation, water vapor, dynamics and unstable stratification, a comparative analysis of the two rainstorms in Hunan province in November 2015 is maked. The results show that the two rainstorms are related to the abnormal large-scale circulation background. The province large area and strong intensity of subtropical high are beneficial for water vapor to converge into Hunan province along the southwest side of subtropical high. The intensity of polar vortex is stronger than the annual average, which makes the intensity of cold air stronger. The strong cold air in the south intersects with the warm and wet air in the north, causing the heavy precipitation weather process. Ground inverted trough and low-level eddy shear are the main influence systems of the two heavy precipitation processes. In process 2, the ground inverted trough has strong intensity, wide range and slow movement, and corresponds to the low-level eddy shear intensity. In process 1, the ground inverted trough and the low-level eddy shear intensity, range and duration are lower than those in process 2. The water vapor of 700 hPa is the main transport source of the two regional rainstorms. The water vapor of process 1 is mainly from the South China Sea and process 2 is from the Bay of Bengal, and the water vapor condition is stronger than that of process 1. In process 1, the vertical upward motion zone extends upward at a higher altitude, with deep convergence layer in the lower layer, strong frontal zone and unstable energy accumulation. In process 2, stable precipitation is dominant, vertical upward motion, convergence and divergence are shallow, mainly concentrated in the middle and low levels.

In order to maintain food security, the state proposes to "stick to the red line of 1.8 billion mu of cultivated land." However, the structural shortage of cultivated land resources in China is still very serious. On the one hand, economically developed provinces need a large amount of construction land, and there are insufficient reserves of cultivated land, and it is difficult to achieve a requistion-compensationg balance of cultivated land in the region; on the other hand, provinces in the central and western regions have relatively sufficient reserve arable land resources, but they cannot exert the maximum economic benefits. The introduction of a cross-province farmland requistion and compensation policy is an important measure to deal with this structural shortage. By analyzing the policy background, functional expectations and implementation status, it is understood that the operation of the system may face challenges, such as the lack of clear legal basis, the high cost of central government supervision information, the intensification and solidification of uneven development among regions and the crisis of “resource curse”. It can be considered by supplementing laws and regulations and using contract tools for governance; stimulating local government autonomy, using information platforms; strengthening agricultural land control, orderly development of land space; and establishing comprehensive ecological compensation mechanisms to deal with it.

Taking Jilin province as an example, the regional comprehensive carrying capacity system is divided into four subsystems, such as economy, water and soil, society and ecology. Through correlation analysis and principal component analysis, the indexes were screened and the entropy method was used to objectively assign weights to construct the evaluation system of regional comprehensive carrying capacity. The degree of coupling coordination among the four subsystems was scientifically evaluated by using the coupling coordination degree model, and the main obstacle factors restricting the regional comprehensive carrying capacity were diagnosed. The results showed that the regional comprehensive carrying capacity and the degree of coordination between subsystems are overall upward trend, and part of the coupling coordination degree and the overall carrying capacity changes show the consistency. Water and soil carrying capacity has always been an important factor restricting the comprehensive carrying capacity, the early social constraints gradually transformed into ecological factors. The occurrence of natural disasters such as flood, has different degress of impacts on each subsystem and has a huge impact on the regional comprehensive carrying capacity. This study makes a scientific evaluation of the regional comprehensive carrying capacity and makes an obstacle diagnosis, providing a scientific basis for policy formulation and efficient development of Jilin province.

Under the strategy of village rejuvenation, the rural community management service, as a rural management mode combining innovation and practicability, was the only way to promoted the role transformation of villagers. Restricted by external factors, the community management level in rural areas is difficult to be effectively improved in a short period of time, making it gradually fall into the embarrassing situation of public release, internal digestion and institutionalization dissipation.Only by building a two-way communication channel between "community and villagers", cultivating endogenous community organizations, and clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the management subjects, could we break through the practical difficulties and achieved the goal.
