    Under the alternating wet and dry conditions, the effects of C, N circulation, agglomeration structure, expansion and contraction, microorganism and enzyme activity in soils were comprehensively reviewed. Studies showed that, the dry-wet alternation had an impact on organic C mineralization, humification and nitrogen mineralization, nitrification and denitrification, and which had a close relation with the aggregate structure, expansion and contraction, microorganism and enzyme activities in soils. In addition, according to the deficiencies of current research, the future research direction was proposed, and the relationship between soil C, N cycling processes and the soil microbial characteristics under wet-dry alternation conditions was considered, which provided a scientific basis for further developing the transformation of C,N circulation in soils under wet-dry alternation conditions and agricultural production.

    Taking soybean variety ‘youchun 1204’(authorized in 2017) as the test material, a two-factor experiment with split plot design was conducted, one factor is sowing date, with 3 levels of May 18th, May 25th and June 1th; another factor is sowing density, with 3 levels of 400 thousand plants/hm2, 250 thousand plants/hm2 and 200 thousand plants/hm2. The results showed that, the difference in soybean yield was extremely significant between different sowing date processing; the difference in soybean yield was extremely significant between different seedling density processing; but the interaction between sowing date and density had no significant effect on the yield difference of soybean variety ‘youchun 1204’. The best combination of sowing date and planting density in Jinmenwas was May 18th and 250 thousand plants/hm2.

    The two-line male sterile lines play an important role in rice variety breeding with characteristics of easy reproducing and being more freedom to test hybrid combinations, at the same time, there exists some certain production risks. The characteristics of light and temperature sensitive male sterility make the two-line sterile lines different from the conventional varieties in the process of breeding. From one breeder's perspective, focusing on the rice quality, combining ability, breed, and seed production of sterile lines, the process and points for attention in breeding high quality rice TGMS lines were described briefly.

    To investigate the optimum combination of sowing date and planting density for a newly bred wheat variety Xiangmai D51, a field experiment with split plot design was conducted at Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Hubei province during 2016-2017 growing season with Xiangmai D51 as material. Results showed that the spike number per hm2 had no significant difference under different sowing date treatment, the number of grains per spike and the average yield were significantly increased, and the 1000-grain weight was decreased significantly with the delay of sowing date; under different planting density, no significant difference was found in the spike number per hm2, 1000-grain weight and the average yield. The number of grains per spike was significantly decreased by increasing planting density. The average yield had significant interaction effect between sowing date and planting density, the best combination of sowing date and planting density was November 4th and 315×104/hm2.

    In order to further screen the special varieties of ratoon rice suitable for promotion and planting in the southern part of Hubei province, the screening test of 19 ratoon rice varieties was carried out in 2017 with Fengliang Youxiang No. 1 (CK) at the experimental site of Xiangyang Lake, Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Xianning city. The results showed that 3 varieties of Tianliangyou 616, Shanyou 4949, and Shenliangyou 865 were more suitable for planting in this region.

    The effects of a total of ten treatments by the humic acid, herbal biochar (straw charcoal),bentonite,alum,dephosphorylation gypsum five conditioners and ratio on the conversion and absorption of phosphorus in high-phosphorus soil were studied. The results showed that applying conditioners could effectively increase plant height,stem diameter and chlorophyll content of maize. In each treatment to apply conditioner,the single application of alum and co-application treatment of biochar+bentonite+alum could effectively increase the biomass of corn and improve the amount of P uptake of corn. The single application of bentonite and alum could promote the mineralization of organic phosphorus in the soil. Single application of dephosphorization gypsum and humic acid+bentonite+biochar+alum+dephosphorization gypsum with the application tends to passivation of the soil to reduce the mobility of phosphorus and reduce environmental risks.

    In the background of global warming, the domestic weather increase is especially evident in winter. Through the analysis of 66 years’ meteorological materials in Zhongxiang National Basic Meteorological Station of Jianghan Plain, the trend and features of warm, normal, and cold winters are shown to testify the acceleration of warm winter as well as the new trend of climate change in winter. It would definitely speed up the growth process of winter crop (like rape, wheat, etc.) and step into the vegetative growth and reproductive development stages too early to resist cold, which would cause frozen damage and potential pest/disease damage. By means of Chapman-Kolmogorov transition probability analysis of different kinds of winter, we could make trend forecast of warm, normal, and cold year so as to take corresponding measures in advance.

    Based on the statistical method of GIS Technology, we conducted a research into the environmental adaptability of radix Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.) Pax in complex geographical environment. Radix P. heterophylla (Miq.) Pax grown in Shibing of Guizhou Province as an example, twelve evaluation factors are chosen to evaluate the suitability to grow of radix P. heterophylla(Miq.) comprehensively,and they are effective accumulated temperature,annual rainfall,elevation,gradient,slope direction,soil pH value,soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium, guarantee rate of drainage and traffic access degree which influence the quality of radix P. heterophylla (Miq.)’s grown. The results indicate that the area for planting Radix P. heterophylla(Miq.) is 18 114.55 hm2 in Shibing County, which accounts for 76.75% of the county’s cultivated area. For the total planting area, the acreage of highly suitable and generally suitable for planting are 2 475.92 hm2 and 6 440.69 hm2,respectively,while correspondingly,the tea crop area of the whole county they occupied are 13.67% and 35.55%. The highly suitable areas mainly distribute at Niudachang town,Chengguan town, and Baidu town. Among these,Niudachang town takes up 1 292 hm2 of the cultivated area accounting for 52.2% that of the whole country.

    In the purpose of rapidly increasing soil nutrient concentration and rapid fertilization of newly-increased cultivated land. And ensure crop growth and food production. Different fertilizers were put into soil to form a fertilizer test and the effect on soil nutrient concentration were analyzed. The result showed thatsoil organic mater increasing was the highest and pH was lowest with commercial organic fertilizer input. It is better for rice growth. Soil nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen was the highest with urea+superphosphate+muriate+commercial organic fertilizer input. It is good for increasing available N concentration. The urea+superphosphate+muriate+commercial organic fertilizer treatment was the best for new arable land fertilizer. Available potassium was higher in muriate input treatment than in potassium sulphate treatment.

    Based on the nearly 55 years climate data of Nankang District and other main producing counties of Gardenia jasminoides in Jiangxi Province, the climatic conditions of planting Gardenia jasminoides in Nankang were analyzed from the perspective of the climatic conditions required by Gardenia jasminoides. The climatic regionalization of Gardenia jasminoides in Nankang was made by using AicGIS software. The results show that Nankang District was rich in heat resources and had less chance of freezing injury in winter, which was beneficial to the safe overwintering of Gardenia jasminoides. The sunshine of the Gardenia jasminoides is much more than that of other main producing areas, and it is beneficial to increase its quality.though the precipitation during fruit expansion period was slightly less than that in other main producing areas, but the high temperature and heat damage was less during the period, so long as irrigation was concerned, high yield could be obtained.Nankang Gardenia jasminoides grown high. The suitable area is mainly in the central region, but the middle suitable area has many hills and low mountains, which can become a large area of Nankang development.

Statistics and analysis of the temperature and precipitation data of nearly 8 years of the city's 29 automatic stations were carried out,and a map of the growing climate of Camellia oleifera Abel. was drawn. This provides a theoretical basis for effectively expanding the planting area of Camellia oleifera Abel., strengthening the production and management of Camellia oleifera Abel.,and improving the yield and oil content of Camellia oleifera Abel..

    The control effects of 8 billion spores/milliliter CQMa421(Metarhizium anisopliae) dispersable oil suspensions of M. anisopliae produced by Chongqing Polymeric Bioengineering Co.,Ltd. on rice were verified, and the substitution products of chemical pesticides were found. The results show that the efficacy of M. anisopliae 8 billion spores per milliliters OD 60 mL per 667 m2 can reach 35.57%~68.14% against rice planthopper,53.22% leaf preserving effect against rice leaf roller,and 60.73% effectiveness of comprehensive prevention and treatment measures against striped rice borer. The rate of growth rate achieves 28.4%. It can be popularized and applied as a substitute technology for chemical control in rice.

    Secondary metabolites from fungal have always been an important source of drugs and leading compounds. In the search for pesticides of natural products from fungus, fungus NBERC_170302 with fungicidal and insecticidal activity was obtained. By active tracking and large-scale fermentation, the active compound was obtained and identified as Viridicatumtoxin A by LC-MS and X-Ray diffraction. Viridicatumtoxin A was found to show fungicidal activities to several agricultural pathogenic bacteria, and insecticidal activity to Plutella xylostella by further bioassay.

    The canes of three grape(Vitis vinifera L.) varities including grape red, large peak, the red were daubed broken sleep agent with main ingredients of single melamine before spring budding, the effects of single melamine on grape’s phenology period, the number of germination, the result position, internode length, leaf length, leaf width, and chlorophyll content. The results showed that, when the every bud eye of the grape canes were daubed broken sleep agent, the phenological period of three grape varities brought forward, and the germination rate had obvious increase, there were different effects among different grape varieties on the result positioninternode length, leaf length, leaf width and chlorophyll content.

    20 kinds of perennial root flowers in Xining were selected and planted in two kinds of soil environments respectively. Through the observation for two years,the seedling stage,flowering period,growth potential, the rate of seedling emergence,the survival rate of overwintering were recorded,then 8 varieties of perennial flowers suitable for planting and greening in Xining were selected,which could provide a theoretical basis for further popularization and application of perennial flowers in Xining.

    The population and community characteristics of Brasenia schreberi in Shuangpu town of West Lake, Hangzhou were surveyed using quadrat method and α-diversity index. The main results are as followsten plant species belonging to eight families and ten genera occur in this community. The vegetation was called B. schreberi-Hydrilla verticillata Ass. α-diversity index analysis revealed that Simpson index(D), Partrick’s richness Index(R), Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′), Pielou’s evenness index(J) and Simpson’s ecological dominance(SN) were 0.719, 10, 1.684, 0.731 and 0.242, respectively, indicating low levels of species diversity at the B. schreberi community. Excessive cultivation and frequent picking might be the most important cause of low levels of species diversity in B. schreberi community.

    A mathematical model and model analysis were applied to investigate the influence of cigarette spinning process factors on B[a]P yield in cigarette mainstream smoke, including cutting width(X1), HT working steam pressure(X2), air temperature(X3), hot air damper opening degree(X4), the temperature of the tube wall(X5) and cylinder speed(X6). The single factor effect, double factor effect and marginal effect were analyzed. The results showed that, the order of the effect of six factors on the B[a]P yield was:X3>X1>X5>X6>X4>X2; the two obvious interacting factor pairs were:X3 and X5X4 and X6X5 and X6;The most significant effect is X3 on cigarette mainstream smoke of B[a]P, and with the increase of X3,B[a]P release in mainstream smoke decreased significantly.

    In recent years, red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii) has become an important aquaculture animal in China, which is one of the most rapid and potential aquaculture species in Chinese aquaculture industry. Although the development of the crayfish is very rapid, however the aquaculture technology is still in the initial stage, which needs to be improved urgently. The understanding on the biological characteristics of the crayfish is the precondition for its exploration and improvement of breeding technology, and for finding innovative farming mode. Thus, in order to provide references for the crayfish breeding, the biological characteristics of the crayfish and its main breeding mode were summarized and elaborated.

    The pathogenic bacteria from the dead bodies of the lesions in organs and tissues of tibetan mastiff was isolated and cultured, according to the diagnosis of bacterial isolation and culture, staining, microscopy, biochemical test, drug sensitive test and the results of 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, the pathogenic bacteria was proved to be Streptococcus canis. The results of antibiotic susceptibility testing demonstrated that, the Streptococcus canis was highly sensitive to ceftiofur sodium, roxithromycin, tilmicosin, ofloxacin, lincomycin, ampicillin, medium sensitive to doxycycline, resistance to amikacin. Their 16S rRNA was closely related to Strephtococcus canis(CG40) with homologies of 99.2%.

    Blanching lotus sprout with 0.1% citric acid solution can significantly reduce the activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in lotus root and inhibited the browning of the lotus sprout while maintaining the lotus sprout hardness. The experiments found that lotus sprout hardness decreased with the extension of blanching temperature and blanching time. The trend of PPO enzyme activity in lotus sprout was the same as that of lotus sprout. Blanching at 100 ℃ significantly reduced the lotus sprout hardness, changing the texture characteristics of lotus sprout. Experiments found that the best bleaching process was blanching at 75 ℃ for 2.5 min.

    To detect the calcium carbonate and IR in marine-derived shell TCM,and then compare the contents of calcium carbonate and IR in the three herbs from different areas to provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation and qualitative identification of the three herbs. The content of calcium carbonate was detected by EDTA titrimetric method;applying IR to analyses the chemical composition difference of marine-derived shell TCM from different areas. The calcium carbonate content of Clam Shell was ranged from 79.74% to 98.34%. The calcium carbonate content of Os Sepiae was ranged from 81.07% to 94.51% and the calcium carbonate content of oysters was ranged from 66.71% to 96.92%. The IR analysis shows that Clam Shell、Os Sepiae、oysters were all consisted of the major Calcium carbonate and a slight amount of organisms. There are no significant differences among the contents of calcium carbonate and IR of Clam Shell、Os Sepiae and oysters from different areas. It fails to reflect the inner quality and work on qualitative identification of the three herbs on the whole with the content of calcium carbonate and IR.

    To establish a quantitative method for the simultaneous measurement of the residual level of three pesticides in Dendrobium aurantiacum by GC-MS/MS. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purify by Cleanert TPH column. The samples were then tested by GC-MS/MS. Information on relative retention time and mass charge ratio was used for qualitative analysis. The peak area obtained by secondary ion MS of dimethoate(125.0/79.0) was used as the reference peak to establish a method using dimethoate as the reference substance to determinate there sidual quantity of three pesticides in Dendrobium aurantiacum by GC-MS/MS. When the injection quantity of the sample containing dimethoatea, dichlorvos and chlorpyrifosis in the range of 0.1~1.0 ng, there is a good linear relationship between the injection quantity and peak area. Limit of quantification(LOQ) of dimethoate, dichlorvos and chlorpyrifos are 1.399×10-2、2.279×10-4、1.757×10-4 ng; The average recovery rates of dimethoate, dichlorvos and chlorpyrifos are 95.4%, 95.0% and 94.7%. the method is simple, accurate, rapid and is appropriate for the quantification of residual quantity of dimethoate,dichlorvos and chlorpyrifos in Dendrobium aurantiacum.

    Using Direct extraction and kjeldahl distillation apparatus, a method for the simultaneous determination of sodium diacetate for wet rice noodles by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established. Methods the sodium diacetate in the wet rice noodles was converted to the corresponding acids after phosphoric acid acidification,After that,acid was collected in the Kjeldahl nitrogen distillation unit. The pH of the distillates was adjusted to around 3.0 by phosphoric acid solution(1 mol/L). Finally, HPLC was used for the determination. Recoveries of direct extraction were between 98.32%~103.13%,and the RSD was in the range of 0.322%~0.877%; Recoveries of kjeldahl nitrogen distillation were between 98.12%~102.52%,and the RSD was in the range of 0.317%~1.750%(n=10). Conclusion The method of kjeldahl distillation is simple, fast, stable and reliable, and it is suitable for the determination of sodium diacetate content in wet rice noodles.

    Based on the observed data of sunlight greenhouse microclimate and nearby weather station during winter in 2012, the methods of correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis are adopted to set up forecast models of microclimate in sunlight greenhouse under different weather types during winter, and a fitting test is carried on the forecast model of microclimate in sunlight greenhouse. Based on the research work above, the conclusions are as followsWhen the degree of correlation between the sunlight greenhouse microclimate and the outside weather conditions are different, the factors affecting the inside microclimate are also different. The methods of stepwise regression analysis and correlation analysis are adopted to set up forecast model of microclimate in sunlight greenhouse under different weather types during winter, and a fitting test is carried out. The fitting average absolute error of maximum daily temperature in sunlight greenhouse is 1.5~2.8 ℃;the fitting relative error of minimum daily temperature in sunlight greenhouse is 0.5~1.3 ℃; when the error range of the two is within ±2 ℃,the forecast effect is better in the forecast range. When the fitting average absolute error of minimum daily relative humidity in sunlight greenhouse is 1.2%~3.7%, the forecast effect is better; When the fitting average absolute error of daily minimum global radiation in sunlight greenhouse is 31.5~39.8 W/m2,the fitting average relative error of daily minimum global radiation in sunlight greenhouse is bigger, and the forecast effect is poor.

    The potential evaluation of rural residential areas is the basis of optimized layout, quantified ecological security level of residential area is conducive to the development of residential areas in the future. Taking the Ili river valley Qapqal xibe autonomous county(this article is referred to as "Cha county") as the study area, combining with the characteristics of the terrain in the study area, comprehensively applying the minimum cumulative resistance model, GIS spatial analysis and analytic hierarchy process(ahp) method, based on soil and water conservation, biodiversity and scenic spot, the resistance surface to optimize ecological security was established; And by using of topography, settlement data, geographical factors, the optimized potential evaluation system of rural residential areas set up to conduct the rural residential areas potential evaluation grading Qapqal xibe autonomous county; Finally the gravity model is used to calculate gravity score in cities and towns, combing with optimized potential score and ecological security pattern of residential area, the division of residential areas was optimized. Research results showed that, when the topography is steep and nearer to the large drainage, the resistance of regional ecological security was greater, settlement optimization potential lower. Through preliminary remediation and classification, the residential areas was mainly divided into the urbanization area, the key development area, internal transformation area and migration merge area, so the optimized layout of rural residential areas could be reasonably guided, so as to provide decision support for the regulation optimization of rural residential areas.

    Genomic DNA was extracted from the two kinds of color of Bletilla striata by using the CTAB method. To analysis the sequence of different flower color of Bletilla striata based on the four kinds of DNA barcode for further identification. Four DNA barcoding markers(trnH-psbA,rbcL,ITS and LSU D1-D3) were selected for PCR. PCR product was ligated into T vector for sequencing. The sequencing results were analyzed by using DNAMAN software. According to the SNP loci of different color of Bletilla striata, the primers were designed for identifying different color of Bletilla striata. Result showed that:two kinds of flower color of Bletilla striata genomic DNA can be amplified based on 4 pairs primers of plant DNA barcode markers and SNP loci were found. None SNP locus was found in trnH-psbA sequence. Two SNP loci were found in rbcL sequence. Sixty-two SNP loci were found in ITS sequence. Three SNP loci were found in LSU D1-D3 sequence. Primer DUAN5(5′-TAGTAACGGCGAGCGAAC-3′) and JDHH(5′-TTATCAGCTTCCTTGCGCCCG-3′) can be used for identifying the yellow flower color of Bletilla striata according to the SNP loci in LSU D1-D3 sequence. The primers were found for identifying the yellow flower color of Bletilla striata.

    Lectin-like receptor kinase(LecRK) is a family of proteins which is unique and universal in plants. However, subcellular localization and biological function of OsLecRK family in rice(Oryza sativa L.) are largely unknown. OsLecRK gene was amplified from Nipponbare leaves cDNA based on the published ORF sequence on NCBI. Subcellular localization of OsLecRK protein was conducted by construction of transient expression vector OsLecRK-GFP and transformation of rice protoplasts. The confocal microscopy results showed that OsLecRK protein was located mainly in the cytoplasm, and built a good foundation for further research on the function of OsLecRK.

    Based on the connotation definition of the rural complex, the construction characteristics of 10 rural complex pilots supported by the key project of national comprehensive agricultural development were compared. The construction contents included five functional areas, such as agricultural production, agricultural processing, leisure traveling, residential and comprehensive services center, were also summarized. Taking the Fuyu Mountain rural complex in Yichang as an example, the development path of implementing the "slope-to-ladder"-type development for barren hill, building the "Gubingzhai" culture and promoting the integration of agricultural and rural tourism, were discussed. And some suggestions were also put forward to further the development of rural complex such as efficiently developing agricultural basing on characteristics, cultivating new industries and new formats according to local conditions, paying close attention to the interests of farmers and promoting the deep integration of "farm and tourism", etc.

    The poverty alleviation in China has entered a stage of storming fortifications, the fundamental way to achieve it is the development of industries. To evaluate the poverty alleviation effectiveness of agricultural industry comprehensively and systematically, an evaluating index mode for the poverty alleviation of agricultural industry was established based on the related data from National Bureau of Statistics and State Council's Poverty Alleviation Office, and a quantitative analysis was made on the effectiveness of industrial poverty alleviation. The results showed that great progress have been made in the present anti-poverty of agricultural industry, the effects of poverty alleviation were constantly emerging and support measures were more reasonable, while the use efficiency of funds decreased year by year. To ensure more progress in the poverty alleviation of agricultural industry, the future work focus and some suggestions for the poverty alleviation were proposed from exploring new formats to increase income, cultivating and stimulating new main bodies, and building a new stable mechanism.

    Based on the survey data from 265 farmer households in Jingzhou city of Jianghan Plain, the farmland, assets, income, and family characteristics of current farmer households were analyzed. The Tobit model was used to empirically analyze the factors influencing the farmer households' land transfer scale. The results showed that the education, agricultural annual income, whether or not having agricultural machinery and signing agreement of householder had significantly positive effects on land transfer scale, and the age, the nature of employment, and the original land area of householder had significantly negative effects on land transfer scale.

    The eco-efficiency of 30 provinces(districts, municipalities) between 2003 and 2015 was calculated through the two stage DEA model, and the regional disparity, the distributional dynamic and the evolution trend of the Chinese provincial eco-efficiency was analyzed. The results showed that the Chinese eco-efficiency had significant spatial disequilibrium, and the overall distribution showed that the increase moved from west to central and eastern regions. The whole provincial disparity of eco-efficiency declined, of which the eastern region, the central region and the western region fluctuated obviously. The group mobility between Chinese provincial eco-efficiency was not high, and the overall performance seemed to be a higher level development.

    Based on the survey data from drifting scenic spots of Hubei province, it was found that the drifting tourism resources was mainly developed by the private and state capitals but little by foreign capital. With these funds more than 70 drifting scenic spots have been develop by multi-cooperation, and the investment scale was continually expanding. The average amount of investment in the first phase have grown from 4.037 5 million yuan before 2000 to 29.89 million yuan at present. But the growth of investment have slowed, and the era of double growth have become the past tense. The investment fund was mainly from investment business, tourism and the government. According to the income of operating drifting scenic spots, the spots in good business situation were always invested by the government and tourism, or big investments as more than 10 million yuan. Therefore, it was suggested that the development of future drifting tourism resources should pay attention to investigation of the overall tourism resources, introduce funds from the government and tourism, and stop the construction of small and low drifting scenic spots.
