    The application of artificial insemination tremendously accelerates the development of modern animal husbandry,while semen preservation is an important part restricting the extensive application of artificial insemination technology. Although the study of rabbit semen preservation has been carried out early, the progress is still slow. The authors mainly reviewed the preservation methods, preservation principles and related factors affecting the semen preservation of rabbit semen, in order to provide a reference for exploring better rabbit semen preservation methods and the application of artificial insemination technology in the production of commercial rabbits.

    Selenium content of 10 medicinal plants was investigated from selenium-enriched soil in Enshi. The results showed that these plants had significant difference in selenium content,7 plants had a good effect on selenium absorption. The soil selenium difference affected the selenium absorption of selenium-enriched plants significantly.

    Based on analysis selenium content of selenium-enriched rice and soil from Lilinzui, the relationship between the soil pH, organic matter, available phosphorus, available potassium, ammonium nitrogen, form of selenium and the ability of enriching selenium in rice was studied. The results showed that the rice selenium was positively related to the content of soil selenium, which could be reasonably arranged according to the scope of selenium-enriched soil, and had certain reference significance for the cultivation of selenium-enriched rice. Increasing soil pH, organic matter, available phosphorus and available potassium could enhance the enrichment of selenium in rice, but there was no significant correlation between ammonium nitrogen and the enrichment ability of rice selenium. In soil selenium form, strongly organic selenium and humic acid-bound selenium was positively related with selenium in soil, and the content of selenium was higher, it indicated that selenium accumulation in rice mainly depends on strongly organic selenium and humic acid-bound selenium.

    It is important to select good purple sweet potato variety for production and processing. 13 purple sweet potato varieties were collected and evaluated in field experiment. The results showed that 4 varieties of Yunzi 2,Tuozi1,Yizi 263 and Jianzi had better yield and quality,with average yield of 46.7 t/hm2,45.5 t/hm2,43.5 t/hm2 and 40.8 t/hm2. It provided a scientific basis for selecting good purple sweet potato variety in Yuxi city and some other areas of Yunnan province.

    Experiment was conducted to study the effect of rapeseed as green manure on biomass and yield of mechanically transplanted middle-season rice variety Liangyou 1318. The results indicated that rape green manure was beneficial to the increase of effective panicle number and yield of mechanically transplanted middle-season rice. After using rapeseed as green manure, the effective panicle number and yield of rice increased 7.0% and 4.2%, respectively, while compared with the control treatment. It could also improve the lodging resistance of rice. This may be related to the increase of soil organic matter, P and K content by rape green manure application.

    The three-line hybrid late rice Jufengyou 1098 was approved by Hubei Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in April, 2017. The approval number is Eshendao 2017023. The average yield of the variety in Hubei province was 8.655 t/hm2 in the two years’ trial, increased by 5.42% compared with control variety Jinyou 207. The rice quality reached class 3 of the national high quality rice standard. Its whole growth period was 116.9 d,1.8 d shorter than control variety. Comprehensive index of rice blast was 6.8. It is suitable for planting as late rice in Hubei province, except in those areas with severe rice blast.

    Hubei province strong thunderstorm weather process was analyzed from August 30th to 31st, 2014 considering the circulation background, system mechanism, the radar reflectivity, high echo top, vertically integrated liquid and characteristics of cloud maps etc, by using the observation data of lightning locator, Doppler weather radar and meteorological satellite in Hubei area. The results showed that under the influence of the mesoscale convective cloud system,time and area the lightning occurred correspond to the radar echo. When regional echo intensity mostly above 40 dBZ, maximum reached 45 dBZ, echo top partly above 9 km, maximum was up to 17 km, K index was not below 36 and most of the vertically integrated liquid became more than 6 kg/m2, the largest reached 20 kg/m2, which became a clear instruction to thunder and lightning to weather forecast.

    Through pot experiment, an evaluation of the single and combined stress effects of the cadmium and clethodim on the physiological and biochemical process of celery were made. Meanwhile the study explored the interaction between the two combined pollution. The experiment determines the enzyme activities of SOD, POD, CAT, GSH and the content of MDA, proline, total phenols and cadmium content. The results showed that the combined pollution of clethodim and cadmium had more damage to celery, compared to the single factor treatment. The enzymes hurted was one of toxic mechanism of clethodim and cadmium, celery showed the increase of total phenols, proline and GSH, which could alleviate the oxidative damage and decrease the content of MDA. There was a certain antagonism between clethodim and cadmium, Clethodim had certain inhibitory effect on the enrichment of cadmium in celery, when the concentration of cadmium was 0.7 mg/kg, the inhibitory effect was obvious.

    The effects of different cultivation patterns on microorganisms and enzyme in tobacco soil was studied. The results showed that compared with chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer could improve reproduction of bacteria in tobacco soil, and inhibit growth and reproduction of fungi, improve growth of actinomycetes during fast growing period, and improve reproduction of ammonifying bacteria. At maturation period nitrifying bacteria in 60% fertilizer base fertilizer+10% organic fertilizer base fertilizer+30% fertilizer top fertilizer(second pattern) obviously increased and increased percentage of 141.4% than 70% fertilizer base fertilizer+30% fertilizer top fertilizer(first pattern). Organic fertilizer could stabilize activity of urease and keep high activity, activity of acid phosphatase was higher than first pattern during every period. Organic fertilizer obviously improved activity of invertase, increased percentage of 375% than first pattern at 60 days after transplant. Organic fertilizer could obviously improved activity of soil hydrogen peroxidase. Total enzyme activity of second pattern was stable and higher than first pattern during every growth period, average enzyme activity increased percentage of 41.9% than first pattern. This proved that organic fertilizer was good at reproduction of soil beneficial microorganism, increased enzyme activity, and improved conversion and absorption of nutrients.

    Influence on local climate in Changsha by urban development had been studied with the 1970—2016 meteorological data of Changsha station, which found the changes in heating and cooling had intensified in recent years, the annual mean temperature and the highest ground temperature showed an increasing trend, high temperature days had increased, and the heat wave phenomenon was obvious; The precipitation in the rainy season was increasing; The maximum wind speed was decreasing; The probability of visibility less than 1 km had increased rapidly in the past two years, the number of haze days had exceeded the number of foggy days, and which was increasing. It was indicated that the heat island effected, the increase of condensation nucleus, the change of land use and the accelerated industrialization of urbanization had a great impact on the climate, therefore, while developing urban construction, influence of urban development on climate should be paid more attention.

    Three varieties of peanut varieties with different resistant peanut varieties were determined by the changes of O2-, MDA content and defense enzyme content after the stress of Cercospora arachidicola,and the correlation between them and the disease resistance was analyzed. The results showed that the peanut variety tested bacteria inoculated leaf spot within 1~15 d,O2- and MDA content were presented increased first and then decreased trend. Among them, for the content of O2-, Yueyou No.7 reached maximumafter 9 d,and Huayu No.20 reached maximum after 7 d, and Luhua No.11 reached maximum after 5 d;For the content of MDA,Yueyou No.7 peaked after 9 d, Huayu No.20 reached a maximum peak after 9 d, Luhua No.11 reached the maximum after 13 d. The comparative analysis of CAT,SOD,POD,PAL and PPO in the leaves after inoculation showed that Luhua No.11 was the highest, followed by the Huayu No.20, and the lowest in Yueyou No.7. There was a negative correlation between the disease index and the protective enzyme content of the three kinds of peanut varieties,and there was a significant difference between the SOD and the PAL content in disease-resistant cultivars and susceptible varieties. Indicated that the peanut leaf spot after bacteria infection, oxygen anion and outbreak time and MDA content in leaf change were closely related to the resistance of peanut varieties, the stronger the resistance of peanut varieties response time more quickly, the smaller the leaf cell damage,and cell function lost the less; Different peanut varieties for leaf spot resistance level differences, rhizoctonina bacteria stress could cause the peanut leaf defense enzymes and antioxidants content changes, and the stronger the resistance of peanut varieties defense enzyme content was higher; The content of SOD and PAL could be used as the physiological and biochemical indexes to identify the resistance of peanut to C. arachidicola.

    A field experiment was conducted to reveal residual degradation dynamics and the final residues of imidacloprid in peanut and soil, the residues of imidacloprid in peanut and soil were determined by Waters2695 liquid chromatograph. The degradation dynamic test results showed that the residues in the peanut plant were undetected and the half-life was not calculated; The half-live of imidacloprid in soil was 4.7~9.5 d, and more than 74.7% degradation after application for 21 d. The final residue tests showed that 10% imidacloprid CS for control of peanut grub, the highest dosage of 260 g a.i./100 kg seed (preparation 2 600 g/100 kg seed) in peanut seed before sowing.

    The morphological traits and biological characteristics of Graphium sarpedon were observed to provide some measures for IPM base on rearing indoor and field investigation. The results were as follows:There were broadly distributed host plant species infested by G. sarpedon in Fuzhou. The ornamental effect of ornamental trees such as C. camphora or C. cassia, were reduced due to leaves infestation of G. sarpedon larvae. This pest had 5 generations per year in Fuzhou and obviously overlapping generations with over-wintering pupa,the duration of one generation was 60.5 d while that of overwintering generation was 136.5 d. The mean duration of eggs was 5 d,and only single egg was laid by female moth on the younger leaf of C. camphora. Larvae had five instars with the mean duration 26~30 d,and feeding capacity increased with larval instar. Pupal stage approximately experienced 16 d while the overwintering duration of pupae was about 92 d on the leaf back. The longevity of moths was 8~11 d with 87.5% eclosion rate. To provide some helpful information for integrated pest management,life cycle table was made based on the dynamics of C. camphora in Fuzhou. In addition,there was roughly eight percent dead caterpillars partially due to entomopathogenic disease and parasitization by Brachymeria lasus Walker,which had 3% of natural parasitism rate,and both biotic factors played important roles to suppress population of C. camphora.

    The preservation of liquid formulation of the biocontrol agent Candida intermedia C410 was primarily explored. Results showed that, while the initial preserving concentration was 2×109 cells/mL, storage temperature was 4 ℃, liquid formulation of C410 with high viability of cells were phosphate buffers supplemented with 5% trehalose and 1 mmol/L ascorbic acid. The liquid formulation kept high viability of yeast cells for more than 90 days. Suspensions of liquid formulation after 90 days and fresh yeast cells were tested against B. cinerea on tomato fruits, both suspensions exhibited prospective biocontrol effect, gray mould of tomato was inhibited while the quality of tomato fruits maintain completely good.

    The acceleration of China's urbanization process has promoted the diversified development of tourism and led to the rise of tourism agriculture parks. However,due to the late rise of the sightseeing agricultural park and the unrestricted planning definition,the landscape of the sightseeing agricultural parks in various places has single content,lack of characteristics;and the original ecological environment is seriously damaged,the biodiversity of the park is scarce,which has destroyed the ecological environment that originally had regional characteristics. Taking the landscape ecological design of the sightseeing agricultural park as the starting point,and the Jiulong Bay Sightseeing Holiday Agricultural Park in Tuanfeng county of Huanggang city as an example,after reviewing the literature related to the development process of the agricultural park and related technologies of ecological design,based on the principle of green sustainable development,the principle of ecosystem integration,and the principle of moderate development,an operational ecological planning model was try to established. The ideas and methods of the landscape ecological design of the sightseeing agricultural park are discussed from the overall ecological planning of the project to the single ecological design.

    Four types seeds of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. from Lichuan city,including wild red fruit type,cultivated yellow fruit type,grafting red fruit type and cultivated red fruit type were selected and treated by different soaking treatment(tap water soaking,10.5 mmol/L KH2PO4 soaking,20% detergent soaking,10% soap soaking and 20% detergent solution soaking) to analyze the effects of different soaking time, soaking temperature and germination temperature on the seed germination of 4 types of yam. The results showed that soaking in 20% liquid detergent solution for 24 h with soaking temperature at 30 ℃ and accelerating germination temperature at 25 ℃,the seeds (wild red fruit type,cultivated yellow fruit type,grafting red fruit type and cultivated red fruit type) germination rate was 97.3%,95.1%,96.2%,and 97.3%,respectively,and the germination potentials were 68.1%,67.7%,65.8%,and 66.1%,respectively,which were significantly higher than other treatments,especially significantly higher than the tap water soaking treatment. 20% detergent soaking solution for 24 h,and seed soaking temperature 30 ℃,accelerating germination temperature 25 ℃,could effectively promote the seed germination. It is worthy of popularization and application in production practice.

    Seven Japanese strawberry varieties were used as test materials. The biological characters,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of different varieties were determined. The membership function method was used to analyze the strawberry varieties most suitable for planting in Tianjin. The result showed that there were significant differences in biological characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality indexes among different strawberry cultivars. According to the membership function values of the net photosynthetic rate,leaf area,average fruit weight,soluble solids,soluble sugar,sugar-acid ratio and hardness,Jiaomei has strong photosynthetic capacity,sweet and sour fruit,high hardness,suitable for storage and transportation,and is most suitable for popularization and cultivation.

    To study the effect of rolling time on quality of green tea E-Cha No.10 and optimize the rolling technology, the sensory quality and physical and chemical quality of green tea treated by different rolling time(0, 10, 20, 30, 40 min) by 6CR-35 rolling machine was studied. The results showed that rolling for 10 to 20 min was appropriate for green tea to maintain green, have bloomed and tippy appearance, green and bright infusion color, high floral and chestnut aroma, fresh and mellow taste, the minimum ratio of polyphenols to amino acids, lower index of catechin, which hinted the bitter and astringe extent of tea liquor, and furthermore, higher content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll, harmonious color of tea appearance and infusion. In conclusion, rolling for 10 to 20 min was appropriate for high-quality green tea made from E-Cha No.10.

    In the field cultivation process,Lilium spp. has a problem of weak plant growth, small growth of the globules and low sphericity. In order to improve the quality of the sub-balls,the scales of the lily varieties Siberia,Sorbonne and Conca d’or were used as test materials,and two cultivation methods of scale cultivation and descaling cultivation were carried out. The results showed that the germination time of the cultivars of the three cultivars was 3 days earlier than that of the squamous cultivars,and the twitch rate was increased by 7.33%,4.33%,15.43%,and the height of the globules was increased by 3.9, 2.7,1.6 cm. The effects of scale cultivation on the circumference and weight of the three specie on the circumferences and weights of three cultivars were significant. The diameter of the subspheres increased by 28.2%,32.6%,24.1%,and the weight of the subspheres increased by 20.1%,25.4% and 48.5%,respectively. The scaly cultivation can promote the growth of lily bulbs and improve the quality of the pellets,which has guiding significance for the commercial production of lily bulbs.

    The effects of factors such as different foods, humidity, stocking density, inhabitants, sheltering, and parental care on the survival rate of pillworm were studied. The results showed that the rats were fond of cabbage leaves and had a high survival rate. When the humidity was 55%, the survival rate was the highest. The optimum breeding density of the pillworm was different at different stages, 2 182/m2 in primary and young period, and 2 424/m2 in the adult period. The pillworm like white foam board as their habitat shelter; becasue of the child-care behavior, the survival rate of the primary pillworm will be rasied while there are mother pillworms.

The population characteristics and diversity of the Apis cerana cerana were investigated based on morphological genetics. It is found that the 4 principal components of the honeybee can reflect the amount of information of the morphological characteristics of the worker bee, and the multiple morphological indexes also reflect the contribution to the variation among the population. 9 samples of the main distribution area of A. cerana cerana in the hilly and hilly areas of Yichang, Hubei, were measured and analyzed. The morphological markers showed that the A. cerana cerana in the Yichang area of Hubei was rich in genetic diversity.

    miRNA as a kind of micromolecule non-coding RNA with the length of about 22 bp plays an important regulatory role in skeletal muscle growth and muscle cell differentiation. This research uses Solexa sequencing technology to conduct miRNA sequencing on three eight-four-day-old adult male rabbits, aiming at evaluating the quality of high-throughput sequencing in meat-rabbit miRNA data mining, and exploring the biological characteristics of miRNA in meat-rabbit muscular tissues. Results show that, except for bases in first three positions with an error rate slightly higher than 0.5%, bases in other positions have an error rate of lower than 0.5%, which indicates good sequencing quality, high reliability, and the applicability of obtained sequence in subsequent miRNA identification and analysis. Other types of RNA in pure sequences only take up 2.07%. The 18~24 nt small RNA first base in meat-rabbit muscle is mainly U base, and A base for the second with strong directivity. miRNA sequence length is mainly within the range of 20~24 nt, which takes up more than 90% of pure sequences. miRNA sequence length imbalance and the directivity of first-place base may be related to the action mechanism and specific functions of miRNA.

    The effects of plant growth regulators on in vitro plant regeneration of cassava were investigated through tissue culture methods using seedlings derived from sterile germination of cassava varieties of huanan 102 as material. Experiment results showed that the proliferation of cassava axillary bud turned out best while added the 0.4 mg/L KT into the MS culture medium. The roots of cassava tissue cultured seedlings grew stout while added the 0.4 mg/L MET into the 1/2 MS Medium. 2,4-D could induced callus of the leaves of cassava without vaccine,Meanwhile added 6-BA could improved the texture of callus.

    For studying the economic benefits of land use in Santai county,from the input intensity,output efficiency,the three aspects of industrial structure to establish the evaluation index system to reflect the economic benefits of land input and output results,By using the method of entropy function of the three county land use economy the benefit of quantitative and qualitative analysis,static and dynamic combination analysis. The land use change table check data,statistical yearbook data of three counties in 2006-2015 vertical comparison of urban land use economic benefits,the economic benefits of 10 years,and the change trend were analyzed. The economic development data of Mianyang city in 2014. The Santai County town land use economic and other Mianyang county comparison. Results indicated that ①Santai county Coordinate series of land use was in the second stage nearly 10 years,land use in state of coordination;②The input intensity of land use growing,however land use efficiency is not good;③The industrial structure get initial adjustment;④Santai was lack in funding Compared with other counties of Mianyang. Analysising by synthesis,its conclude that The coordination degree about economic benefits of land use was totality rised in Santai,but the output wasn't in direct proportion to the input. The industrial structure isn’t suitful,the way of land still need further adjustment.

    Based on the concept of urban ecological security(UES),the UES assessment indicator system of Pingliang city is established according to PSR(pressure-state-response) model. UES assessment model was proposed from structural evolution of complex systems based on the maximum information entropy principle(MIEP),self-organizing feature map neural network(SOFM) algorithm and MATLAB mathematical software. The UES status of Pingliang city showed that an increasing trend from 2002 to 2011. In 2002-2009,The UES of Pingliang city was in critical security,and improved in 2010-2011,2010 and 2011 was safer,in 2011 reached the highest value of 1.372 6,but there was still a gap with the ideal level of safety.

    Rural revitalization strategy, precise poverty alleviation and priority poverty alleviation in the destitute areas, are the three important new problems in the “three rural” work and rural poverty alleviation in recent years in China. The Wuling mountain area, is located in the “main battlefield” of the national poverty alleviation. This paper has studied the status of agriculture-related patent protection in 11 counties and cities in the region, analyzed the existing problems of agricultural patent protection and related agricultural science and technology innovation.     At present, many kinds of agricultural product circulation channels coexist, each has its advantages and disadvantages, and can not fully adapt to the modern circulation demand of agricultural products. In order to improve and optimize the current circulation channels of agricultural products, we need to take the circulation mode of agricultural products at the present stage as the research basis, and promote the formation of modern circulation channels based on "supply and demand docking" based on the characteristics of "less circulation, full sharing of information, and connection of production and sales".     “The farming-supermarket docking” is of great significance in providing stable sales channels for agricultural products and improving the quality of agricultural products. However, “the farming-supermarket docking” faces the dilemma that a large number of cooperatives and supermarkets are dropping out of docking, which seriously affects the stability of “the farming-supermarket docking” supply chain at present. And so research uses the survey data of 48 agricultural cooperatives in Hubei and Hunan provinces, and used multiple Logit models to empirically analyze the factors which come from internal supply chain and external environment affecting the stability of “the farming-supermarket docking” supply chain. The result of the study indicates that the scale of cooperatives, supermarket credibility, policy support, and logistics delivery capabilities have different degrees of influence on the stability of “the farming-supermarket docking” supply chain. Finally, the study suggests that the government needs to strengthen financial support and improve loan business; cooperatives should continue to improve their own strengths and implement standardized production; supermarkets actively increase their forecasting capabilities and information level, thereby effectively improving the stability of “the farming-supermarket docking” supply chain.

    A system for evaluating the development of agricultural economy is developed with nine Level III indicators. By cluster analysis,the 11 cities(zone) of Shaanxi province are divided into three classes, including leading areas in agricultural economy, relatively developed areas in agricultural economy, and developing areas in agricultural economy. In combination with correlation analysis, major factors affecting the development of agricultural economy in Shaanxi province are obtained, and some suggestions are provided for improving the development of agricultural economy.
