Congou black tea is a representative category of black tea in China.It is famous for its unique sweet,fragrant honey fragrance and fruit aroma. Volatile substances have always been the key research direction of congou black tea. In this paper,the volatile substances characteristics, extraction methods, processing process(withering, rolling, fermenting, drying) and the formation mechanism of the congou black tea were reviewed in four aspects,and the trend of the volatile substances in the congou black tea was prospected.

Experiment was conducted with millet variety Jingu 29 as materials to study the effects of density and plants per hill on the reproductive traits and economic traits. The optimal planting density and plants per hill of millet in the shenmu region were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the high yield and high efficiency cultivation,and the mechanized seeding by small machines. Results showed that different densities and plants per hill had a great impact on the agronomic characters and yield of Jingu 29. With the increase of density,the plant height,ear length,ear diameter and grain weight per ear decreased,and the yield was influenced. The highest yield of Jingu 29 was 5 050.25 kg/hm

when the density was 180 000 plant hm

with 2 seedlings per hill on dry land.

Potato variety Qingshu 9 was used to study the effects of different film colors and fertilizer types on potato growth, yield and quality in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia. Two factor random block design with nine treatments combining 3 film colors (no film, white film and black film) and 3 fertilizers (no fertilizer,formula fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer) was used. Results showed that treatment of formula fertilizer with white film cover had fast growth, short growth period and the highest yield of 32 515 kg/hm
2
. Treatment of controlled-release fertilizer with black film cover showed the highest potato starch content of 19.81 g/100 g. Treatment of formula fertilizer with black film cover got the highest potato vitamin C content of 23.41 mg/100 g. These results could provide certain reference for the potato industry in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia.

was carried out. The results showed that the resistance of target strains with two resistance genes was all above the resistance level,and some strains reached high resistance level. The resistance of these strains to rice blast was significantly higher than that of the recurrent parent. were significantly increased, while there was no significant difference in other agronomic traits. The improved materials obtained through molecular marker-assisted selection is a new breeding resource for the breeding of red rice.

Hort. were set as the objects,which were put into a sealed glass capsule with length,width,height all of 60 cm. Cigarette smoking of mankind was imitated and two cigarettes were injected into the capsule. Changes of CO and PM2.5 concentrations during 48 h,phenotypes and physiological indexes at 48 h were determined,to investigate the purifying capacity of the two hanging plants to cigarette smoke and their growth and physiological responses. The results showed that
H. helix
and
C. comosum variegaturn
both could absorb CO and PM2.5 to some degree and purify the air in the sealed space. The purifying capacity per unit leaf area of
H. helix
was superior than
C. comosum variegaturn.
Meanwhile,growth of the two plants were affected by cigarette smoking treatments and leaf chlorosis and necrosis were appeared. After cigarette smoking treatments,levels of reactive oxygen species(including superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide) in leaves of the two plants were significantly increased,resulting in the increases of malondialdehyde,the products of membrane lipid peroxidation. ’s disease in Hubei province in recent years, the climatic conditions during the breeding stage of the main cultivation areas in Hubei were analyzed. The results showed that the production of

had some correlation with the time of cold air’s occurrence, the duration and degree of low temperature, and the amplitude of temperature in March to June in spring season. The more frequent the cold air activities occurred, the more duration days of low temperature continued, the lower the temperature level was, and the greater the magnitude of temperate fluctuated, then the more serious the disease would occur, and this could be reflected in the production of the year. Therefore, the monitoring and forecasting onto the meteorological conditions in spring could provide decision making services for the cultivators of

The coal chemical industry sludge is solid waste which produced in the process of coal chemical industry wastewater treatment. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of coal chemical industry sludge, the effects of coal chemical industry sludge reduction with ultraviolet irradiation was carried out. The experimental results showed that after 0 min,10 min,30 min,60 min after UV irradiation, the concentration of TN, TP in coal chemical excess sludge increased because of cell rupture. And due to available to other microorganisms, the concentration of COD showed a trend of increase after decreases first. And the concentration of SS gradually reduced after UV irradiation. So, it can obtain certain coal chemical industry excess sludge reduction using ultraviolet radiation. To provide reference for Ningdong coal chemical excess sludge reduction, it need to further strengthen the experimental and applied basic research on the sludge reduction.

In order to realize the technology of green prevention and control, the effect of new environmental-friendly microbial fungicide Yabijing against
Aphis gossypii

Maxim seeds, the local wild type, the artificially cultivated yellow fruit type, the grafted red fruit type, and the artificially cultivated red fruit type, after removing the wax layer, were used as materials to compare the different layering time on generation in order to obtain the best stratification time and type. The result showed that, comparing the effects of different stratification treatment time on seed germination rate, the germination rate of four types of yam seeds increased with the stratification time in the stratification time of 60 to 90 d. Compared with the effects of accumulation time on different types of germination rate, the local wild type had the highest germination rate; and the germination rate from low to high was grafted red fruit type, artificial cultivation red fruit type, artificial cultivation yellow fruit type, and local wild type.

The biochemical components including water extracts,caffeine,free amino acid,theanine,poly phends and catechin in the one bud and two leaves of spring shoots of 11 tea[
Camellia sinensis
(L.) O. Ktze.] cultivars were analyzed;and the ratio of tea poly phenols and amino acid was calculated. The results showed that the content of water extracts was 45.56% to 53.56%;the content of caffeine was 24.60 to 38.64 mg/g;the content of free amino acid was 25.17 to 79.80 mg/g;the content of theanine was 2.78 to 31.10 mg/g;the content of tea poly phenol was 127.30 to 242.22 mg/g;the content of catechin was 85.52~177.21 mg/g;and the ratio of tea poly phenols and amino acid was 1.60 to 9.62. The content of the biochemical components in the one bud and two leaves of spring shoots of different tea varieties is different. In comparison, Anji white tea,Duokangxiang,Shuchazao and Xianyuzao have obvious biochemical characteristics of high amino acid content and low tea polyphenol content,are more suitable for making high quality green tea.

A total of 270 54-wk-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens were allocated into 3 treatments with 6 replicates of 15 hens each. Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet, and hens in the test Ⅰ and Ⅱ were given the basal diet supplemented with 5.0 mg/kg apoester combined with either 2.5 or 5.0 mg/kg canthaxanthin, respectively. The results suggested that compared with the control group, hens in test Ⅰ exerted a decrease in malondialdehyde accumulation in the liver(

<0.05). Treatments increased values of Roche colorimetric fan, redness, and yellowness, and contents of canthaxanthin and lutein, but reduced lightness value in the egg yolk(

<0.05). The supplementation of apoester combined with canthaxanthin could improve color and pigment accumulation in the egg yolk, and combination of 2.5 mg/kg canthaxanthin with 5.0 mg/kg apoester could enhance antioxidant capacity in the liver of laying hens.

In order to understand the epidemic situation of Chlamydia in Hubei Province,380 serum species from 40 farms (18 cattle and 20 sheep or goat) in various regions of Hubei province were collected tested by indirect hemagglutination test (IHA). The results showed that the total positive rate was 44.21%(168/380). All regions in Hubei province were found positive of Chlamydia antibody detection. The infection rate of cattle was relatively high,and the positive rate in some farms was up to 100%. This survey showed that Chlamydia infection in cattle and sheep was common in Hubei province,and there were also regionality.

In view of the complexity of plant leaves images, combining with the characteristics of plant color leaves images,a color image segmentation method based on color differences was presented. Firstly,the images of the diseased plant leaves were collected,use GrabCut algorithm to segment the complex field environment background. Then,use median filtering and image sharpening method to preserve the image of disease area and edge detail. Next,the processed images are converted to Lab color space and YUV color space which based on physiological characteristics. Combined with Otsu method,the images of Lab grayscale and single channel grayscale of YUV color space are subdivided respectively. Finally,the two subdivision of the two figures and operations,its conversion to RGB color space,you can get the final segmentation results. The method was used to segment the common color images of leaves diseases plants such as soybean,corn,rape and cucumber. The experimental results showed that this method can obtain more accurate segmentation,Edge detail protection and segmentation efficiency also have good results.

In this experiment, R15 hypocotyls were used as acceptor, and 0.5 mg/L Basta was used as a screening marker. Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation method was used to study the genetic transformation. 100 calli were induced by resistance callus, and 143 callus were obtained after 1 month. The recovery rate was 71.50%. After 3 times, the callus was obtained and the callus was obtained. The transformation rate was 81.00%. Taking the municipal districts of Hohhot city as the study area, combined with the land use change data and social economic statistical data about the study area from 2009 to 2015, took some main factors for influence the structure optimization of city land use as the factors of optimal decision, respectively using GM(1,1) and GLP to estimate and construct the intervals of predictive value of the factors and inequality constraint equations, and respectively according to the interval prediction value of the limit to design two configuration optimization schemes of land use of the study area in 2020 and compared and optimized for it. The results show that compared to the optimization scheme of the interval of lower value, optimization scheme of the upper limit value in the efficiency of the whole land output and single type of land scale and combination was better than the optimization scheme of lower limit and current structure of land use structure.

Based on the actual situation of the running of agricultural materials e-commerce, this paper aims to explore the effect of farmers’ offline sensory experience in the agency service stations on their willingness of agricultural materials online shopping at agency service stations. The results show that farmers’ offline sensory experience has a positive impact on their willingness of agricultural materials online shopping at agency service stations, in which perceived risks play a mediating role. In addition, the perception of interpersonal trust strengthens the decreasing effect of sensory experience on perceived risk to some extents. The need of cognitive closure strengthens the positive effect of sensory experience on farmers’ willingness of agricultural materials online shopping.
