    Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs),which exists widely in living nature, are important part of innate immune system. AMPs not only have effective and brand spectrum antibacterial activities,but also have the activities against fungi,viruses,protozoa and cancer. Because of the different mechanism of antimicrobial action with antibiotic,the AMPs would not cause drug resistance and cross resistance. AMPs might be the new generation of antibacterial drugs,even have great market in agriculture,stock farming and aquaculture industry. Combined with the present research situation and development prospect of AMPs,this article summarized the source,categorization,structure,antibacterial mechanism and prospective application of AMPs.

    Luomai163 was a high-yield,high-quality,widely suitable wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) new varieties which bred by Luohe City Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Henan Province in 2009,with using 6010 as the female parent and Florida as male parent,and it was approved by Crop Variety Approval Committee of Hubei Province in 2017.     To screen the simple labor saving and high efficiency production planter pattern,the mulching plastic cover,five kind of cold-proof measures on virus-free seed potato(Solanum tuberosum L.),including the small arch awning,the biological bacterial fertilizer,spurts executes the anti-icing fluid and fills in soil,were carried out. The results indicated that,compared with CK,the period of emergence of potato with employment biology bacterial fertilizer was earlier 3 days,the rate of seedlings emergence was higher 3.9 percent,non-freeze injury occurred,and the yield was 50 088 kg/hm2,increased by 17.40%.

    To explore the spatial distribution pattern of negative air ion,the thesis used the Heilongjiang Province as the exploration area and chose 331 typical observation points to do the negative air ion observation. According to the datas we have,three interpolation methods were adopted(Ordinary Kriging method,inverse distance weighted method,radial basis function method) to do the spatial interpolation analysis of the negative air ion of 331 observation points in Heilongjiang Province. Correlation parameters were adopted,such as mean error,root mean square error,mean standard error,standard mean value,standard root mean square error,to compare the results of interpolation and study the effects of the results of negative air ion in this area that different methods brought to. The results showed that,the Moran’s I of negative air ion concentration in Heilongjiang Province was 0.36,indicated that the negative air ion had spatial autocorrelation in Heilongjiang Province. According to the comparision of four variograms models of Ordinary Kriging method(circulai model,spherical model,exponential model,Gaussian model),it was found that the accuracy of exponential model was higher and this model was more suitable for the interpolation of negative air ion concentration. The regression analysis of 265 forecst sites and 66 validation sites showed that the focast figures and examine figures of three kinds of different interpolation methods had relevance. Significance level test R2 results was Ordinary Kriging(0.840 33),radial basis function method(0.803 96) and inverse distance weighting method (0.610 16) from high to low. According to synthetic comparision,it was found that optimal semivariogram for the exponential model of ordinary Kriging interpolation results of negative air ion concentration in Heilongjiang Province were the best,and it could focast the spatial distribution of negative air ion in Heilongjiang Province well.

    On the basis of guaranteeing the reasonable allocation of regional water resources and ecological benign cycle,this paper implemented multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the water resources carrying capacity of Guangdong province,established the evaluation index system for the water resources carrying capacity of the sub-systems starting from the development status of water resources,ecological environment and social economy, and then conducted quantitative evaluation on the changes of the water resources carrying capacity of Guangdong province from 2008 to 2015. The results showed that,the current situation of the water resources carrying capacity in Guangdong province was in a“carrying” state and complied with the actual situation of Guangdong province,the quality changes of ecological environment was the main driving force to improve the water resources carrying capacity in Guangdong province,and the growth of population density and high-speed economic development in the social and economic development were always the main compression factors of the water resources carrying capacity. Thus,it is suggested that water conservancy facilities should be built up in the future,and groundwater resources should be developed and utilized to save water and raise the utilization ratio of water resources,so as to improve the carrying capacity of water resources.

    Taking Dingzhou city as the study area, on the basis of the function classification of cultivated land,this paper used the income reduction method,results of reference method,substitution method and summation method to calculate the value of cultivated land and analyze its dynamic characteristics during 2000 to 2013. The date of cultivated land, population,economy and other relevant statistical data were used. The results showed that the value of cultivated land was increasing year by year from 2000 to 2013,the average annual growth rate of per unit cultivated land value was 6.28%,and the average annual growth rate of cultivated land value was 6.74%.In the value composition of arable land,the proportion of production value was maintained at about 60%,the social value was about 35%,the ecological value was about 5%, and the proportion of the three was relatively stable. The factors that affected the development of social economy,people’s living standard and the price level,the social value of cultivated land increased greatly. Affected by the fertilizer,pesticide input,economic development level,the ecological value had a downward trend.

    Based on the data from the MOD13Q1 of 7 counties in the Three Rivers’ headwater area of the Northwest of Sichuan from 2001 to 2010,the NDVI cycle of vegetation was analyzed. The results show that the characteristics of NDVI can be well revealed by the wavelet analysis,the significant differences within the study area can be concluded by the t test. In the 7 different counties of the study area,the vegetation was in the slow recovery and the change of vegetation in the same vegetation type was changed by the years,but the vegetation growth cycle and growing period were different under the same type of vegetation and the climate. The vegetation growth cycle fluctuated around 230 days,the difference of vegetation growth cycle in different counties can reach 60 days. The vegetation growing period fluctuated around 110 days,the difference of vegetation growing period in different counties can reach 30 days. The reason was due to differences in temperature in particular months.

    In order to effectively renovate the mountain torrent disasters in Shennongjia forest area, a comprehensive risk assessment model for floods,debrisflow,landslides and slide is established in combination with the regional vulnerability assessment after considering the risk correction under the multi-hazard coupling rule. The comprehensive risk of the study area is evaluated by the risk matrix and the Borda order value. Finally,the comprehensive risk profile of the study area is obtained based on the GIS technology. The results show that the high risk area of Shennongjia forest area is mainly distributed in the vast areas of the western part of Shennongjia,the central and northeastern parts of China. The low risk area is mainly located in the southeastern part of the forest area. The evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation of the mountain torrent disaster in the area.

    The experiment of two-stage cuttage breeding was conducted to improve the cutting propagation mode of Ampelopsis grossedentata,and the matrix proportion of level one seedbed was studied. The results showed that the stem growth, leaf growth,total root length,biomass and strong seedling index in two-stage cutting breeding were all higher than those in conventional cutting breeding. therefore,two-stage cutting breeding was recommended during field production if the time and field conditions were permitted. The best matrix of level one seedbed in two-stage cutting breeding was peat soil∶river sand=1∶1.

    For further improving the ornamental characteristics of Petunia hybrida, which was selected as experimental material to measure its growth and physiological characters under different concentrations of lactic acid bacteria(LAB). The results showed that,compared with the control group,the growth and physiological characters of experimental group have gotten significant progress,and the concentrations of 1∶500 had the most positive effects. The crown breadth, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of P. hybrid have respectively improved by 11.69%,25.27%,32.69%,22.22% under the concentrations of 1∶500.

    The key technology of high yield and good quality light simplified cultivation from the aspects of plant adjustment,technology of integral control of water and fertilization in plastic greenhouse in early spring crop of wax gourd was studied. By measuring indexes of yield,single fruit weight and quality of different treatments,the results showed that,with removable nipple technique of wax gourd in early spring greenhouse,the yield increase rate reached 8.03% than the control,the growth rate of single fruit weight reached 16.58%. Compared with the traditional fertilizer,the increased production of formula fertilizer was remarkable on different varieties,wax gourd of Beijing Yi-Chuan-Ling and Bi-xiu relative increase rate was 22.65% and 35.28% respectively. The quality of wax gourd improved obviously by applying formula fertilizer,the nitrate content reduced 48.79% and 0.96% respectively,VC content increased 57.69% and 10.71% respectively,soluble solids content increased 2.38% and 7.54% respectively,sugar acid ratio increased 22.76% and 40.21% respectively.

    The thesis discussed the spatial distribution of Dalbergia odorifera seedling root system in simulated stony desertified soil (fully stony) by using refined whole root excavation method. The result showed that,in the fully stony substrate,the root-cap ratio of D. odorifera seedling increase. The distribution of root biomass in two different substrates were different in any direction except north(P<0.05). In both substrates, when depth increased, root biomass of D. odorifera seedling increased first and then decreased. And the maximum biomass in two substrates appeared both from the depth of 10 cm to 15 cm. In stony soil,there were significant differences between root biomass from the depth of 10 cm to 15 cm and root biomass from the depth of 0 cm to 5 cm and from 15 cm to 20 cm(P<0.05). However, in loam,root biomass had no significant difference in different depth. For D. odorifera with diameter less than 3 mm,there were significant difference between root biomass in stony soil and that in loam. For D. odorifera with diameter less than 0.5 mm, root biomass in stony soil was high than that in loam. Therefore, D. odorifera could change the distribution of root biomass and increase the proportion of thin-root to better adapted stony soil.

    The dust-retaining abilities of six evergreen shrubs in road greenbelt in Chengyang district of Qingdao city were studied. The results showed that the dust-retaining contents of per unit leaf area was relatively high for Euonymus japonicus and Pyracantha fortuneana,medium for Ligustrum×Vicaryi Hort and Ligustrum japonicum Thunb.,and relatively low for Pittosporum tobira and Photiniax fraseri. The absorbing ability of PM10 for Euonymus japonicus,Pyracantha fortuneana and Ligustrum×vicaryi Hort all exceeded 0.20 g/m2,which was relatively strong. The absorbing ability of PM10 for Euonymus japonicas was approximately 2.5 times than that of Photiniax fraseri. The adsorption capacity of PM5 for Euonymus japonicus,Ligustrum japonicum Thunb. and Pyracantha fortuneana was relatively strong,whose dust-retaining contents respectively was 0.150,0.139 and 0.137 g/m2. Photiniax fraseri was the lowest for 0.056 0 g/m2. The adsorption capacity of PM2.5 for Euonymus japonicus,Pittosporum tobira and Pyracantha fortuneana was relatively strong,the lowest for Photiniax fraseri. Further studies showed that Euonymus japonicus had better absorption for particulates out of its leaves with thick waxy structures,dense stomata as well as slight verrucous protuberances and grooves,While Photiniax fraseri had relatively weak absorption for particulates out of its smooth leaf surface.

    Ivy glorybind(Calystegia hederacea) which reproduces mainly by rhizome can be used as an ideal model to study self/non-self discrimination. A greenhouse experiment including three treatments was set up:two connected ramets from the same genet,two dis-connected ramets from the same genet,and two ramets from different genets. The results showed that,compared with connected ramets,the above growth of the dis-connected ramets from the same genet had been inhibited. The rate of stem growth slowed down,branches from the stem base decreased,and biomass allocation to above stem and leaves reduced significantly,too. These results demonstrated that for ivy glorybind,neighboring ramets differentiated self from non-self through the connection of rhizome,which might enabled physiological integration and achieved a better fitness.

    The rural plant landscape in the urban fringe of Yongchuan in Chongqing was investigated. The results showed that the types of recreational plant landscape include forest plant landscape,economic forest plant landscape,ornamental plant landscape,farmland plant landscape,water system plant landscape and home garden plant landscape. Based on the constructed evaluation indexes,the grey relational analysis method is used to evaluate the scenic beauty,rurality,hospitality and accessibility of six types of plant landscape.     In order to study the feasibility of natural plant alternative synthetic antioxidants,six kinds of Chinese natural plants were selected which can use both as food and medicine and spiceberry plants(clove,rosemary,cinnamon,sage,lemongrass and purple perilla)as research objects,combined these plants by using the component screening method and made curing liquid to manage Freshwater Crawfish tailmeat as samples,the samples’ three indexes of TBARS,protein carbonyl content and protein sulfhydryl content were detected after storage for investigating fat anti-oxidation and protein anti-oxidation effects of the six plants. The results showed that purple perilla had the best fat anti-oxidation effect and the combination of rosemary,cinnamon,sage,lemongrass had good protein anti-oxidation effect in the six kinds of plants,different plants had different antioxidant effects on fat and protein.

    Soaking technology of immersion type mulberry wine was optimized by central composite design-response. Using solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,and comminuting time as response factor,reducing sμgar,total acid,total flavonoids,sensory score of mulberry wine as response value,on the basis of single-factor experiments,3-factor,5-level central composite experimental design were adopted for the experiment. Results showed that the optimal soaking parameters was solid-liquid ratio of 59.70∶100(VV),ethanol concentration of 50.85%,comminuting time of 0.89 min. Predictive value of marinated mulberry wine were total sugar 28.00 g/L,total acid 1.82 g/L,total flavonoids 101.76 mg/L,sensory score 90.00. In validation test,the mean value of reducing total sμgar was 27.27 g/L,total acid was 1.87 g/L,total flavonoids was 99.92 mg/L,sensory score of mulberry wine was 88.0. The optimized soaking technology was simple,reasonable and stable,and could be used for soaking technology of mulberry wine.

    Using fresh Agaricus bisporus as materials,the effects of ration of soybean paste to bean paste,ration of chili to pepper,amount of sugar,yeast extract,monosodium glutamate,meat for the flavor Agaricus bisporus jam were studied. Optimum seasoning process and formulation were confirmed. The optimum formula was soybean pastebean paste 4∶1(g∶g), chili:pepper 1∶1(g∶g),sugar 3%,yeast extract 2%,monosodium glutamate 0.2%,meat 15% by color,texture analysis and sensory evaluation.

    In order to evaluate the concentration of heavy metals in water bodies and Rana dybowskii in Mudanfeng national nature reserve,that provides reference for scientific breeding and food utilization. The muscle samples of Rana dybowskii at different ages were treated by microwave digestion, the contents of six elements,As,Cd,Pb,Cr,Cu and Zn,were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS),the metal element content was evaluated by the national surface water environmental quality standard and the national food hygiene standard. The results showed that six kinds of heavy metals in the water bodies of the Rana dybowskii habitat met the national class I standard,and the Rana dybowskii was safe. The content of Cr in muscle samples was two years old of Rana dybowskii was significantly higher than that of one year and three years old,and other elements were not different between ages. The contents of six kinds of heavy metals were lower than the limit of national food. Correlation analysis showed that the muscle Cu content of Rana dybowskii was significantly positively correlated with body length,and there was a extremely significant positive correlation between Cd and Pb content. In the aspect of heavy metal content,the water body of Rana dybowskii habitat in Mudanfeng national nature reserve reached the feeding standard,and the muscle samples of Rana dybowskii accorded with the national food hygiene standard.

    Chicory concrete from three different habitats were isolated by solvent extraction,and 29,36 and 26 components were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrum(GC-MS). The relative content of each peak was detected by the normalization method of peak area,palmitic acid,linoleic acid,ethyl linoleate,ethyl palmitate,ethyl linolenate and 2-acetylfuran are main components of this three concrete. The results showed that the volatile components of B was the most abundant,and the content distribution was uniform,concrete A and C has less content and mainly occupied by palmitic acid and linoleic acid.Flavouring test showed that these chicory concrete could improve cigarette flavour obviously and make cigarette flavour harmonious,plentiful,mellow and mild. The overall effect was B>A>C and 0.10% additive proportion was the best.

    The contents of 12 mineral elements in the eggs among Tibetan chicken of Aba prefecture were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The result shows that the contents of Ba,Ca,Cu,P,Mn in the egg shell among the three strains of Tibetan chicken of Aba prefecture were not significantly different (P>0.05),the contents of Ca and P were high,accounting for more than 99% of the total content,while the content of Si,K,Ba,Fe slightly higher than other mineral elements;The contents of 12 mineral elements in the egg white were distant,but the differences between the three elements of P,Ba and Mn reached a significant level (P<0.05);The average content of the mineral elements in egg yolk of the strain Ⅱ was higher than the others,except for Al,Cu,Pb and Si,and the difference among the three strains for the most mineral elements was reached a significant level (P<0.05);The yolk is rich in elements such as Ca,Cu,Mn,P,Fe and Zn and the contents in egg yolk were twice higher than egg white.

    In order to reduce labor intensity and improve efficiency of traditional hand-made methods of Houkui Tea, the traditional hand-made craft was simulated, designed and developed a houkui tea automation equipment of shaping printing and laying and combined with the characteristics of houkui tea leaves, added the function of printing in the surface of the Houkui leaves in the process of shaping, to achieve the protection of the Houkui brand. The overall structure was introduced, discussed the structural design of shaping pringting and laying, finally introduced the control system design based on PLC. The practical application showed that this equipment inheritance and enhanced the traditional manual process, achieved the continuous automation from fixation to baking, increased productivity, reduced labor intensity, and improved tea production and quality.

    The influence mechanism of individual and human capital characteristic, family characteristic and regional characteristic are analysed on the employment situation of rural labor force, and their structural relationship are analysed based on Structural Equation Model, according to the 279 farmers’ survey data in Linchuan District. The results indicate, the individual and human capital characteristic is the primary factor that affects the rural labor force employment, in which the age is the important factor, and education level ranks second position. The influence of family characteristic on rural labor force employment ranks second, in which the area of direct subsidies for grain and cultivated land outflow rate are the most important factors. The regional characteristic is the bottom factor for rural labor force employment. To improve the education level of the rural labor force can ameliorate their employment status fundamentally. To perfect the cultivated land transfer system is an effective way to improve the employment situation of rural labor force. Direct grain subsidy is useful to promote the rural labor force engage in agricultural activities.

    The supply-side structural reform of Agriculture is accordant with the development ideas of agricultural modernization, and the agricultural modernization has tight relation to the urbanization. Based on the people-oriented idea and integrated use of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the internal action mechanism of population urbanization on agricultural modernization was logically analyzed from the industrial and spatial dimensions, and the practical effects of population urbanization on agricultural modernization in recent 15 years of Sichuan province were empirically analyzed based on statistical data.
