    Zinc finger proteins form a relatively large family of transcription factors in plants. The RING finger proteins represent a subgroup of Zinc finger proteins that contain specialized structures of ring finger domain. Proteins containing RING finger domain(s) were found to play important roles in plant growth and development, as well as responses to stress. Here the structural characteristics, classification and subcellular localization of RING finger proteins were introduced, the recent functional characterization studies of RING finger proteins in response to abiotic and biotic stresses were mainly highlighted, and a prospect for further in-depth research was made, with the hope that a relatively comprehensive reference for the creation of new germplasm with stress resistance using plant RING finger proteins could be provided.

    Comprehensive comparison test was conducted on 15 new rape varieties to screen varieties withgood main characters and high yieldfor large scale planting in Qinba mountain area. The results showed that Guohaoyou 8,Guohaoyou 5,Huihaoyou 5 and Longting 100 were suitable for planting in the double low rape production area, and Mianyou 15 and Mianyou309 were suitable for planting in the high erucic acid rape production area.

    Utilization traits of different types of rice, more tillers and smaller panicle variety Kongyu131 and less tillers and bigger panicle variety Longjing 21 were used in this study. Four base-tiller nitrogen to spike-grain nitrogen application ratios of 10∶0, 8∶2, 7∶3, 6∶4 were used with three N levels of 115, 138, 161 kg/ha. The results showed that the tiller number of plant population and the maximum tiller number of more tillers and smaller panicle variety Kongyu131 were more than those of less tillers and bigger panicle variety Longjing 21, with the increase of nitrogen supply level. Increase of the base-tiller nitrogen led to the increase of stem and tiller number in the population, and increase of the spike-grain nitrogen led to the decrease of peak seedlings number. Effect of nitrogen fertilizer postponing on stem and tiller number in the population under low nitrogen level was higher than that under high nitrogen level. With the increase of nitrogen rate, the highest stems number(THSN), the highest tillers number (THTN), tillers panicle number (TPN) and tillers panicle proportion (TPP) in populations of two rice varieties increased, but effective tiller number rate and panicle rate decreased. When the nitrogen application ratio was 7∶3, the less tillers and bigger panicle variety Longjing 21 had higher effective tiller number rate and panicle rate. Whereas the more tillers and smaller panicle variety Longjing131 had higher effective tiller number rate and panicle rate when the nitrogen application ratio was 8∶2. Under low nitrogen level, increase of spike-grain nitrogen application led to the decrease of population stem and tiller number of more tillers and smaller panicle variety, and further resulted in insufficient population spike. The suitable increase of spike-grain nitrogen application would be helpful for improving effective tillering rate and panicle rate of the less tillers and bigger panicle variety under middle and high nitrogen level.

    Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of sweet corn/summer savory intercropping on yield,agronomic traits of sweet corn. Results showed a high land equivalent ratio (1.24) for sweet corn/summer savory intercropping,indicating a certain degree of yield advantage of sweet corn/summer savory intercropping. Compared with the monoculture of sweet corn,the intercropping significantly increased the 1 000-grain weight of sweet corn by 12.61%,and the economic benefit by 24.44%. Intercropping positively influenced radiation use efficiency during the later stage of growth. Therefore sweet corn/summer savory intercropping has significant economic and environmental benefits. It not only improves population structure and resource use efficiency of sweet corn,but also reduces fertilizer application. It also reduces the amount of chemical pesticides used during the sweet corn production.

    In order to screen suitable rice varieties under integrated rice-Chinese soft shelled turtle-fish ecosystem, ten rice hybrid combinations were randomly arranged in plots in the same field, and agronomic and quality traits, yield characters, lodging resistance and so on were analyzed. The results showed that the yield of two hybrid combinations 7NJ003 and 7NJ004 reached 9 000 kg/hm2 under the rice-Chinese soft shelled turtle-fish field, which was higher than the control field. The rice quality traits of the two combinations were also very good. Therefore, 7NJ003 and 7NJ004 could be the suitable rice varieties for planting under integrated rice-Chinese soft shelled turtle-fish ecosystem.

    Taking virus-free potato Kexin No.18 as the material,the effect of increasing potassium application on high nitrogen levels(110 kg/hm2) and low nitrogen levels(65 kg/hm2) to the potato production and quality were conducted,respectively. The results demonstrated that increasing potassium application on high nitrogen levels,potato production was 25 779.15~30 868.65 kg/hm2 and commercial potato tuber rate was 68.70%~83.50%,which were both obvious high than low nitrogen condition;While increasing potassium application on low nitrogen levels,content of tuber starch was 13.92%~14.63%,and tuber dry matter was 19.50~20.54 g/kg2,and vitamin C content in tuber was 10.92~11.36 mg/100 g,which all significantly higher than high nitrogen condition. Besides,the net assimilation rate,chlorophyll content, root activity of potato were improved by increasing of potassium fertilizer,and the treatment of high nitrogen level was significantly higher than that of low nitrogen.

    Using pot experiment,the repairing effect of Hemerocallis fulva on Cd,Pb,Zn in soil under different concentrations of heavy metals. The results showed that aboveground biomass of H. fulva was increased within a certain heavy metal content range in soil; The low concentration of heavy metals(Cd≤20 mg/kg,Pb≤1 000 mg/kg, Zn≤1 000 mg/kg) promoted the enrichment of Cd,Pb,Zn in H. fulva leaves,and the specific performance showed Cd>Zn>Pb; With heavy metal concentration increasing,the transfer coefficient of Cd,Pb,Zn decreased,and the specific performance showed Pb>Cd>Zn; The low concentration of heavy metal (Cd≤5 mg/kg,Pb≤1 000 mg/kg,Zn≤1 000 mg/kg) improved the repair efficiency of H. fulva on Cd,Pb,Zn in soil,and the specific performance showed Pb>Cd>Zn. It suggested that H. fulva was good for low concentrations of Cd,Pb,Zn in soil.

    According to the annual and seasonal precipitation data of Dalian, Jinzhou and Lvshun stations from 1976 to 2015,and the trend of annual precipitation in three stations nearly 40 years were analyzed by using climate trend and annual change precipitation methods. The results showed that the annual precipitation of both Dalian and Lvshun stations presented linear increasing trend. The rate of rise between the two places was almost the same,and the increasing vecolity of Dalian station was 15.7 mm/10 a,and which was 15.3 mm/10 a in Lvshun station. The annual precipitation of Jinzhou station presented linear decrease trend,and the decrease vecolity was -4.7 mm/10 a. Analyzing the viaration trend the seasonal rainfall of three stations in rencent 40 years,the results showed that the precipitation of the three stations presented linear increasing trend in spring and autumn,especially in spring. while the precipitation was going down in summer and winter,and the decreased trend of winter rainfall was not as obvious as that of summer rainfall. Especially the summer rainfall of Jinzhou staion was much larger than that of the other two stations. And the base of precipitation in summer was larger, which was the main reason for the decrease of annual precipitation in Jinzhou station.

    The effects of citric acid, malic acid and tartaric acid on leaching of Pb,Cd in contaminated soil were researched by oscillating methods. The results showed that compared with the control,desorption amount of Cd significantly increased with the addition of citric acid,malic acid and tartaric acid(P<0.05). Malic acid and tartaric acid inhibited the desorption of Pb in different degree. Citric acid in low concentration inhibited but promoted in high concentration(>10.0 mmol/L) the desorption of Pb. The desorption rate curve indicated that the effect of the same or different organic acid on different heavy metal or the same heavy metal(promotion and inhibition) varied obviously. The desorption distribution coefficient of Pb(Kd) presented bell-shaped distribution,but the Kd of Cd decreased with organic acid increasing.

    The differences of their characters and their influence on Weihai area in the aspect of circulation pattern,dynamic physical field diagnosis and thermal field diagnosis were mainly analyzed and compared. The results showed that the main factors affecting the intensity difference of the two typhoons were the intensity of the subtropical anticyclone and the interaction of westerly trough and subtropical system,water vapor flux condition and relative humidity condition transported to Weihai area,configuration of vorticity and divergence in typhoon environmental field,the increasing vertical velocity along with the landing of typhoon,invasion of the dry and cold air into the interior of typhoon in middle and high latitudes areas and so on. Among them,the larger vertical speed was the most greatly associated with the intensity of storms in Weihai area.

    The influence of corn straw,bio-bacterial fertilizer(EM) and soil conditioner on soil salt and heavy metals contents were studied in over-winter tomato of the solar greenhouse using a field experiment. The results showed that soil water soluble salt content in all treatments occurred decreased,especially the corn straw+soil conditioner treatment decreased 24.39% compared with the control. All treatments had almost no effect on the content of Na+ and made the contents of Ca2+,Mg2+ and K+ decreased,respectively. Especially the EM treatment significantly decreased the concentration of Ca2+,while three treatments (corn straw,corn straw+soil conditioner and corn straw+EM+soil conditioner) significantly reduced the concentrations of Ca2+,Mg2+ and K+,respectively. All treatments had little effect on heavy metals of Mn,Ni and Cr contents in soil,and shown no significant difference between treatments; While corn straw significantly reduced Pb content,two treatments(corn straw and corn straw+EM+soil conditioner) significantly decreased the contents of Zn,Cd and Cu. The application of chicken manure caused Zn,Mn,Cr,Ni,Cd contents higher except for Pb, respectively,which was one of the main sources of heavy metal soil pollution in solar greenhouse.

    The pot experiment and field experiment were carried out to study the control effects of Phytophthora blight and plant growth promoting effect of sweet pepper by Trichoderma harzianum. The results showed that,in pot experiments,the control effect reached 71.3%,plant height,thick stems,chlorophyll content were 1.71 cm,0.514 mm,6.317 higher than those of positive control after 20 days,respectively. And leaf number and leaf area were increased by 0.86 and 0.59 cm2 than those of positive control,respectively. In field experiments,the control effect reached 74.6%,chlorophyll content,plant height,thick stems and production were 3.92,5.79 cm,0.85 mm and 35.39% higher than those of positive control, respectively.

    The toxicity and field control efficacy of two biological preparations of Spinosad to Thrips palmi Karny were studied.Laboratory bioassay demonstrated that two biological preparations of spinosad had higher toxicity to T. palmi,with LC50 of 0.576 mg/L and 0.983 mg/L for 48 h,respectively. Field trial showed that the control efficacy of 5% spinosad SC was better to T. palmi,it was above 79% after application for 1 to 14 days,and the highest after 3 days,which was above 90%,followed by 45% spinosad DG,the control efficacy above 69% after application for 1 to 14 days,and the highest after 3 days,which was above 80%.

    Through test of planting Vetiveria zizanioides to trap Chilo suppressalis in the field ridge,Bt and trichogramma insecticidal card prevention and control to Cnaphalocrocis medinalis,sex attractant traps,trichogramma insecticidal card,abamectin prevention and control to second generation C. suppressalis,the effect of the green prevention and control to rice insect pests were studied. The results showed that the trap effect of V. zizanioides was obvious to the second generation of C. suppressali;The prevention and control effect of trichogramma insecticidal card to C. medinalis was better than Bt,whose control effect to C. suppressalis was better than Bt and sexual trap; The effect of sex attractant was obvious in bait C. suppressalis.

    Based on the concept of landscape ecological security pattern optimization, GIS technology and principal component analysis method was used to optimize the landscape ecological security pattern of the study area from the perspective of integrity and connectivity of the ecosystem, so as to determine the three key elements, namely, ecological sources, ecological corridors and ecological nodes. The results showed that two principal components were extracted from 11 indicators influencing the ecological landscape connectivity in the study area. The first principal component was named cohesion index; and the second principal component was named the connectivity index. The 270 m grain level, under which the ecological landscape was the most stable and the scale was the most suitable, was taken as the reference area. 59 ecological sources, 59 ecological corridors and 21 ecological nodes should be taken as the key points for the construction of forest city in the study area.

    E-Kugua No.2, a new cultivar of balsam pears, was bred by female parent, F8-1A and male parent F9-1A. It had following characteristics: Sprawling plant, medium ripe, strong growth vigor, the first female flower at about 11.15 joint, fruit with long conical, emerald green, with sharp top, strip alternating with graininess of tumor. The length was 37.28 cm, the diameter was 6.23 cm, the meat thickness was 1.2 cm, and the weight was 547.73 g. It lasted about 76 d from sowing to first harvest, picking time was about 66 d, whole growth duration was about 143 d. The new cultivar had strong growth vigor, long harvest time, no premature senescence, moderate melon type, good commodity, high yield(3 778.69 kg/667 m2), crisp flesh, moderate bitter taste and good taste.

    Four dried seeds of mulberry(Morus L.) were irradiated by 60Co-γ rays at 6 dose, the germination of the varieties were analyzed after irradiation. The results showed that irradiation mainly affects the germination potential and rooting ability of sage mulberry seeds. Analysis on the tolerance showed that Jisang No.3 was the strongest. Through the investigation of the germination and rooting of the seeds after irradiation, the lethal dose of mulberry seeds was 2 500 Gy.

    Taking the 12-year-old Red Fuji apple(Malus domestica Borkh. cv. Red Fuji) trees in the full fruit period as test materials, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mmol/L of Na2SO3 solution were sprayed on the leaves and fruit surfaces(respectively recorded as Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ group), with fog liquid water as control. The experiment demonstrated that the exterior and internal quality of the fruits of treated groups were improved to different degrees compared with the control. Except for group V, the growth, yields, high quality fraction and total output value of the other groups were increased. The total output value(rate) of group Ⅲ was increased by 168.40(12.2%), 68.70(5.0%), 177.20(12.8%), 288.20(20.8%), 279.70(20.2%) CNY than group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and CK, respectively. The difference was significant. The results showed that Na2SO3 had similar effects with NaHSO3 and KHSO3 on Red Fuji apples, and the optimal spraying concentration was 3 mmol/L.

    To clarify quality change of Hanjiang cherry[Cerasus pseudocerasus(Lindl.) G. Don] during fruits development, the preservation effect of different processing conditions and ambient temperature changes during logistics was analyzed. The changes of single fruit weigh, fruit handle pull, soluble saccharide during fruits development were compared. The marketable fruit rate after pre-cooling and logistics was studied by analyzing the fruit decay rate under different conditions(25 ℃, 0 ℃, 0 ℃+gas modulation, 80% N2+15% CO2+5% O2). The results showed that the fruit weight of cherry fruit was 0.80, 1.50, 2.34, 3.03, 3.24 g at hard core stage, color changing stage, early well, medium maturity and near maturity respectively. The higher the fruit maturity, the smaller the pull force of fruit stalk. The soluble saccharide value was 7.55%, 10.04%, 13.62%, 15.40%, 16.34%; The decay rate reached to 72% by the fourth day at 25 ℃, but was only 4% under 0 ℃; There was no decay occured under 0 ℃+gas modulation. If treated by pre-cooling for 24 h, the marketable fruit rate was as high as 90% after 41 h of logistics. The preservation effects of Hanjiang cherry under gas modulation +low temperature was superior to single low temperature.

    Taking blueberry(Vaccinium uliginosum L.) as test material, the effects of different concentration of wood vinegar on the growth were studied. In the test process, with clear water as a control, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 times diluted wood vinegar was used to water blueberry plants. The physical and chemical properties were measured to screen the most suitable concentration of wood vinegar. The results showed that the use of wood vinegar can effectively reduce the pH of the substrate, and could meet the requirements of blueberry for acidic conditions when diluted for suitable times. There was no obvious difference in growth indicators of the 6 wood vinegar treatments with different concentration. On quality indicators, the blueberries of 50 times wood vinegar are superior to other treatments in pigment content, soluble sugar content, which was not different to 100 times wood vinegar.

    To study the influence of laparoscopic artificial insemination on reproductive performance of goat, 80 healthy ewes were randomly divided into control group and two experimental groups. In the control group, cervical insemination was used for multiparous ewe; in the experiment groupⅠ, laparoscopic artificial insemination was used in primiparous ewe; and the experiment group Ⅱ, laparoscopic artificial insemination was used in multiparous ewe. The results showed as follows, the conception rate of laparoscopic artificial insemination and cervical insemination in multiparous ewe and the control group was 76.67% and 60.00%, respectively; and the difference was not significant. The lambing rate and survival rate of laparoscopic artificial insemination in multiparous ewe was 2.22 goats/ewes and 82.35%, respectively, which showed no difference to the cervical insemination for multiparous ewe (1.83 goats/ewes and 75.77%). The lambing rate of laparoscopic artificial insemination of primiparous ewe was dramatically decreased compared with the laparoscopic artificial insemination of multiparous ewe. The effective of laparoscopic artificial insemination was positive for the reproductive performance of multiparous ewe, but it needed further research for popularization and application in goat production.

    In order to investigate the causative agents and pathogenic characteristics of newborn piglets diarrhea outbroke in a large scale pig farm of Hubei province, the study was carried out to isolate and identify Escherichia coli from the feces of diarrheal piglets and the serotype, biochemical test and drug resistance test were conducted. The results showed that 22 strains of E. coli have been isolated from the feces samples. Serological identification results showed that 19 strains were serotyped and belonged to 5 serotypes, including O4, O38, O55, O76, O119, among which the predominant serotypes were O4, O55, O119. Drug resistance analysis showed that all of the strains were multiple drug resistance. The isolates showed the least resistance to 6 kinds of antibiotics, the most resistance to 19 kinds of antibiotics. The drug resistance rate of isolates to 20 antibiotics ranged from 13.6% to 95.5%. The most sensitive antibiotic was fosfomycin and sensitive rate reached to 77.3%. In summary, our results provided the fundamental date of serotype and drug resistance of the E.coli isolates, which provided the scientific data for clinical treatment and prevention and control of diarrhea diseases in this farm.

    In 3 rabbit farms in Henan province, 50 samples of fresh feces from healthy rabbits were collected randomly from each rabbit farm according to 10 age stages, and were collected by saturated brine floatation method and Mac Master counting method. The number of oocysts per gram of feces was examined to observe the change of egg sac quantity of coccidiosis. The results showed that coccidia oocysts could be detected in the feces of rabbits at each age stage in A and B rabbit farm, while hardly detected in C rabbit farm. Coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease in rabbits, but not in every rabbit farm. Prevention should be given priority to, while treatment should be supplemented. Maintaining good feeding environment, increasing nutrition, increasing resistance and planned medication was suggested.

    In order to carry out meteorological services for rubber(rubber wind disaster and climate suitability evaluation), System on rubber wind disaster and climatic suitability evaluation was developed by C# language and combined with the Chinese meteorological Bureau CIMISS system according to the key point of meteorological service in the evaluation of rubber. The system included rubber climate suitability evaluation model,rubber typhoon damage index monitoring model,rubber disaster loss prediction model,rubber stem snapping model and uprooting model. The system can evaluate rubber wind and climate suitability in different time in different area,which can also assist the rubber meteorological service and can provide technical support for rubber production management, disaster prevention and mitigation.

    According to the temporal variation of vegetation index and the correlation between vegetation index and yield in different periods, the best time for soybean yield estimation in Northeast China will be established. The correlation between crop NDVI and crop yield obtained from late July to mid-August was the strongest, and the correlation between NDVI in different periods was very weak. When NDVI was used to predict soybean yield, the of NDVI late July and mid-August was used. There is a linear positive correlation between NDVI and soybean yield, and the correlation between NDVI and soybean yield is not very high, indicating that NDVI is not the only variable related to soybean yield.

    Effect of developmental potency of reconstructed embryos on pig handmade clone(HMC) of amino acid was investigated. In this study,we compared with the effect of the essential amino acid(EAA) and the essential amino acid (NEAA) on oocyte maturation rate and porcine HMC reconstructed embryos developmental potency. The results showed that the difference of maturation rate was not significant between the group of EAA,NEAA and EAA+NEAA in maturation medium,yet was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the cleavage rate of EAA group, NEAA group and the control group was significantly higher than EAA+NEAA group in embryo culture medium(P<0.05),as for the blastocyst rate and the total number of cells,the group of NEAA was significantly higher than the group of control, EAA+NEAA,EAA(P<0.05).

    In this experiment,three kinds of cotyledons from Lactuca sativa were used as explants to study the effects of different plant growth substances on the induction of adventitious buds and the in vitro regeneration. The results showed that the optimal medium for the induction of adventitious buds from Lactuca sativa L. var. ramosa Hort.,Lactuca sativa L. var. crisha Hort. and Lactuca sativa var capitata L. were MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,and MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,respectively. The optimum rooting medium for the three kinds of Lactuca sativa were 1/2 MS+0.05 mg/L NAA,1/2 MS,and 1/2 MS+0.1 mg/L NAA. By analyzing the factors that affect the establishment of high-frequency regeneration system of three kinds of Lactuca sativa,it laid a foundation for further development of functional vegetables by using genetic engineering technology.

    Based on the micro-survey data of 300 rural left-behind women in the mid-west,and using the Probit model,the factors influencing the new skill demand for rural left-behind women in Midwestern China were empirically analyzed. The result showed that,the educational level,income,social security of left-behind women had a significant positive correlation with their skill demand,while the age,working environment had a significant negative correlation with their skill requirements,and the training situation,working time had no significant correlation with their skill requirements,and finally some suggestions and measures were put forward.
