    As a new type of soil management technology,citrus(Citrus reticulata Blanco) sod culture is able to promote soil fertility,improve soil ecological environment and increase fruit yield and quality. Based on the previous studies,the regulation of growing environment of fruit trees was summarized,such as citrus diseases and pests,ecological environment,soil physical properties,soil pH,soil nutrient,soil organic matter,soil microbes and enzymes,thereby promoting growing of fruit trees and improving fruit yield and quality. And then it could enhance the production performance and economic benefits of citrus.

    The cultivated history of ratooning rice in China has been recorded in 1 700. Hubei province was one of the largest ratooning rice area in the country. Xiaogan city was one of the largest grown areas in the Hubei province. In recent years, the experimental research and extension application of ratooning rice was carried out. The planting area of the ratooning rice was gradually expanded in Xiaogan city. Based on the researches,the experience of working in the promotion of the ratooning rice was reported and combined with, the present situation and existing problems of the development of the ratooning rice by analyzing in Xiaogan city were pointed out, and some suggestions for the moderate development were put forward.

    In order to promote the industrial development of cassava(Manihot esculenta Cran) in Guizhou Province, we selected some appropriate varieties in Guizhou,such as GR3,GR11 and SC5,and then carried out high-yield cultivation experiment of cassava in mountainous region of Guizhou. The study about five factors(cultivars,density,nitrogen fertilizer,calcium/magnesium/phosphorus fertilizer and potassium sulphate fertilizer) at four levels was done by orthogonal experiment.The results showed,the major factors which contribute to yield of cassava were density,cultivar and levels of nitrogen fertilizer,and the yield of GR3 which treated with density of 12 000 plants/hm2,nitrogen fertilizer of 900 kg/hm2,calcium/magnesium/phosphorus fertilizer of 900 kg/hm2 and potassium sulphate fertilizer of 900 kg/hm2 ranked the top amount all treatments. The main factor affcted the starch content of cassava was cultivar,and the starch content of GR911 treated with density of 18 000 plants/hm2,nitrogen fertilizer of 0 kg/hm2,calcium/magnesium/phosphorus fertilizer of 450 kg/hm2 and potassium sulphate fertilizer of 600 kg/hm2 ranked the top amount all treatments. Overall,considering about both yield and starch content, we proposed that the best cultivation treatment was nitrogen fertilizer of 600 kg/hm2,calcium/magnesium/phosphorus fertilizer of 450 to 900 kg/hm2 and potassium sulphate fertilizer of 600 kg/hm2.

    In order to solve the damage effects of traditional plastic seedling tray on farmland,reduce white pollution and adverse environmental impacts caused by the burning of straw, taking straw seedling cultivation plate (T),hard disk (CK1),conventional seedling soil mixed with sawdust seedling cultivation plate(CK2) and sand mixed sawdust seedling (CK3) as the test object,the effects of straw seedling cultivation plate on rice(Oryza sativa L.) seedling quality, yield, the production cost and benefit was analyzed. The results showed that straw seedling cultivation plate can significantly improve the seedling quality,compared with CK1,CK2 and CK3,the grain plumpness of rice under straw seedling cultivation plate increased 0.33、0.14、0.15 mg/cm,the yield increased by 19.6%、8.6% and 3.1%,and economic output increased of 3 838.5,1 668.6,383.3 CNY/hm2,respectively.

    Based on medium made of organic phosphorus pesticide wastewater,a resource library contains 52 strains with degrading ability of organophosphorus pesticide wastewater was set up, these strains were domesticated and isolated from activated sludge from sewage treatment tank of organophosphorus pesticide production enterprises in Nantong city,Jiangsu province. 14 strains with 72 h COD removal rate more than 60% were obtained by screening of highly efficient degradation strain from the library. Through morphological observation and 16S rDNA identification,10 strains of bacteria belong to Pseudomonas,Acinetobacter,Bacillus,and the genus Paracoccus,and 4 fungi were classified as Trichosporon,Aspergillus,Trichoderma and Penicillium. Finally,6 group of flora combination with 72 h COD removal rate more than 70% were selected by using 5 strains with high degradation rate.

    The green manure planting benefit, feasibility and the reasons of planting area reducing were investigated and surveyed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. The results show that planting benefit of green manure is remarkable,first,which can improve soil organic matter content and physical and chemical properties,and increase the utilization rate of nutrients and crop nutrient supply;Second,which can increase crop yield,reduce the fertilizer input,enhance the output value of agricultural products,and eliminate the continuous cropping obstacle;Third, which can effectively broade the industry,promote planting and breeding,dock rural tourism and development new industries. Hubei province has a successful green manure planting history,development area is larger,and financial support for green manure planting experiment and demonstration obtained obvious effect. Because direct economic benefit is not obvious,the contradiction in water supply is highlight,basic-level agro-technique extension is difficult,and the problem such as supporting technology is not mature,green manure planting area of Hubei province have not been able to improve. To expand cultivated area of green manure and implement the central concept of green development,demonstration and propaganda should be strengthened, the way of financial support should be actively widen,the multi-sectoral cooperation mechanisms should be build,the entire social service tone should be strengthen,and measures to green manure production pattern should be build by local conditions.
    Spatio-Temporal Variation of Precipitation Distribution Pattern during the Growing Periods of Single-Crop Rice in Jiangsu Province

    Based on the data of daily precipitation and single-crop rice yield at 52 meteorological stations in Jiangsu province during 1961 to 2012,the precipitation distribution indices during growing periods from May to October were calculated,and the possible relationship between spatio-temporal variability of precipitation distribution pattern and rice yield was explored. The results showed that,the precipitation distribution during growing periods of single-crop rice in Jiangsu had strong ununiformity,precipitation was mainly concentrated in the daily rainfall events with amount above 50 mm and July of summer,and the precipitation concentration in north Jiangsu was higher than that of south Jiangsu. The precipitation distribution during growing periods of single-crop rice in Jiangsu was intensifying in recent 50 years,and contribution of the rainfall events with amount above 50 mm and the precipitation of August in south Jiangsu had significant increasing trends. There was a certain correlation between precipitation distribution pattern and single-crop rice yield,the higher precipitation concentration would bring the less yield. Among the precipitation distribution indices,the negative impacts of the contribution of rainfall events with amount above 50 mm to yield were more obvious,and single-crop rice yield in south Jiangsu was more sensitive to the variability of the precipitation indicator.

    In order to explore the effects of biochar on tobacco production,the effects of rice straw biochar with hole application on growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco was studied through the field experiment. Results showed that biochar could improve the growth of flue-cured tobacco and increase the biomass of tobacco plant. However,the growth of flue-cured tobacco was inhibited with a higher application amount of biochar. In the conditions of this experiment,the growth of flue-cured tobacco was best with the hole application amount of 0.2 kg per plant. The soil pH,cation exchange capacity(CEC),organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium increased with hole application of biochar. The content of soil available nitrogen showed a decreased trend with the increasing of the amount of biochar. The biochar with hole application could promote the absorption of potassium,and the content of potassium in root,stem and leaf of flue-cured tobacco all increased. The content of nitrogen in leaf showed a decreased trend with the higher application amount of 0.3 kg per plant. In conclusion,the biochar with hole application could promote the growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco,and the application amount of 0.2 kg per plant was suitable.

    Taking Wuhan city as the research object, based on the P-S-R (Pressure-State-Response) model, the quantitative indicators of the ecological capacity in Wuhan city was determined,and then the urban ecological carrying capacity evaluation model was build, including urban ecological support model,urban ecological pressure model,urban ecological capacity model. Then the evaluation index system and model were used to evaluate the carrying capacity of ecosystem in Wuhan form 2005 to 2014. The results showed that,from 2005 to 2014,the comprehensive level of ecological carrying capacity of Wuhan was stable in a good state,then dropped to a very low level,and finally had a tendency to rise slowly. From 2005 to 2010,the comprehensive level of ecological carrying capacity of Wuhan was stable in a good condition. From 2011 to 2014,the ecological carrying capacity showed overload,then Wuhan actively changed the mode of economic development and adjusted the industrial structure,the ecological system was fixed,and the ecological carrying capacity had a tendency to rise.

    Byproduct from hogwash was treated by vermicomposting with different volume proportion (0,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%) of rice straws as amendments firstly,and then the evaluation index system was established with Total N(TN) content,total P(TP) content,total K(TK) content,catalase (CAT) activity,plant height,leaf area index,root length,dry weight and fresh weight of plant as evaluation indexes. Factor analysis combined with gray correlation model was employed to evaluate the fertilizer effect of byproduct from hogwash. The results indicated that the fertilizer effect of byproduct from hogwash had been fluctuating between level Ⅲ or level Ⅳ without obviously change when rice straws were added to 0~30%,while fertilizer effect was increased to levelⅠwith 40% rice straws content. However,the fertilizer effect was decreased to levelⅡ when the addition of rice straws continued to increase to 50%. The results concluded that when 40% of rice straws as amendments,fertilizer effect of byproduct from hogwash reached the best performance.

    The field experiment and instrument analytical method were conducted to study the effects of the Plant Nutrition on the yield and quality of tomatoes. The results showed that the yield and quality of treatment applying the Plant Nutrition were significantly higher than the treatments including applying water,Green Fenway and Nutrivant. Compared with the contrast,one single fruit weight,yield per plant,lycopene content and Vitamin C content of treatment applying the Plant Nutrition increased by 9.5%,34.5%,82.6% and 46.1% respectively. By applying the Plant Nutrition,the sugar acid ratio increased so as to improve the taste,and the nitrate content reduced to improve the fruit quality.

    In order to study the method of SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter application in flue-cured tobacco of Henan plain tobacco region,the field experiment was conducted and choose two varieties Zhongyan 100 and Yuyan No.9 as materials. Results showed that,the leaf SPAD value of two varieties has certain change with the change of light intensity in one day. To comprehensively consider the factors such as stability and maneuverability of measurement,8:00 AM to 10:00 AM is the best determination period. After alcohol-tempon to clean site and test window,the measured results had significant changes compared with before. The leaf SPAD value of two varieties in different sites such as resettling period, vigorous growing period and mature period were analyzed,and it was found that,compared with the other leaves,the determination results variation coefficient of the top fully expanded third leaf was low,so the determination results had better stability;Dividing the top of the third leaf into 10 loci and it was found that the variation coefficient and representation coefficient of mean value of the main central vein left and right sides were low,so the results of the stability and the representative were the best.

    In order to find out the effects of storage condition on smoking quality of paper-process reconstituted tobacco,the experiment was conducted to study the change of the smoking quality on some brand paper-process reconstituted tobacco under the different storage places,different storage time and packaging methods. The results showed that the storage time had a significant effect on strength,smoke concentration,aroma quality,miscellaneous gases,aftertaste. The packaging methods had a significant effect on strength,smoke concentration,aroma quality,volumes of aroma. The storage places had a significant effect on smoke concentration,aroma quality. It was suggested that the paper-process reconstituted tobacco should be packed with lined bag, and the storage time was for six months, and should be best stored in a relatively constant temperature and humidity(temperature:(22±2) ℃; humidity:(60±5) ℃).

    The avian community structure of Xianning city was investigated by line transect method in the spring of 2017. The avian community structure was investigated in four habitat types, the total 3 865 avian was recorded which belonged to 9 orders,28 families and 73 species,the Passeriformes were dominant group accounting for 75.34%,they included 39 resident species that were main elements of the community. Light-vented Bulbul and White-browed laughing thrush were the common dominant species. The maximum quantity of species was in mixed broadleaf forest(52 species), the maximum avian density was in farmland(63.412 ind/hm2), both the minimum density and least species were in bamboo forest(17 species, 14.417 ind/hm2). The Shannon-Wiener index was farmland(2.700)>mixed forest(2.471)>broad-leaved evergreen forests(2.349)>bamboo forest(1.739)(F3,11=11.245,P=0.003),the bamboo forest was the lowest(F3,11=24.320,P=0.001). The Evenness index was approximately equal among habitats(F3,11=0.246,P=0.862). The Dominance index was significantly different(F3,11=4.516,P=0.039),the maximum index was in the evergreen broad-leaf forest(0.478)(F1,11=7.593,P=0.021),the bamboo forest was the least(0.386)(F1,11=6.133,P=0.033). The community similarity index was the highest between the mixed forest and evergreen broad-leaved forest(0.611), and the least between the farmland and bamboo forest(0.295). The avian community was influenced by the plant spatial configuration and species,presented a certain diversity and similarity in different habitats in Xianning city. Meantime,the dominant species was the associated species because of the effects of human activities.

    In order to shorten the estrus interval of the spring postpartum ewes, to achieve two years of three producing sheep or three years five,and promote young ewe normal estrus, the estrus synchronization test was divided into 3 batches, compared estrus induction effect from two factors of different sources of CIDR and treatments on Small-taied Han sheep and the young ewes. The results showed that estrus rate(93.75%) and pregnancy rate(100.00%) in the group of the New Zealand CIDR+PMSG were higher than the other groups, followed by domestic CIDR group(85.19%, 86.96%) and domestic CIDR+PMSG group(81.48%, 90.91%). The Australia CIDR(13 d) group on postpartum ewes is better than domestic CIDR(13 d) group, but the conception rate(87.88%) lower than the domestic group(100.00%), considering from the aspects of estrus and pregnancy rate,domestic CIDR(13 d)+PMSG group was better. domestic CIDR(12 d)+PMSG group of young ewes estrus rate was the highest(100.00%) in 72 h, followed by the New Zealand CIDR group(52.00%) and the domestic CIDR(13 d)+PMSG group(51.22%),while the interestrus conception rate from high to low are the domestic CIDR(13 d)+PMSG group(90.48%),the New Zealand CIDR group(84.62%) and domestic CIDR(12 d)+PMSG group(69.75%). It was concluded that the best estrus and conception rate of postpartum two months ewes is the used of domestic CIDR(13 d)+PMSG group, the domestic CIDR (12 d)+PMSG group induced by young ewes estrus rate was the highest.

    The bark of Populus euphratica in Xinjiang was collected,and then extracted xylan by alkali extraction method. The sediment of the bark of Populus euphratica was cleaned up and most of the water-soluble substance was washed away with boiled water. After adding the 10% sodium hydroxide solution(mV=1∶5) at 70 ℃ for 1 h,the alkali extract which was filtered by eight-layer gauze was added with 0.15 fold volume of 30% of hydrogen peroxide at 70 ℃ for 1 h,for decolorization. The final pH was adjusted to neutral,with ethanol(VV=1∶2) to obtain xylan. The dry-based yield was 4.35%. The results showed that the xylan from Populus euphratica could be used as a substrate in xylanase experiment.

    Edible fungi [Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Per.,Pleurotus eryngii Quel.,Lentinus edodes(Berk.) Sing.,Pleurotus ostreatus]were fermented to obtain mycelium. Polysaccharide were extracted from the mycelium and determined the DPPH free radical scavenging and reducing power of the four polysaccharides. Four kinds of polysaccharide were mixed in different proportions(respectively programme 1∶Hericium erinaceus(Bull.) Per.∶Pleurotus ostreatusLentinus edodes(Berk.) Sing.∶Pleurotus eryngii Quel.=1∶1∶1∶1,programme 2∶Hericium erinaceus(Bull.) Per.∶Pleurotus ostreatusLentinus edodes(Berk.) Sing.∶Pleurotus eryngii Quel.=4∶3∶2∶1,programme 3∶Hericium erinaceus(Bull.) Per.∶Pleurotus ostreatusLentinus edodes(Berk.) Sing.∶Pleurotus eryngii Quel.=5∶4∶3∶2),and study the antioxidant activity of compound polysaccharide. The results showed that the four kinds of mycelial polysaccharides have certain reduction capacity and the ability of scavenging DPPH free radical. Among them,the antioxidant activity of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide was the highest. The results showed that the antioxidant activity from programme 2 was the best, and was significantly higher than that of single polysaccharide.

    The fungi chaff of Pleurotus geesteranus were used to explore the spray drying conditions of laccase extract. And laccase preparation were optimized by orthogonal tests on the basis of single factor experiments. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were crush time of 30 s,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10(g∶mL),extraction time of 30 min,shaking speed of 160 r/min and extraction temperature of 25 ℃. The optimal spray drying conditions were as follows:inlet air temperature 95 ℃,flux rate 20 mL/min,hot air flow 3.5 m3/min. This study would provide a reference basis for the production of large scale production of laccase from Pleurotus geesteranus chaff.

    This research studies the storage stability and degradation trends of imidacloprid residues in different matrix of Lycium barbarum,by the method of directly adding 0.1 mg/kg imidacloprid,frozen storage and phase detection. The results showed that under the condition of frozen,the storage stability of imidacloprid residues is good in half a year with dry fruits,and in a year with fresh fruit of Lycium barbarum. The change of imidacloprid residue is small difference between different processing of dry fruit and fresh fruit,and it’s no significant effect on the degradation trends of imidacloprid for sample processing(crushing or homogenate). According to testing need to storage sample which processed into crushing samples or homogenate samples as soon as possible after the sample collection,and control of dry fruit detection within half a year, fresh fruit detection within a year.

    This research establishes the high performance liquid-string of mass spectrometry determination of pretilachlor in the soil. Sample water extraction,purification by MCS hybrid cationic exchange SPE column,with 10.00 mL 3% of ammonia-methanol elution mixture,collect the eluent, using electrospray ion source(ESI+),scan multiple reaction monitoring MRM mode,external standard method. The results show that the recovery was 90%~116%,relative standard deviation was 5.3%~12.5%,quantitative limit of 0.000 5 mg/kg. The method was simple,accurate and reliable,before treatment is suitable for the batch sample detection.

    An important position as a risk factor of air parameters in the lightning risk assessment calculation,the accuracy of the evaluation results directly affects the accuracy of risk assessment results,location factor given current lightning risk assessment standard of the typical experience of value. The randomness of the value leads to the lack of pertinence of the calculation result and leads to great error. To solve the above problems,the calculation method of quantitative location factors put forward,location factors is the ratio of the thunderstrike equivalent area calculated as the buildings around it are taken into consideration to that of the thunderstrike equivalent area as the buildings are isolated. Finally,a common residential district is calculated,and the deficiency of the current calculation standard is analyzed. The rationality and validity of the quantitative calculation method are verified.

    With the country's legal system and environmental protection system is increasingly perfect,enterprises also began to pay attention to the recycling of waste products. Under the protection of product patent,the third party recycling system needs to obtain the original manufacturer's product patent license. In the recovery of products to reduce the cost of enterprises should identify the difference between new products and remanufactures,and then sorting and recycling. A closed-loop supply chain research model of third-party reclaiming differential pricing is established,and discusses the optimal pricing strategy of enterprises under decentralized and centralized conditions by using game theory,which is based on the research of third-party recycling and pricing in closed-loop supply chain under patent protection with the maximum profit. At the same time,it analyzes the acceptance strategy of consumers' acceptance of new products and remanufactures and the third party classification recovery,and proposes a benefit sharing-cost sharing contract coordination mechanism which extends the contract form to the third party.

    The supply-side structural reform is put forward under the background of mismatch between supply and demand and not sound development of economy,with the fundamental purpose of decreasing the low-end and invalid supply while increasing the high-end and effective supply. At present,for weather service,a special commodity,the phenomenon of mismatch between supply and demand is common. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research and practice of supply-side structural reform of weather services. By the method of system analysis, the contradiction between increasing and higher demands of weather service and limited resources and service capability is getting more and more sharp, conflicts and problems of mismatch, imbalance, incongruity between weather service supply and demand has become increasingly prominent,especially invalid and oversupply of popular low-end weather service products while insufficient supply and ineffectiveness of personalized high-end products. The fundamental reason lies in the shackles of institutional mechanisms for supply structure,and also the constraints of lack of scientific and technological support and innovation for supply. Through the innovation of weather service mechanism,increase of the effective supply, reform of supply channels and other measures,the low-end and invalid supply of weather services are reduced and the multi-level, targeted, specialized and personalized weather service supply are improved,which is the objective point of supply-side structural reform of weather services.
