    The adulteration of edible vegetable oil occurs from time to time,one of the reasons is the lack of effective identification technology,so it is difficult to find and identify the adulteration behavior. A large number of researches have been carried out at home and abroad on the identification technology of adulteration of edible vegetable oil. Some achievements have been made,and these achievements were summarized in this paper,and the development direction of adulteration identification technology of edible vegetable oil was prospected. The aim was to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the development of new technology for identification of adulteration of edible vegetable oil and the supervision of food safety.

    Littledalea is an endemic genus from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with importantly economic and ecological values in the tribe Bromeae of Poaceae. Most of Littledalea specieses are important germplasm resources for grass breeding and improving breeds for crops due to the characteristics of enduring cold,drought and alkali. All four specieses recognized within this genus are distributed in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. However,many effectively unresolved taxonomic and evolutionary questions are present in Littledalea,such as complicated morphological variation,obscure interspecific boundary and phylogenetic relationships. In the past three years,the distribution of each species in the region were surveyed and germplasm resources on the population,including seeds, DNA materials and specimens,were collected. Therefore,these data provide an important resource for further utilizing and studying this genus.

    The effects of rice(Oryza sativa L.) growth between accurate quantitative cultivation technique with machine-transplanting and conventionally cultivated technique were compared by application of improved varieties. The results showed that the combination of accurate quantitative cultivation technique with machine-transplanting rice and improved varieties could exceed the conventionally cultivated rice in both economic efficiency and yield. The average effective spike per hectare was 360 000 sets higher than that of conventionally cultivated hand-grown rice,and the final yield per hectare was 375 kg higher than that of conventionally-grown hand-grown rice.

    A segregation population derived from a cross of two indica cultivars,Erqiuai No.1 and Minghui63, which have significant differences in seed storability,was assessed, and the seed storability was identified by artificial aging protocol. The results indicated that the genetic of seed storability phenotype in Erqiuai No.1 conformed to recessive epistatic genetic model and seed storability phenotype was recessive. Furthermore,a series of breeding materials with seed storability were obtained and laid a sound foundation for rice storability breeding.

    The pre-harvest sprouting resistance (PHS) of 260 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasm was assessed and Emai 352 was identified with high resistance by 4 years intact spike germination in room. Through the germination test of seed,seed+awn,seed+spike stalk,seed+glumes,it showed that long dormant period,awn,spike stalk and glumes were involved in controlling PHS in Emai 352. Comparison of the PHS of two crossed progeny from Emai 352,the result indicated that it was easy for selecting lines with high PHS and Emai 352 was a good parent for PHS breeding.

    Using the starch type sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas) variety Eshu No.9 as the experimental material,the field experiment was carried out. The experiment adopted two-factor crack zone design,which the main area was different nitrogen fertilizer level and the secondary area was different potassium fertilizer level,to research the effects of interaction of nitrogen and potassium on growth and development of sweet potato. The results showed that,when no nitrogen fertilizer was applied,the optimal dosage potassium (potassium sulphate) fertilizer was 180 kg/hm2,which was 7.2% higher than that without potash fertilizer;when the amount of nitrogen(urea) applied was 150 kg/hm2,the yield was the highest of which the amount of potassium fertilizer was 180 kg/hm2,and the yield was 23.02% higher than that without potassium fertilizer; when the amount of nitrogen applied was 300 kg/hm2,the yield of sweet potato was the highest of which the amount of potassium applied was 360 kg/hm2,and the yield was increased by 14.16% compared with that no potassium fertilizer was applied. It shows that no matter how much nitrogen fertilizer is applied,only when the potassium fertilizer is properly applied, the sweet potato can obtain high yield.

    Biological characteristics of representative strains of four Alternaria spp. (Alternaria tenuissima,Alternaria alternata,Alternaria longipes,Alternaria yaliinficiens) and the effects of temperature and wetness duration on pathogenicity of Alternaria longipes were studied. The results showed that the most suitable temperature for Alternaria spp. growth was 25~30 ℃. The most suitable pH for the growth of Alternaria longipes and the other three species were 5~6 and 6~8,respectively. When mannitol and galactose were used as carbon sources,Alternaria yaliinficiens grew fastest;And other five carbon sources,such as lactose and glucose were most suitable for the growth of Alternaria alternata;Alternaria longipes grew most slowly under all carbon sources. The effect of different nitrogen sources on the growth showed that the Alternaria longipes grew fastest when ammonium chloride was used as nitrogen source,and the other three species grew fastest when peptone was used as nitrogen source. Virulence of four species was tested,and the results showed that the virulence of four species of Alternaria spp. were different. Among them,Alternaria tenuissima,Alternaria alternata and Alternaria longipes had strong virulence strains,while the strains of Alternaria yaliinficiens showed weak virulence. Different temperatures and wetness duration had significantly influence on the virulence of Alternaria longipes. The optimal temperature for disease was 25~30 ℃,and wetness duration was positively correlated with disease severity.

    The aim of the study was to evaluate the changes of physical and chemical indicators,and to provide theoretical foundation for rational utilization of Flammulina velutiper mushroom residue. Microbial agent was added to the F. velutiper mushroom residue,and the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein,bulk density,total porosity,pH and conductivity during the fermentation process were measured. During the 0~20 d after microbial agent was added,the content soluble sugar and soluble protein decreased; The total porosity and conductivity rose in the first stage,and then decreased; Bulk density and pH decreased. The changes of physical and chemical indicators during the fermentation process of F. velutiper mushroom residue were detected,and the fermentation process of F. velutiper mushroom residue was optimized,which could provide effective method for utilization of F. velutiper mushroom residue.

    In order to explore the effects of land use on soil nutrients,the soil nutrient status of the typical land use mode in Xingkai Lake area was compared and analyzed in the swamps and corn fields. The results showed that the change of soil nutrient content was obvious. The mean distribution of soil pH was corn field>swamp; Soil organic matter was content swamp>corn field; Alkali hydrolysable nitrogen,available phosphorus and quick available potassium as swamp>corn field,of which the content of available potassium was about 1.9 times that of the corn field. The content of soil nutrients had large spatial differentiation,and the variation of alkali hydrolysable nitrogen,available phosphorus and soil organic matter were higher in the swamp soil,and the variation coefficient of different soil layers in the corn soil was the highest,and the other was lower. Person correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between alkaline hydrolysable nitrogen and Ni in swamp soil,and there was a significant negative correlation between soil organic matter and Zn and Cr in corn field. There was a significant negative correlation between alkali hydrolysable nitrogen and Zn,and there was no significant correlation between other soil nutrient indicators and heavy metals.

    Used biological nitrogen fixation as the entry point, the characteristics and functions of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms in karst ecosystem were expounded by means of literature mining. The relationship between soil microbial and nitrogen fixation and vegetation and soil in the process of rock desertification restoration in karst area was discussed. The regulation of soil microbes in the treatment of rocky desertification was explained. The results showed that different rocky desertification stages in karst area had different soil microbial characteristics, and their relationship with soil physical and chemical properties and vegetation types was dynamic, and soil microbes play a leading role in regulating soil “nitrogen and phosphorus”.

    Based on the MICAPS high altitude, ground actual data by hour and Doppler weather radar data,the 23 short-term strong convective weather process in Qianjiang city in 2011-2016 years was analyzed,and the short term and impending early warning index of the middle and small scale heavy rainfall in Qianjiang was summarized,and it was put into use and revised in the short impending forecast business in 2017. The results show that short term heavy rainfall in Qianjiang appears 4 times a year,mostly in April to September,and July is the most frequent month. The background characteristics of short time strong rainfall are front,low trough,shear line,low pressure,low vortex and other weather systems. Before short-term strong precipitation,the physical quantity is characterized by abundant water vapor,thick wet layer,thick warm cloud thickness,0 ℃ layer height at about 5 000 m. The CAPE of convective effective potential belongs to medium strength,and the proportion of one station in 57494 or 57461 K index above 36 ℃ is 91.3%. There are three types of radar echo evolution in short time strong precipitation: Moving in type,which can be divided into general moving type and“train effect” type,combined strengthening type and local development type. The shape of short time heavy rainfall radar echo is mostly ribbon, while vortex band, sheet shape,arcuate shape and vortex formation are less. In short time strong precipitation, more than 6 body reflectance factors are more than 35.0 dBz in 1 hour,strong echo 40 dBZ extends to about 7 km,DVIL is about 2 g/m3,and vertical wind shear value is around 10 m/s.

    Taking the central urban area of Dongxiang district,Fuzhou city,Jiangxi province as an example,the suitability of construction land was evaluated by means of GIS platform. The boundary of urban development,the continuity of basic farmland and the national utilization of cultivated land were revised,and a decision was made according to the principle of coordination of spatial contradiction and the layout of urban construction land and agricultural production was optimized,and the boundary of urban development was delimited. The results show that the suitable value of construction and development is distributed in the main urban area and road from high to low. The spatial decision of non-adjustable area layout conflict is to adjust the urban development boundary and give priority to protecting farmland. The spatial decision of adjustable area layout conflict is to adjust the cultivated land protection scope and give priority to protecting urban development.

    In order to enhance the effect of Dastarcus helophoroides on prophylaxis and treatment of walnut Batocera horsfieldi,used walnut leaf,which is host plant of B. horsfieldi,to artificially feed Tenebrio molitor larvae that substitutes original host D. helophoroides,the suitability of walnut leaf as fodder through the determination of growth of T. molitor larvae was evaluated. The results indicated that walnut leaf fodder had obvious effects on digestive enzyme activity in T. molitor larvae and growth condition. Adding unfermented walnut leaf to wheat bran fodder can inhibit the growth of T. molitor larvae. Instead,wheat bran fodder with fermented walnut leaf showed increasing trend of T. molitor larvae,of whom the growing speed was fastest under treatment 50% wheat bran plus 50% fermented walnut leaf. Growing amount of T. molitor larvae was correlated with internal protease activity,but no correlation with amylase and saccharase activity.

    According to the survey,Stephanitis chinensis had 6 generations every year in Enshi. The occurrence of S. chinensis had two peaks, which had no damage to Camellia oleifera. The big leaf variety suffered heavier than the small leaf variety. The variety with tender leaves suffered heavier than the hard ones varieties. The S. chinensis hatching time per generation in low altitude tea garden was earlier than that in high altitude tea garden.

    Fungus NBERC-170301 which had pesticide activity was found. By active tracking,the active fractions were detected,and 4 compounds were obtained(1-4). Compounds 1-3 were identified as penicillic acid(1),herqueichrysin(2) and herqueinone(3) by UPLC-MS and NMR. The results of biological activity showed that compound 4 had insecticidal activity against the Plutella xylostella L.,however,the structure of which was failed to be identified.

    Sponge epiphytic fungi FWZ0415 was cultured in solid state fermentation,and its secondary metabolites were isolated,purified and identified. Using silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex column(Sephadex LH-20) and the preparation of semi preparative high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) methodtwo compounds were purified,and then identified as violaceol-I and violaceol-II by nuclear magnetic resonance 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. The cytotoxicity of two compounds to K252,MCF-7 and SGC7901 were tested,violaceol-I was not significantly cytotoxicity(IC50>30 μmol). The IC50 of violaceol-II to three tumor cell lines were 16.7,16.3,15.8 μmol,respectively.

    The effects of releasing Orius sauteri(Poppius) in solar greenhouse of thrips on three crops:Pepper,eggplant and cucumber were evaluated. The results showed that releasing O. sauteri with a density of 2 heads/m2 plant three times (once a week) could obtain good thrips control over several weeks,and 14 days later the control effect on pepper,eggplant and cucumber were 95.82%,88.58%,55.94%,respectively. On pepper and eggplant,it was no extraordinary differences in the control effects between beneficial insect and spinetoram. Meanwhile on cucumber,it showed extraordinarily different control effects between beneficial insect and spinetoram. O. sauteri provided better control on pepper than on eggplant and cucumber.

    Taking leaves of bubble walnut(Juglans sigillata Dode) in vitro as materials,the effects of physiological and biochemical of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on walnut (Juglans regia L.) leaves were studied. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in walnut leaves after inoculated with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides decreased with the increase of the time of onset,peroxidase(POD) activity increased at first and then descend with the time increasing,protective enzyme activity of the third day and the fifth day after inoculated was significantly higher than that of the control group. Change of malonaldehyde(MDA),soluble protein and soluble sugar content in walnut leaves after inoculation with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides showed a rising trend with the extension of the time of onset, among, the content of MDA was significantly higher than the control group in the third and the fifth days,soluble protein and soluble sugar content was not significant with control. The net photosynthetic rate of walnut leaf which infected with walnut anthracnose was significantly lower than healthy walnut leaf. Stomatal conductance, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and transpiration rate of walnut leaf which infected with walnut anthracnose was were not significant with control. Thus, it can be seen that the effects of physiological and biochemical of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on walnut leaves were significant.

    The effects of different cultivation bottles,opening time and medium formulations on the growth of Hericium erinaceus in bottles were studied. The results showed that, the spawn bottle with 800 mL of volume and 4.0 cm of caliber was the best,25 d was the most suitable opening time, and the medium containing 58% cotton seed hull and 20% sawdust could increase the production markedly.

    In order to provide theoretical basis for the safe and high nutrition quality Momordica charantia,the field experiment and instrument analytical method were adopted to study the effects of the plant nutrition on the field and quality of Momordica charantia L. The results showed that the plant nutrition had higher yield and quality than applying water(contrast).Compared with the contrast,one single fruit weight,yield per plant, flavonoids content,the soluble sugar content,the vitamin C content and polypeptides content of applying the plant nutrition increased by 14.5%,21.9%,17.9%,40.1%,28.7% and 44.5% respectively,and the nitrite content reduced 27.9%. In general,proper amount of the plant nutrition could promote growth,increase the yield and improve the quality of Momordica charantia L.

    Based on the field investigation of the urban green-lands of Xining city,there are 429 species of ornamental plants which belong to 74 families 199 genuses. 152 species of native plants(57 species of common native plants),277 species of introduced plants(155 species of common introduced plants),and their utilization status were analyzed respectively. Further discussions were made from the perspective of native plants. Some proposals were put forward in order to provide reference for the selection and application of ornamental plants in urban green-lands of Xining city such as focusing on the diversity of ornamental plants,strengthening the development and utilization of the native plants,increasing the proportion of native plants,enriching the plant community landscape.

    Taking the Wujiatai village ecotourism tea garden in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei province as an example,the landscape aesthetic function of the tea garden was evaluated based on the scenic beauty estimation procedure,and its ecological function was evaluated based on ecological environment factors such as air temperature,relative air humidity,and illuminance,and the coupling relationship between landscape aesthetics and ecological function in tea garden was studied on this basis. The results showed that scenic beauty was significantly correlated with the gracefulness of the tea platoon and aesthetics of buildings at 0.05 level,and was significantly correlated with the coordination degree of trails and the environment at 0.01 level. The gracefulness of the tea platoon was significantly positively correlated with the relative humidity of the air at 0.05 level,and was no significant correlated with the illuminance,sky radiant heat,surface radiant heat, air temperature,surface temperature, and wind speed. While,there was no significant correlation between the aesthetic appearance of the building,the coordination degree of trails and the environment and eco-environmental factors. The integrated data suggested that tea platoon arrangement is the focus of ecological tea garden construction.

    Taking Rhododendron cultivar "Rhododendron obtusum‘Yanzhimi’×Rhododendron hybridum‘Chunwubao’" as experimental materials, the effects of different methods of disinfection, initial culture of different kinds of media,different plant growth regulators, low temperature treatment and light conditions on seed germination and the growth were studied, and the effects of 8 kinds of 1/2 WPM medium supplemented with different concentrations of plant growth regulators on the rooting rate of hybrid sterile seedlings were also studied. The results showed that the optimum disinfection method for Rhododendron hybrid seeds was 1.5% NaClO solution for 10 min and 75% ethanol for 30 s. On the condition of 20 days low-temperature treatments at 4 ℃,and culturing Rhododendron hybrid seed with 100 mg/L GA3 in 1/2 WPM medium, the highest germination rate was got,and the value was 56.7%. Light irradiation promoted the germination of Rhododendron hybrid seed,the germination rate of seed under light treatment was higher than that of dark treatment,and the seed germination time was also 3~7 days earlier. On the condition of 1/2 WPM medium with 0.5 mg/L NAA and 0.1 mg/L IBA,Rhododendron hybrid sterile seedling had the highest rooting rate.

    In order to recycle and re-used waste heat during curing stage, which could achieve the purpose of energy-saving and reduce the cost of baking, ten barn building were improved at Pantong village, Zhaiji town, Kaiyang county of Guizhou province. The waste heat recycling installation of flue gas in tobacco bulk barn was designed and a contrast experiment was carried out for the baking tobacco leaves between the improved bulk curing barn and the conventional bulk curing barn. The results showed that, the improved bulk curing barn had obvious coal-saving effects of fuel consumption, its average coal consumption for 1 kg dry tobacco leaves was 1.09 kg, being 0.305 kg and 21.86% less than the conventional bulk curing barn. The improved bulk curing barn also could save the cost by 0.4 CNY each kg dry tobacco leaves, average power saving of 0.165 kW·h, the power saving rate of 18.44%, and its cost-saving rate was 20.94%. In total, it could save the cost of 160 CNY in baking every times. The appearance quality, grade structure and average price of flue-cured tobacco leaves of the improved bulk curing barn were slightly improved than those of control-cured barn. In addition,the waste heat recovery device was conducive to yellowing of tobacco leaves dry, resurgence. This recycling installation has a good promoting efficient.

    This research was to surveil the immune antibody level of Newcastle disease in eight chicken farms around Wuhan. The result demonstrated that the average antibody titers of Newcastle disease was from 5.96log2 to 8.23log2. The antibody titers in most poultry farms were consistent(6log2~10log2) and ideal. The level of the whole antibody of Newcastle disease in the fourth poultry farm was highly uneven,and the antibody level of many chickens was too low to protective,and there was risk of disease in the whole chicken group. This research would provide reference for the prevention and control of Newcastle disease in farms.

    The dynamic changes of nutrients content in 3 kinds of forage ramie were preliminarily studied and the nutritional value of the feeding Ramie was evaluated by the grey correlation degree method. The results showed that the content of crude protein and crude fat of 3 kinds of forage ramie was decreased-ascending-decreasing with the harvest stubble. The content of total phosphorus in 3 kinds of forage ramie and HR001 crude ash showed ascending-descending-ascending trend. The content of crude ash in HR002 and Zhongzhu No.2 showed a downward-rise-decline-rise trend. The CA content of 3 kinds of ramie and the content of HR001 and HR002 crude fiber showed a rise-decline-rise-decline trend with the number of harvesting stubble. The weights of 6 evaluation indexes were:crude protein,crude ash,crude fiber,calcium,phosphorus and coarse fat. Using the grey correlation degree to evaluate the nutritive value of the forage ramie,the overall performance of ramie HR002 was the best,the ramie HR001 was the second,and the Zhongzhu No.2 was the worst.

    Ginkgo powder was used to produce dry noodle with 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% addition. The cooking property,color,textural property and digestibility of Ginkgo noodle were studied. The results showed that Ginkgo powder had no significant difference on the cooking property and color of Ginkgo noodle,but significantly decreased the springiness and increased the hardness and chewiness of Ginkgo noodle. Interestingly,the released glucose was significantly decreased by addition of 2% Ginkgo powder than the control noodle.

    With the anthocyanins in Lycium ruthenicum Murr as the object,using the method of CIELAB color space,the change of value of a*、b* and △E* were used to study the effect of ten kinds of metal ions on color stability of anthocyanins in L. ruthenicum Murr. The results showed that K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mn2+,Mg2+ and Zn2+ had no obvious influence. Cu2+ obviously fade the color,Al3+ aggregated the color of the solution obviously,Fe2+ produced atropurpureus in the solution and Fe3+ destroyed the anthocyanins. In the preparation and application of L. ruthenicum Murr anthocyanin,the contact of iron,copper and aluminum should be avoided as far as possible,so as not to affect the stability of color.

    Using Ampelopsis grossedentata which is growing on the soil rich in selenium as material in Enshi of Hubei province,wall-breaking assisted extraction test of dihydromyricetin(DMY) was carried out. The results showed that under the condition of wall-breaking assisted extraction,5 min was extracted and the ratio of tea material to 100% pure ethanol solution was 1∶50(g∶mL) at room temperature(25 ℃),the content of DMY in tea soup was 15.172%.

    The contents of free amino acids in 230 flat tea samples were measured by full-automatic amino acid analyzer and statistical analysis were performed. The results showed that two functions and six variables were obtained by discriminant analysis of Longjing Group,Longjing 43 and Wuyi Early Tea. The correct rate of discrimination for training set was 64.3%,and the correct rate of cross-validation was 63.5%. A preliminary distinction could be made between Longjing 43 and Wuniuzao.

    Established a ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for the rapid determination of plant pigments(neoxanthin,violaxanthin,lutein,chlorophyll-a,chlorophyll-b and β-carotene) in tobacco. The plant pigments were extracted from samples with 90% acetone by ultra-sonic extraction. Then,the plant pigments were separated by Waters ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) column, with and water mixture as mobile phase at a flow-rate of 0.8 mL/min. It eluted with gradient elution (90% V(acetonitrile))+10% V(water)) at the beginning,then the gradient elution replaced by acetonitrile 4 min later. These plant pigments were detected by diode array detector. Under the optimal conditions,6 kinds of plant pigments could be effectively separated within 5 min. The limits of detection(LODs) of 6 kinds of plant pigments were 15~22 ng/mL and the average recoveries were in the range of 93% to 105%. Via the self-designed sample extraction bottle using for pretreatment,and improved chromatography conditions,this method efficiency was enhanced 4 times than the current tobacco standard.

    To establish a method for quick determination of moisture content in Oldenlandia diffusa seeds by near infrared spectroscopy,which can be used for planting seedling cultivation and medicine storage management and quality control. The methods of drying and humidifying are used to process samples,which is used to expand the water distribution range of samples and the moisture was measured by the drying method. Near infrared spectroscopy combining partial leastsquares method(PLS) was used to develop the moisture quantitative analysis mode. Results showed that the correlation coefficient of model was 0.991,RMSECV was 0.086,the internal cross validation and the external verification were less than 1.0%. The NIRS model can accurately predict the moisture content in Oldenlandia diffusa seeds,which can be used for planting seedling cultivation、medicine storage management and quality control.

    Prices of different grades of fresh cut flowers are quite different,resulting in the income gap among planting households in the same area and with the same planting area. This paper designs a quality evaluation system for fresh cut flowers in Yunnan based on intelligent algorithms:Using GRNN neural network algorithm to construct a fresh cut flower quality level assessment model based on intelligent algorithms,and then to construct a fresh cut flower quality level systematic model including user layer,presentation layer,application layer,support service layer,and data layer. Within the framework of the fresh cut flower quality level system model,the intelligent forecasting model was introduced into the framework,and a fresh cut flower quality rating system based on intelligent algorithms was designed. The implementation of such system will provide models for quality fresh cut flowers for fresh-cut flower planters and farmers,providing scientific research personnel with an important basis for the study of quality grades of fresh cut flowers.

    In view of the different characteristics of the company at different life cycle stages, the impact of charitable donations on the financial performance of the company was also different at each stage. The A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2015 are selected as samples, with the total return on assets as the total return on assets. The impact of company's charitable donations on its financial performance over time was analyzed. The results showed that when the enterprise is in the growth stage, charitable donation is positively related to financial performance; when the enterprise is in maturity, charitable donation is positively related to financial performance; when the enterprise is in a recession, charitable donation is negatively correlated with financial performance.

    The construction of the urban system of Urumqi metropolitan area is to strengthen regional cooperation and coordination,and to promote the economic development of the surrounding areas,in the case of decentralized development of cities in arid areas. Taking 2002,2006,2010 and 2015 as the four time cross sections of the study,the corresponding socio-economic data are selected,and the development efficiency of Urumqi metropolitan area is studied by using the DEA method. The main methods used in DEA are the CCR model, the BCC model and the Malmquist index. The CCR model is the DEA method does not consider the return to scale the overall efficiency of the main calculation model,the BCC model is considered under the condition of variable returns to scale can reflect the research elements of increasing or decreasing trend,the Malmquist model is a kind of dynamic efficiency evaluation index, mainly in total factor productivity. The results show that: ①The development efficiency of Urumqi metropolitan area is mainly based on the all-round development of Urumqi and Shihezi.②the development efficiency of other counties and cities in Urumqi metropolitan area is still in great room for improvement. ③2015,it has entered a new period of development, which is obviously different from the first three development time nodes.

    The implementation of high-standard basic farmland construction projects has promoted the sustainable development of regional economic, social and land productivity to a certain extent. Six high-standard basic farmland project areas in Heyuan city were selected as research units. Based on the field survey, 17 index construction index systems were established based on the four dimensions of “process logic” frame. Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight, on this basis, the weight obtained by the entropy weight method is modified to obtain the final weight, and the matter-element extension model is used to calculate the degree of correlation to obtain the evaluation result. The results show that the performance of high-standard basic farmland projects in Heyuan city is generally at a “good” level, four of the projects have “good” performance levels, one approaching a “good” level and one at an “excellent” level with no major differences between the projects. However, the evaluation index of land use improvement rate, labor employment improvement rate and project yield rate of project area, as well as the construction and maintenance of farmland infrastructure in the project area are the main factors restricting the improvement of the project's performance level.

    Taking Anhui province as a case, this paper constructed assessment system of CCRE including 16 indicators from the range of resource, environment, economy and society. Then using entropy weight method and catastrophe progression method assess the CCRE value of each administrative unit of Anhui province. Finally, this paper presented the level distribution map with the help of ArcGIS, and proposed the advices of the division of main functional area. The results showed that ①The level of CCRE is preferably in 2016, Wuhu and Ma’anshan occupy the top two position;②The economic carrying capacity not only has the greatest influence on CCRE, but also shows a negative correlation with environmental carrying capacity and a positive correlation with social carrying capacity. Combining the result of CCRE,this study divides the 16 administration units into 3 functional zones:Optimization development zones, key development zones,moderate development zone. And combining the characteristics of each city, this paper put forward the corresponding development suggestions.

    To alleviate agricultural water shortage and pollution and ensure food security, this paper use the SBM-Undesirable model to estimate the agricultural water use efficiency for China’s 31 provinces from 2011 to 2014. Some conclusions are as follows:During research period, the agricultural water use efficiency in China is rising,but still has a large space to improve.The trend of efficiency of different provinces is various and Xinjiang,Jiangsu and Guangdong have great water-saving potential.Then we cluster 25 provinces which are not achieving the effective frontier into four categories by clustering analysis. Respectively,the optimization strategy of agricultural water are put forward.
