    Taking Xiantao city as an example, research the current situation and exploitation of selenium resources in typical counties. The characteristics of selenium resource in Xiantao city were summarized by analyzing Multi-objective geochemical survey of eco-agriculture and geochemical evaluation on land quality of Xiantao. Relaying on the existing resources and industrial advantages in Xiantao, it is suggested that the layout of Se-rich planting and breeding bases should be based on "two circles and two belts", forming a complete set of the Se-rich processing industry and Se-rich tourism development. The paper proposed to focus on six major projects, combining the primary, secondary, tertiary industry, to achieve the strategy of "conversion of Se-rich resources, development of Se-rich products, polishing Se-rich brand" and comprehensively build "Chinese selenium-riched agricultural county".

    With the technical improvement of the cold chain agricultural product demand forecasting model and the continuous betterment of prediction error as clues, combed the relevant theoretical and model characteristics of domestic cold chain agricultural product demand prediction were reviewed. Based on various demand forecasting models as an reference, it was found that there were three types of demand forecasting modelsthe single model,multi-source model combination and intelligent information fusion. The characteristics and existing problems of various models were commented in detail, meanwhile, combined with the existing related literature of cold-chain agricultural demand forecast, a further prospect was made for the future nonlinear, variable weight technology and multi-source information fusion intelligent model in the cold chain agricultural demand forecast application.

    The main components of Herba Artemisia sieversiana extractive include essential oils, flavonoids, lignans and triterpenes. Researches have shown that it has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-ultraviolet efficacy, with a great development space and application value in many fields.     To analyze the high yield, stability production and adaptability performance of rice varieties and the representativeness and discrimination of test sites in regional trials, the GGE biplot based on Genstat was employed to identify 12 varieties from 10 test sites of A group in the 2017 rice regional trials of Hubei province. The results showed that, ‘Shenliangyou10’, ‘Liangliangyou1212’, ‘Longjingyou4393’ and ‘Xiangyou5327’ had higher yield; ‘Liangliangyou1212’, ‘Longjingyou4393’,‘Juliangyou639’ and ‘Shenliangyou10’ had better stability production performance; The yield of‘Xiangyou5327’was high while its stability was low, which still had application value for production. Shayang, Huanggang, and Xiaonan had the greater representativeness and discrimination.

    “Ⅰ”plant type cotton was a promising alternative for mechanical farming attribute to their key features,such as early maturity and also intensive boll setting. “Ⅰ”plant type variety ZS07 was used as test material to analyze the seed cotton yield and boll setting traits of the cotton directly sown after wheat(rape) harvest in the middle reaches of the Changjiang River with five planting density(6.0×104,7.5×104,9.0×104,10.5×104,12.0×104 plant/hm2) under wide row(0.76 m),wide-narrow row(0.66+0.10 m),narrow row(0.50 m) and with another five plant density(12.0×104,15.0×104,18×104,21.0×104,24.0×104 plant/hm2) under ultra-narrow row(0.38 m). The results showed that,the planting density had obvious influence on seed cotton yield and population boll number under narrow row. Seed cotton yield and population boll number indicated an increase trend along with the enlarging density under wide-narrow and narrow row. The seed cotton yield under wide row, ultra-narrow row was first increased then decreased. The seed cotton yield under wide row was obviously lower than that under the other three row spacing. Therefore, narrowing row spacing at a high planting density in practice might be a reasonable planting pattern to increase the production and efficiency of “Ⅰ”plant type cotton.

    In order to screen out the high-yielding and high-quality middle-season rice varieties suitable for planting in Huayuan county, promote the structural reform of agricultural supply in the county, increase the proportion of high-quality middle-season rice, and increase planting efficiency of farmers, the exhibition and testing demonstration work of new medium-season rice varieties were carried out. The results showed that Longliangyou 534, Longjingyou 1, Tianyou Huazhan, and Wuyou Huazhan were suitable for planting in Huayuan county with their moderate growth periods, strong comprehensive resistance, high yield, and superior grain quality.

    Effects of different cultivation density and seedling number per hole on yield and composition factors of the new later-season rice variety Jufengyou 1098 were researched. The results showed that, Jufengyou 1098 planting in Xianning, row width of 30.00 cm, plant spacing of 16.67 cm, with density of 200 000 points/hm2, two seedlings per hole can obtain the highest yield, up to 10 588.7 kg/hm2.

    The effects of bio-bacterial fertilizer, soil amendment and their combination on growth, fruit setting and disease of plastic-protected spring tomato were discussed using a method of field experiment. The results showed that three treatments (bio-bacterial fertilizer, soil amendment and their combination) had positive effects on tomato growth, improved tomato fruit rate and reduced the rate of deformed fruit, especially the "amendment +968 + bio-bacterial fertilizer" treatment significantly increased the third, fourth panicles setting rate and decreased the fruit deformity rate of second, third, fourth panicles. All treatments had no significant effect on the disease incidence rate, decreased the disease index and improved the control effect of tomato late blight and leaf mildew. Especially, the "amendment +968+bio-bacterial fertilizer" treatment made the disease index decreased significantly, the control effect reached 28.84% and 29.95%,respectively. To sum up, bio-bacterial fertilizer and soil amendment can be applied to the production of plastic-protected spring tomato.

    Introducing the concept of heat flux to evaluate heat preservation and storage performance of solar greenhouse, by comparing the observation of correlation between heat flux and meteorological factors to analyze, and the results show thatthe correlation between total radiation and indoor and outdoor temperature of the greenhouse and heat flux is higher,but the outdoor temperature has a nearly 2~3 h delay to the heat flux on rising and dropping time; indoor relative humidity is a negative regulatory role for heat flux, and the effect is less than it during the day, outdoor relative humidity delays nearly 2 h to heat flux on reaching a steady state, and it has a little impact on the heat flux during night; outdoor wind speed is a major factor on heat flux, but it has a lower stability than heat flux.

    21 samples of tea garden soil and tea leaves and branches in Badong county were investigated and sampled. The soil fertility status and the nutritional status of tea plants were analyzed and evaluated. The result showed,soil fetility was serious in tea garden. The content of alkali-soluble organic matter and nitrogen were in middle and high level,soil available phosphorus and potassium were deficient seriously,deficient rate was 80.95% respectively. leaf nitrogen content of tea was more than middle,but phosphorus and potassium of tea were deficient,insufficient prevalence rates were 33.33% and 42.86%. Leaf was highly correlated with branch and soil in nutrients content,the order of correlation was branch and leaf>leaf and soil>branch and soil. The correlation of potassium content was higher than nitrogen phosphorus.

    Study on the meteorological index and grading of late spring coldness were carried out by using the disaster records of the late spring coldness in China and corresponding temperature data of meteorological stations from 1981 to 2000. Based on the analysis of the meteorological index and grading standard of late spring coldness all over the country, the index and grading are established by utilizing temperature departure and its duration. The newly built index was testified by contrasting the grading standards with the actually occurred of coldness in the six representative regions. The results show that the ratio of basically consistent between the new index and actual occurrence of the late spring coldness is 73%~100%, and the percentage of full compliance is 55%~100%. The index could define the cold of the late spring all over the country, which can reflect its course and quantitatively assess its occurrence level. The index is of important significance on meteorological disaster monitoring、evaluation and defense.

    In order to find out the suitable artificial plants in the ecological restoration of the malodorous river, four kinds of artificial plants commonly used in engineering were compared. The results of experiment indicated that, string artificial plants and stereoscopic elastic filler showed a faster biofilm generation speed. At the same time, they also showed strong ability to deal with TN, TP, NH4+-N and CODMn. In the pilot experiment, stereoscopic elastic filler combined with the ecological floating island and the aeration technology showed a good treatment effect. Comprehensive price factor, it is recommended to use a small amount of use in the case of priority to the use of string artificial plants, in the case of large use, can use stereoscopic elastic filler or combination of the two kinds artificial plants.

    The nutritional compositions of 21 germplasm resources of seleng wormwood(Artemisia selengensis Turcz.) were determined and evaluated. The results showed that, the dry matter content, the protein content, the total sugar content and the crude fiber content of the 21 seleng wormwood were 6.69%~11.18%, 1.27%~2.00%, 0.39%~2.52% and 0.90%~1.60% respectively. The seleng wormwood of Xiaoyehong had the highest dry matter content, total sugar content and crude fiber content; and the seleng wormwood of Xishanqu had the highest protein content in 21 accessions. The dry matter content of seleng wormwood was extremely significant positive correlation with the total sugar content. Compared with over 30 green leafy vegetables, seleng worwood had higher dry matter content, crude fiber content and lower protein content.

    The investigation of black tea processing in Qinba Mountain and Dabie Mountain shows that the production season of black tea in Qinba Mountain and Dabie Mountain is mostly in summer and autumn. The popularization rate of special equipment for withering and fermenting is high, and the mechanized processing technology is relatively advanced. The results of sensory quality and physicochemical composition analysis of typical black tea showed that the appearance of tea sample was tight, the color and lustre was good, and the quality was up to black tea quality standard. However, some tea samples still had the phenomena of high fire, sultry and mixed flowers at the bottom of leaves. Endoplasmic analysis results show that for the black tea in Qinba Mountain and Dabie Mountains, the content of amino acid was 2.48%~3.16% and soluble sugar content was 2.33%~3.40%, both at a high level;The tea leaves are rich in materials. The retention of tea polyphenols was 7.39%~8.72%, at a normal level, and the bitter taste of tea was not obvious. The content of theaflavins was 0.066%~0.130%, thearubigins content 2.28%~3.85%, and the content of theagreyins was 2.76%~3.56%, and the changes were relatively small. The content of thearubigins and theaflavins in Qinba Mountain and Dabie Mountain were in the middle and lower level, and the ratio of them were both high, which indicated that the quality of black tea in the two tea areas needed to be further improved. The technical measures to improve the processing of black tea in Qinba Mountain and Dabie Mountain are as follows:Further introduction of black tea processing equipment to achieve standardized processing;Strictly regulate the processing environment to ensure the hygiene and quality safety.

    Taking seven characters closely related to the heat-resistance of rose, the heat-resistance of eleven rose varieties was evaluated by the methods of principal component analysis, subordinative function analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that eleven rose varieties was divided into three grades, the stronger heat-resistance, mid-level heat-resistance and low level heat-resistance; Five rose varieties suitable for the growth under the summer high temperature environment in Zhengzhou city, including Hiohgi, Iceberg, Red Cap, Roundelay, and Schloss Mannheim, were chosen to popularize in the gardens and parks of Zhengzhou city.

    The effects of 60Co-γ ray on the seed germination and early seedling growth ofOrychophragmus violaeeuswere studied using the method of indoor petri dish germination method,and the germination indexes in water and 0.5% NaCl were measured. The results showed that 60Co-γ radiation increased the germination rate ofOrychophragmus violaeeusseeds,and decreased the germination potential of seeds in the dose range of 0~300 Gy. Under the condition of water treatment,60Co-γ radiation had different effects on the plant height,root length and fresh weight ofOrychophragmus violaeeusseedlings. Under the condition of 0.5% NaCl treatment,60Co-γ radiation promoted the plant height and fresh weight ofOrychophragmus violaeeusseedlings,but the growth of root length was promoted at low concentration 60Co-γ radiation and inhibted at high concentration 60Co-γ radiation.

    Using randomized block experimental design, taking Hubei Enshi bangbang yam as the control, the variety comparative test among Anhui Tongcheng yam, Shandong Weifang yam, Jiangsu Huai’an yam was conducted to observe the growing period, agronomic traits, economic traits and quality characteristics, so as to screen out the most suitable yam varieties in Enshi autonomous prefecture. Research results showed that, Anhui Tongcheng yam is early maturity variety, Enshi bangbang yam and Shandong Weifang yam are medium maturing varieties, Jiangsu Huai’an yam is late maturing variety. From the view of agronomic traits, Enshi bangbang yam and Huai’an yam has stronger growing, much branched, no or few bulbil; Anhui Tongcheng yam had weak growing, little ramose, more bulbil; Shandong Weifang yam had medium growing, more branches, no bulbil. From the view of economic traits, the production of Huai’an yam and Enshi bangbang yam was the highest, that of Shandong Weifang yam was medium, Anhui Tongcheng yam yield was the least. From the view of quality characteristics, Enshi bangbang yam starch content, crude protein content and selenium content were the highest, the quality was the highest; Jiangsu Huai’an yam water content, total soluble sugar content was the highest, selenium content was higher; Anhui Tongcheng yam all components contents were higher, the quality was upper; Shandong Weifang yam water content and starch content was higher. In conclusion, Enshi bangbang yam is most suitable for planting in Enshi, with high quality, high yield, rich selenium, good medicinal value; Jiangsu Huaian yam was secondly, with high yield, upper quality, suitable for food and processing; Anhui Tongcheng yam was suitable for medicine with low yield, high quality; Shandong Weifang yam was suitable for food, with high starch content and high water content.

    To establish disperse liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(DLLME-LC-MS) method for determination of eight organophosphorus pesticides(dimethoate,dichlorvos,malathion,parathion,phorate,diazinon,ethion,chlorpyriphos) in Codonopsis radix. The eight organophosphorus pesticides in Codonopsis radix which was extracted by trichlormethane,and the acetonitrile was dispersant,then analysed by using mass spectrometric ditection in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode under the optimal chromatographic conditions. The external standard method was adopted for quantitative analysis. The eight organophosphorus pesticides have a good linear relation respectively(r﹥0.999 0). The recoveries at three spiked levels of eight organophosphorus pesticides ranged from 76.81% to 110.25%,the detection limits were 0.006~1.300 μg/kg. The method can be applied in detection of the organophosphorus pesticides residues analysis in Codonopsis radix.

The test sample for pretreatment of wet digestion, the detection limit of icp-oes is 0.075 μg/mL, the average recovery rate is 97.9%; pretreatment test sample of microwave digestion, the detection limit of icp-oes is 0.058 μg/mL, the average recovery rate is 97.8%. The relative standard deviation of the two pretreatment methods in 0.78%~4.75%, and the results show that the satisfactory results can be obtained from both pretreatment ways.

    The cold chain logistics demand system of urban agricultural products in Beijing has many complex characteristics, such as non-linearity, few historical data, and many influencing factors, while support vector machine has outstanding advantages in solving the problems of small samples, non-linearity and high-dimensional pattern recognition. Therefore, the support vector machine model was introduced to train the data of the cold chain logistics demand of agricultural products in Beijing from 2000 to 2014, and then the cold chain logistics demand of agricultural products in Beijing from 2015 to 2020 was forecasted. The results showed that the support vector machine model can effectively fit the complex trend of agricultural products cold chain logistics demand system in Beijing, which could provide quantitative decision for agricultural products cold chain logistics planners and the government.

    Due to the high moisture regain in harvesting cotton,in order to improve the production efficiency, the seed cotton needs to be dried before processing. While drying, the seed cotton is transported to the next procedure. In this paper, the two drying process of the tower type airflow drying and belt type drying, and the transportation way and the main parameters are calculated and compared, hope to reduce the cost of harvesting cotton machine processing, the dust air volume, the noise, the environmental pollution and so on, to find new breakthrough direction.

    To develop a rapid and accurate method for detecting Streptococcus iniae and limit the losses because of this disease, a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay was established with four specific primers designed according to the Sim gene of Streptococcus iniae in GenBank, and totally 739 samples were collected and detected by LAMP. The results showed that the LAMP had a high sensitivity for S. iniae with detection limits of 5.32 copies/μL S. iniae DNA. The LAMP method had a strong specificity, which can be specifically amplified S. iniae, and no amplifications were observed in the 8 reference strains. The detection results of 739 samples showed that the average detection rate of S. iniae in the samples from 8 species of cultured fish was 17.67%, while 13.33% and 16.67% were from pond water and seawater, respectively. The bacteria were found mainly in tilapia brain tissues, and the average positive detection rate was 27.04%, while in other fishes, the average positive detection rate was 24.14%. Higher S. iniae positive carrying rate during Jun to Sep, 2014 was found comparing to Jan to May and Oct to Dec, 2014, with the detection rate reached to 65.00%.

    The spatio-temporal coordination development among industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in Northeast Economic Zone of Sichuan investigates through the coordination development degree model. The results show thatthe coordination development level of UIAM gradually increases in recent 10 years tough in fluctuation. In space, the level of agricultural modernization in Nanchong and Dazhou is relatively high, and the level of UIAM of Guang'an is relatively balanced, and there is no obvious restriction factor. However, the overall level is still low. The agricultural modernization level of Guangyuan and Bazhong is lagging behind, which restricts the coordinated development of UIAM. In turn, industrialization and urbanization are obviously insufficient to drive agricultural modernization. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to promote the integration of agriculture and tourism, to guide and plan industrial clusters to promote the coordinated development of UIAM.

    Tourism environmental capacity is a focus during tourism development. The tourism environmental capacity of Qingmuchuan ancient town was studied by calculating four indexesecological environment capacity, resource space capacity, tourism economic capacity and social psychological capacity. The results showed that the tourism environmental capacity of Qingmuchuan ancient town was 3 000 passengers a day.

    Based on an investigation of 5 422 demonstration households in Hubei province, the perception and influence factors of agricultural demonstration households on performance of grassroots agricultural technology. The results showed that the main influence factors of agricultural demonstration households' satisfaction with grassroots agricultural technology(from the largest to smallest in turn)were:Whether to master the main industrial application technology>Whether to receive the technically training>the number of accepting technicians' indoor guidance>Whether the materialized subsidy is implemented>Whether to increase the main industrial income, and the effect of surrounding farmer-driving number by the demonstration households was not significant on their satisfaction. From the performance perception of agricultural demonstration households to various influence factors, the performance perception of demonstration households was very sensitive to whether they accept the technical training and whether they master the application technology of main industry; the performance perception to the number of technicians' indoor guidance was sensitive, and preferably more than 6 times; When the performance perception was not sensitive to whether they implement the materialized subsidy and increase the main industrial income, indicating what the agricultural demonstration households concerned most was the agricultural technology and not how much In-kind subsidies they received; and the performance perception of demonstration households was not sensitive to whether they lead the development of surrounding farmers, the optimal surrounding farmer-driving number was 10~20 households.

    The recreational area around metropolitan is an important part of urban-rural development in developing rural tourism. It is of great significance to explore the experiential value structural system and characteristics of recreational area around metropolitan under the new situation by mining network information platform data for the new rural tourism development. Based on literature research and in-depth interview, the Rost Content Mining was utilized to analyze 20 695 network tourists' reviews from 50 different types of urban and rural recreational areas around metropolitans of Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Beijing and Wuhan by Holsti coefficient analysis and word frequency analysis, to explore the experiential value characteristics of recreational areas around metropolitan. The result showed that, attentions should be paid on the creation of scenarios, the learning and novelty experiences, to enhance product participation and service empathy, tap effective demand, increase associated consumption and extend life cycle.

    231 new agricultural business entities and some agriculture-related departments in Xianning city were observed through questionnaires and interviews, to analyze and discuss the structural reform pathways of agricultural supply side. The results showed that, the poor quality of agricultural products, weak agricultural infrastructure facilities, inadequate scientific and technological supports, overhead farmer-benefiting policies, the aging of business entities and other factors greatly restricted the agricultural supply-side structural reform of Xianning city at present. Then measures and suggestions for promoting the agricultural supply-side structural reform of Xianning were put forward from conducting policies in line with industries, changing due to quality, guiding situation and positioning according to local conditions, and other aspects.
