    Rice is one of the important food crops in China. In the case of rapid population growth and a sharp decline in arable land, it is particularly important to improve its yield and quality through genetic improvement. With the development of molecular biology and genomics, a large number of yield trait genes were cloned by map-based cloning and mutant selection and so on. The molecular regulation of yield formation was gradually analyzed, and some functional genes were used in rice breeding.     The new dry-land wheat variety Linmai No.9 was bred by selection from lines of Lin 044190 as female and Taishan No.23 as male by Linyi Academy of Agriculture Sciences. The variety has good properties such as high yield, resistance to wide range and good quality,and which was certified and approved by Crop Authorization Committee of Shandong Province in 2018. The breeding process and the cultivation techniques of the variety were summarized.

    To solve the problem of deficiency of early-maturing fresh potato varieties in Enshi,a 3-site comparison experiment was conducted by using 11 new potato varieties introduced from the main potato producing areas. The results showed that the yield of Longshu No.12, Zhongshu No.3 and N191 were all over 30 000 kg/hm2, which were increased more than 19.00% compared with the control Favorita. These three varieties have good comprehensive characters,which laid foundation for the supporting technology of cultivation and variety demonstrations.

    Using rape(Brassica napus L.) from different sources in Tibet as materials,with different NaCl concentrations of 0, 60, 120, 180, 240 mmol/L were used to treat 13 rape seeds, and the germination test was carried out. The effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of rape were compared by measuring seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index and other germination indexes, as well as seedling growth characteristics such as radicle length, hypocotyl length and total fresh weight. The results showed that the seed germination index and seedling growth index decreased with the increase of salt concentration, and there were significantly differences between different stresses. The source salt tolerance of Nieguo village and Yongbulakang was weak, three test material of rapeseeds in Duona village, Zhabu village and Xueba village have strong salt tolerance. Among them, the germination characteristics of 11 tested rapeseed can be divided into four groups, of which Shannan city Duona village and Rikaze city Jiding village were of the same type, under the condition of low and medium salt stress, the germination rate was high, the seedling emergence was fast, and the salt tolerance was the best. Among the 13 materials, four kinds of rapeseed in Duona village, Zhabu village, Xueba village in Shannan city and Rikaze city Jiding village have strong salt tolerance.

    Based on universal soil loss equation, the method combined with GIS and RS technology, The dynamic evaluation and analysis of soil erodibility in the soil erosion control area in the middle and upper reaches of Chishui River in Sichuan province from 2009 to 2013 were carried out, established R, K, LS, C and P five indexes, and by using spatial analysis function in intensity classification, statistics and analysis on the time and space, and main erosion factor identification. The results showed that the area of slight erosion was the largest in 5 years, reaching 70%~82%, with an increasing trend, and its retention rate reached 84%~94%, and the main erosion factor was C factor; Moderate erosion area accounted for about 20%, fluctuated between 14% and 22%, and the retention rate varied from 49% to 77%. The main erosion factor was C factor. The ratio of other erosion intensity areas was small, and the ratio of transformation to lower intensity was low.

    Aiming to evaluate the eutrophication levels of three national aquatic germplasm conservation zones, which all located in the middle and lower Yangtze River, where most lakes were distributed too in China. The evaluation was based on comprehensive nutritional status index and the data used was from national fishery eco-environment monitoring network. The results showed that the comprehensive nutritional status indexes of Liangzi Lake Wuchang Fish National Aquatic Germplasm Conservation Zones, Boyang Lake Mandarin Fish and Topmouth Culter National Aquatic Germplasm Conservation Zones and Qiandao Lake National Aquatic Germplasm Conservation Zones, were 45.0, 49.4 and 42.6, respectively, indicating all three conservation zones in mesotrophic level and the main contribution factors were total phosphorus and chlorophyll a.

    On the basis of the development zone land intensive utilization evaluation regulation, the development zone can be divided into industry-oriented development zone and industry-city integrated development zone. According to the urban system planning of Shanxi province, Shanxi province is divided into four first-level economic zones, namely, North Shanxi economic zone, Middle Shanxi economic zone, Southeast Shanxi economic zone and South Shanxi economic zone, respectively. The comprehensive score of intensive land use in development zone was calculated by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method. The research shows that from the perspective of the intensity of land use in the development zone, the intensity of land use in the industry-oriented development zone is as followsSoutheast Shanxi economic zone >North Shanxi economic zone >Middle Shanxi economic zone >the South Shanxi economic zone. The intensive degree of land use in industry-city integrated development zone is as followsSoutheast Shanxi economic zone >Middle Shanxi economic zone>North Shanxi economic zone>South Shanxi economic zone. At the index level, there are some regional differences in the obstacle factors to the intensive use of land in the development zone, but the overall industrial leading development zone takes the industrial land rate as the core obstacle factor and the industrial land tax as the main obstacle factor; Industrial and urban integrated development zones takes comprehensive plot ratio as the core obstacle factor and comprehensive per capita tax as the main obstacle factor. At the level of criteria, the obstacles to the intensive use of land in the industrial leading and industry-city integrated development zones of each economic zone are concentrated in the form of land use condition>land use benefit.

    The spatial variability of soil organic matter content in sampling areas of 64 m×64 m, 80 m×80 m and 112 m×112 m and its suitable sample size were studied with classical statistics and geostatistics methods. The results showed that the soil organic matter content in different sampling area had moderate variation degree, as sampling area increased, the mean of soil organic matter content first increased and then decreased, and the variation degree of soil organic matter content gradually increased, but their change was small; Spatial correlation ranges of soil organic matter content in different sampling area respectively were 66.69, 85.02 and 12.00 m, their spatial correlation degree were moderate, as sampling area increased, spatial correlation range of soil organic matter content first increased and then decreased, and its spatial correlation degree first decreased and then increased; When precision coefficient was the same, as sampling area increased, suitable sample size of soil organic matter content gradually increased, but increasing degree was small; When sampling area was the same, as precision coefficient increased, suitable sample size of soil organic matter content gradually decreased, and decreasing degree was large.

    Based on Landsat 8 TIRS remote sensing image, the surface temperature of Xiangyang city was retrieved by remote sensing technology, and the intensity index of heat island effect was calculated. The spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and development trend of urban heat island effect in Xiangyang city were analyzed quantitatively. The correlation between normalized vegetation index(NDVI), normalized building index(NDBI) and surface temperature were analyzed. The influence of surface vegetation distribution and building density on urban heat island effect was analyzed. The results showed that the urban heat island effect in Xiangyang city gradually strengthens between 2014 and 2017, and the heat island diffusion mainly extends to the new urban development zones and the extension of traffic network. There was a negative correlation between urban surface temperature and normalized vegetation index, and a positive correlation between urban surface temperature and normalized building index, especially between urban surface temperature and normalized vegetation index. It is suggested that in the process of urban development and construction, strengthening urban greening investment, reasonably increasing urban vegetation coverage and moderately reducing urban building density can alleviate the urban heat island effect.

    The Xinyang central city-near suburb-far suburbs, where there were obvious differences in forest vegetation coverage were chosen to set up monitoring points to carry out simultaneous location observation of atmospheric particulate matter pollution, and the diurnal and seasonal variation characteristics and influencing factors of mass concentration of four kinds of particulate matter, such as TSP, PM10, PM2.5 and PM1, were compared and analyzed in three monitoring sites. The results showed that the daily variation characteristics of the mass concentration of 4 particles in 3 monitoring points were basically consistent, and the time of peak and lowest value was basically synchronized. Particulate pollution in the morning was more serious than in the afternoon. The pollution of particulate matter in 3 monitoring points was the lightest in summer, the second in autumn and the worst in winter. Forest vegetation had a strong function of reducing particulate matter pollution such as PM2.5, and the concentration of particulate matter in the monitoring point was negatively correlated with the canopy of forest vegetation. In the diurnal and seasonal variations, the concentration of 4 kinds of particulate matter in the Ecological station monitoring site with the highest forest cover was significantly lower than that of other 2 monitoring points; In the same way, the mass concentrations of four kinds of particulate matter in the monitoring sites of Shihe River landscape zone with higher forest vegetation coverage were significantly lower than those in the Ticai square, where there was a lack of greening. The main meteorological factors affecting particulate matter are temperature and air pressure. The mass concentrations of 4 kinds of particulate matter were significantly negatively correlated with daily average temperature, and were significantly positively correlated with daily air pressure PM2.5.

    Based on the temperature data of two national meteorological observation stations in Suizhou city from 1957 to 2017, the variation of the occurrence probability of high temperature heat damage and low temperature cold damage over time in the heading and flowering stage of middle rice growing season was simulated by function fitting. And the suitable time period of heading and flowering was determined and its variation rule was analyzed. The results showed that the suitable period presented a increasing trend under the background of climate change in Suizhou city, the average increase was about 2 days every 10 years.

    Meteorological factors affecting visibility in Yuzhong county of Lanzhou city from 2005 to 2015 were analyzed based on the observation data of atmospheric visibility. Using the method of multiple linear regression, the forecast equation of visibility in Yuzhong county was established, and the data of 2016 were substituted into the forecast equation for testing. Finally, the forecast value of visibility in Yuzhong county in 2016 was obtained, and the measured value and forecast value of visibility in Yuzhong county in 2016 were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the visibility in Yuzhong county was relatively good in summer and autumn, but in spring due to the appearance of dust weather and more windy weather had a greater impact on visibility. In winter, it was the mainly influence of fog and haze weather and the smoke generated by burning coal for heating in rural areas.

    The toxicity of EB-82 aphidicide with six different concentration gradients to peach aphid(Myzus persicae Sulzer) and its relationship with temperature and humidity were studied and compared. The results indicated that the mortality of peach aphid increased with the rising of the concentration of EB-82 aphidicide. In addition, the mortality of peach aphid was significantly different between different concentration gradients. The LC50 of EB-82 aphidicide to peach aphid was 420 times dilution while the LC75 was 300 times. Noticeably, the mortality to the peach aphid was higher than 75% if the dilution times lower than 300. The toxicity EB-82 aphidicide to the peach aphid was within a certain humidity range, and the influence of temperature was not obvious.

    By the method of dipping sterilization of pre-sowing seed potato tubers, the effects of 8 chemical fungicides on potato early blight, late blight and scab were researched in the dry farmland and rotation paddy-upland crop field. The results suggested that the control effects of 500 g/L fluazinam suspension agent and 50% dimethomorph wettable powder on potato blight were better than others, which was higher than 80% in dry farmland. Besides that, the control effects of 500 g/L fluazinam suspension agent was relative better than others in the rotation paddy-upland crop field, which was 60.3%; The control effects of 500 g/L fluazinam suspension agent and 75% chlorothalonil water dispersible granule were better than other fungicides on potato scab,which were higher than 80% in dry farmland. Besides that, the effects of 75% chlorothalonil water dispersible granule and 80% mancozeb wettable powder were relative better than other funigicides and the effects were higher than 60%; The effects of dipping sterilization of seed potato tubers with 8 fungicides on potato late blight were not good. The overall effects of every fungicides on 3 main potato diseases were higher in dry farmland than in the rotation paddy-upland crop field.

    In order to understand the fauna of Pentatomomorpha in Xichou county, using route survey and net sweeping, the insects of Pentatomomorpha were collected, and the species were identified and fauna analysis was carried out. The results showed that insects of Pentatomomorpha in Xichou county included 106 species of 67 genera and 13 families. Among them, the most species were Pentatomidae, with 31 species, followed by Coreidae, with 29 species. In fauna of world, most species markedly presented the characters of oriental realm, but with some in Palaearctic realm, 25.47% species of all presented the characters of Oriental-Palaearctic realm and a few species presented the characters of other realms. In fauna of China, the species were distributed in Southwest-China and South-China, Southwest-China and South-China and Central-China were the main components, the second was in Southwest-China and South-China and Central-China and north-China, with 27, 27, 11 species, accounting for 25.47%, 25.47% and 10.38% of all, respectively. The fauna of insect Pentatomomorpha in Xichou county markedly presented characters of Oriental realm, Southwest-China, South-China sub-region and obvious characteristics of Central-China.

    The industrial development present situation and existing problems of oil peony (Paeonia suffruticosa) producing areas in Hubei province were deeply analyzed based on the investigation. Low-yield has become the bottleneck to restrict the development of oil peony industry. The reasons for low-yield were analyzed from the variety, seedling, cultivation mode, field management and other aspects. Aiming at the above problems, key cultivation techniques for increasing yield were put forward. First, the selection of suitable varieties, superior seedlings and site conditions should be emphasized. Second, it is needed to construct a reasonable soil preparation measure and planting system. Third, standard field management techniques should be established, including water and fertilizer management, weed prevention, disease and pest control.

    In order to study the effects of different breeding methods on photosynthetic characteristics, sugar accumulation and related enzyme activities, the cuttings (QC) and grafting (JJ) were selected to breeding fruit mulberry DA10, and the gas exchange parameters of mulberry leaves were determined. Diurnal changes, dynamic changes, and soluble sugar content and sucrose metabolism-related enzyme activities in different developmental stages of mulberry. The results showed that the daily variation curves of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) in the two breeding methods showed a double-peak curve with obvious photosynthetic “noon break” phenomenon, but the second peak of QC fruit mulberry was higher than the JJ fruit mulberry peak, and the transpiration rate(Tr) daily variation curve for the bimodal curve, the maximum peak value of Tr was QC>JJ. The utilization efficiency(LUE) and the instantaneous water use efficiency(WUE) were QC>JJ, and the apparent CO2 utilization efficiency (CUE) was JJ>QC. There were differences in the content of sugar components in different developmental stages of mulberry. The content of soluble sugar(Tss) increased linearly from red fruit stage. The accumulation of sugar was mainly fructose(Fru) and glucose(Glc), which was the fruit of sucrose(Can) and hexose accumulation. SS and SPS activities were similar as changes in developmental processes. The activity of mulberry NI in different breeding methods was more active in the whole development stage than in the early stage. The correlation between photosynthetic physiological parameters and mulberry sugar accumulation and sucrose metabolism related enzyme activities showed that Tss, Fruand,Glc were were in positive correlation with Pn,LUE,CUE and WUE. The differences in the content of QC and JJ sugar indicated that different breeding methods had an impact on the transportation and distribution of mulberry light contract compound.

    Using the fruit of different growing period of jujube (Ziziphus jujube Mill.) as materials,the activity of cell wall enzymes of cellulase(Cx-cellulase), β-galactosidase(β-Gal), pectin methylesterase(PME), and polygalacturonase(PG) were observed and discussed the related to the jujube fruit growth processes. The results showed thatin the whole growth, Cx-cellulase was rised stablely, β-Gal reached maximum from full red stage to full ripe stage, PME reduced from half red stage to full red stage, and PG was rised in full ripe stage. It was speculated that Cx-cellulase was related to fruit enlargement of jujube, and it is one of the important substances of softening of jujube fruit. PME may be played a role in starting discolour, β-Gal and PG play a key role in the mature period of jujube fruit.

    Using the pollen and leaves of Heteroplex Chang as the materials,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe and analyze its micromorphological characteristics. The results showed that the pollen grains of H.microcephala, H.vernonioides, H.impressinervia and H.incana were subglobose, and H.sericophylla was prolate. There were obvious thorn prominence on the outer wall of the pollen of the five species, the thorn length and the base diameter of H.microcephala and H.sericophylla were the large, H.impressinervia and H.incana had no glandular hairs or appendages on the adaxial epidermis. H.sericophylla had longer and denser glandular hairs in the adaxial epidermis, while H.microcephala and H.vernonioides had appendages. The epidermis ornamentation of the leaves of Heteroplex was concentrated around the stomatal apparatus in a radial shape, the stomatal apparatus was elliptical, and the internal ornamentation was shallow wavy. There were no appendages or glandular hairs in the abaxial epidermis of H.microcephala, while emulsus appendages were distributed in the abaxial epidermis of H.vernonioides. Glandular hairs were distributed in the epidermis of H.impressinervia, H.incana and H.sericophylla. The micromorphological characteristics of the leaf surface showed good interspecific differences.

    The effects of different concentrations of acetochlor on the regulation of cytosolic calcium oscillation induced by G protein-coupled receptors in rat hepatocytes was investigated. The results showed that acetochlor and PE could inhibit PE receptors which the effect of acetochlor on it were dose-dependent, and acetochlor alone had no effect on PE receptors.

    To further understand the genetic effects of the FGF23 gene in Changshun green shell,100 random long-green hens fed with 10 weeks old were randomly selected from the same time, healthy and disease-free, under the same management conditions. Blood was collected from the wing veins, DNA was extracted, and PCR was performed using a mixed gene pool. Direct sequencing method was used to study the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) screening of FGF23 gene. Results showed that three SNP mutation sites were screened in the promoter region of FGF23 gene in Changshun green shell(g.73424388,T>C;g.73424577,T<C;g.73424660,G>C) Among them, g.73424388 and g.73424660 two mutation sites are moderate polypeptides, and g.73424577 is a low polypeptide. It showed that the genetic diversity of Changshun green shell hens is abundant in natural populations.

    Using HLPC, Agilent Eclipse-C18 column, detection wavelength 330 nm, mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid gradient elution, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. 10 batches of Yinju mixture samples were studied by similarity evaluation of chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine. Results showed that thirteen common peaks were calibrated and three common peaks were qualitatively identified. The similarity of fingerprints was above 0.9, which met the requirements of fingerprint technology. The synergistic effect of multi-components affected the quality of preparations.

    Through the analysis of 108 samples in the processing, storage, transportation and sales of the main white striped chicken production enterprises in Shaanxi province, the distribution of Salmonella in the white striped chicken products in Shaanxi province was explored. Results showed that Salmonella was not isolated in the samples from processing, storage and transportation stages, but isolated in 18.75% samples from the sales stage. It indicated that the sales stage could be contaminated with Salmonella by cross contamination to a certain extent.

    The amount of crop water requirement is the key to determine irrigation efficiency and quality in agricultural irrigation. Therefore, studying crop evapotranspiration is of great significance for water-saving irrigation. In this paper, the Penman-Monteith equation is used as the main research object. The meteorological data from March 10, 2018 to April 10, 2018 and the monthly average data from 2018 are used to compare the PM modified equation with the tea tree-based transpiration evaporation model. The analysis proves that the ET0 calculated based on the transpiration evaporation model of tea tree is more accurate and agrees well with the measured value, which can theoretically serve as the basis for tea garden irrigation.

    Three-dimensional reconstruction of crop wheat was carried out by using image sequence-based 3D reconstruction technique. Three-dimensional point clouds under different treatments were compared, and appropriate treatment methods were used to reconstruct three-dimensional reconstruction of different plants of the same variety. Finally, the three-dimensional model of crops was obtained. Phenotypic measurement.     The computer vision technology was used to identify the lateral and overhead images of the target crop wheat, and the corresponding leaf area was calculated. The multi-variable factors were used to measure and analyze it. Finally, the real area of the leaf was compared and analyzed to establish a relationship model. The results showed that there was a regression relationship between the lateral beat, the overshoot area and the true leaf area of the wheat plants, the correlation was high, and the R2 value reached 0.91. After verification, the measurement results are more accurate, indicating that this regression model is feasible.

    It is necessary to know the dynamic of human construction expansion to assess the ecological environment and social impact. Based on the multi-source remote sensing data such as DMSP/OlS, Landsat, and other remote sensing data, the threshold segmentation method is used to extract the range of human construction activities in Panxi mining area from 2000 to 2013, and study its dynamic characteristics with fractal theory, finally, the regression analysis method is used to study the influencing factors. The results show that the light remote sensing data can extract the range of human construction activity well, its fractal dimension shows the change trend of increasing first and then stabilizing The Pixel brightness of the light data is correlated with the population quantity, mining area and economy, etc. The research results will provide a scientific basis for the optimization of land use patterns and the formulation of policies such as population and economy.

    The orderly use of land is the basis for sustainable urban development. The rational use of land resources is related to the development of social economy and natural environment. Taking Hubei province as an example, 17 indicators were selected from five dimensionseconomic development level, regional development advantage, natural basement, ecological service and special habitat to construct a comprehensive land use evaluation system. The entropy weight method was used to determine the weight, and ArcGIS was used as the technical support platform to analyze the land use level of each city in Hubei province from 2011 to 2016. The results show that the comprehensive level of land use in space has increased significantly in the west and south, and Huanggang city in the eastern part has a downward trend, while there is no obvious change in the central region; the comprehensive level of land use is slowly increasing, and the level of land socio-economic utilization is developing rapidly. The land use level has not changed significantly; from 2011 to 2016, land use in Hubei province is generally at a low level, and the socio-economic and natural development of land use is not coordinated. In addition, in order to promote the rational use of land resources and the sustainable development of cities in Hubei Province, corresponding policy recommendations are proposed based on the research results.

    On the basis of theoretical analysis of the choice of migrant workers' return sites, the micro-data from the survey of migrant workers in Zhejiang province was used to describe the characteristics of the returning farmers' capital, and the econometric model was constructed to estimate the impact of the increase of farmers' capital on their choice of return sites. The results show that the increase of human capital during the work period of migrant workers has a significant impact on the choice of return site. Whether been trained and the number of occupational flows has a significant impact on the choice of migrant workers' return sites, the former is positively related to the choice of return sites, and the latter is negatively correlated. The cumulative out-of-work years have no significant impact on the choice of return locations. The age of migrant workers, their residential preferences and the amount of land also have a significant impact on the choice of return sites. It is proposed to increase the accumulation of human capital during the period of migrant workers working outside the country, and strengthen the construction of industry and livable environment in the county and town to attract migrant workers to return to the local area.

    In order to understand the research status and future development path of heavy metal pollution supported by domestic GIS technology, using the literature measurement method and information visualization software CiteSpace V, the basic knowledge framework, research hotspots and research frontiers were studied in the 1 128 papers in the field of heavy metal pollution supported by GIS technology in the CNKI database from 1996 to 2018, and the network knowledge map was drawn. The results show that the research hotspots and frontiers of heavy metal pollution are divided into three stages, namely, from 1996 to 2005, research hotspots and frontiers are spatial distribution of heavy metals based on geostatistics; from 2005 to 2010, research hotspots and frontiers are spatial and temporal distributions and spatial variability of heavy metals based on GIS; and since 2010, the research focus has been on heavy metals in sediments, and the frontier is the risk assessment and source analysis of heavy metals.

    From the perspective of urban externality theory and growth theory on the inner principle of urban optimal scale and the empirical study of urban scale and urban efficiency, the research progress of urban scale and urban efficiency is reviewed. Empirical studies show that population size, land area, first position degree and Gini coefficient are effective indicators to reflect the size of the city from different aspects; DEA method, energy method and ecological footprint method are often used to measure urban efficiency from economic and ecological perspectives; there is a general "U-shaped" relationship and threshold relationship between urban efficiency and city size. Finally, the shortcomings of the current research results are summarized, and the leading direction of future research is proposed, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the country to adjust the urban development strategy.

    To explore the new generation of urbanization of rural migrant workers, domesticating translation, based on vocational differentiation based on 2016 in Beijing, Shanghai, guangzhou, zhengzhou, Wuhan and Nanchang city 893 field survey data, using Ordered-Probit regression model empirical analysis. The results showed that the professional type, the employment of different have different effects on the will of the new generation urbanization of migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers' citizenization intention is negatively influenced by the physical occupations, while the technical and intellectual occupations have a significant positive influence on the citizenization intention. Self-employed people are more likely to be citizenized than other He hired people.
