    The taxonomic status, damage status, biological control and anti-bacteria mechanism of Chinese cabbage clubroot disease were reviewed. Some strains from fungi, actinomycetes and Bacillus as biological pesticide against Chinese cabbage clubroot disease were studied by the researchers in the world. It had been reported that many Streptomyces had preventive control effects on clubroot disease, which needed further research and development. The first step of the disease cycle in the cruciferous vegetable host was the germination of dormant spores of Brassica brassicae. When it entered the host tissues, the zoospores would be the main damage form, and there was also a short asexual cycle stage, so the disease cycle was complex. Inhibiting dormant spore germination could be one of the main method to control club-root disease. Taking dormant spores as a targeting point to control Chinese cabbage clubroot disease had become a hot spot of interests from experts in various countries.

    Yuma 158 is a semi-winterness new variety with broad adaptability, multiple disease resistance and super-high yield, was bred by Luohe Academy of Agricultural Sciences using the dwarf male-sterile recurrent population, and was released by the National Committee for Examination and Approval of Crop Varieties in 2014. The cultivar has outstanding advantages, especially high yield characteristics, and the yield was ranked first of the production test of south of Huanghuai in winter varieties from 2006 to 2017. The cultivar has a good quality, near strong gluten wheat standard. The breeding technology is innovative and it would be valuable for the future wheat breeding.

    To make a deep insight of maize (Zea mays L.) heat response, the empty corn rate and setting rate for 80 collected from at home and abroad maize inbred lines were measured under the field natural high temperature conditions. The result revealed that there were variations of heat stress tolerance among different inbred lines, finally 1 inbred line with extreme heat tolerance and 9 inbred lines with moderate heat stress tolerance were screened out.

    Twenty japonica varieties with good quality and high efficiency were initially screened out among 145 collected varieties (lines),and their growth period, yield and components, rice quality and comprehensive resistance were studied and analyzed in the northwest of Hubei. The results indicated that Yongyou 6763,Yongyou 4949,Yongyou 7053,Yongyou 1526,Yongyou 6760 and Nanfan 1605 had good yield potential and good comprehensive performance, which could be cultivated in the northwest of Hubei. The yields of Yangyujing No.2,Ning 5718,Nanfan 1610,Xu 32646,Yanjing 16,Yangjing 1612 and Wankenjing 372 were relatively high,and there were not obvious defects, so it was necessary to investigate the annual performance of these varieties in the northwest of Hubei. Huajing 295 and Wuyun 5020 had good yields, but their growth period was too long, so the seeding time should be appropriate. Sidao 14-211 and Xunong 33202 had high yields and good appearance, but their banded sclerotial blight was severe and lodging resistance was general, so it was not suitable for planting in areas with serious banded sclerotial blight. Shengdao 20, Huajing 8 and Yongyou 2640 had certain yield potential, and their growth period was suitable, but they had defect on lodging in the extreme weather of the maturation stage, so further test and demonstration was needed.

    Soluble protein content, photosynthetic pigment content, MDA content, ascorbic acid content, enzyme activity and peroxidase activity of hydrogen peroxide in the first leaf and the second leaf of soybean [Giycine max (Linn.) Merrill] seedlings were determined. The results showed that there was no significant difference in soluble protein content between the first and second true leaf. The content of chlorophyll a and carotenoid in the second leaf was 23.4% and 89.9% higher than those in the first leaf, respectively. The content of chlorophyll b in the first leaf was 76.9% higher than that in the second leaf. The total photosynthetic pigment content in first leaf and second leaf were close to each other. The value of chlorophyll a/b in the second leaf was about 2.18 times higher than that in the first true leaf. The MDA content in the first true leaf was 3.04 times higher than that in the second true leaf. The content of ascorbic acid in the second leaf was 1.52 times higher than that in the first true leaf. The peroxidase activity and catalase activity could not been determined in these two leaves. Besides that, ascorbic acid content was negatively correlated with the content soluble protein, MDA and chlorophyll b, and was positively correlated with the content of chlorophyll a and carotenoid.

    The test of anaerobic digestion with mixed material of lipid-extracted residue of Tribonema minus and cow dung was carried out. The results showed that the mixed anaerobic digestion system could keep the fermented liquid at a suitable pH value for the growth of the methanogens. While the ratio of lipid-extracted residue of Tribonema minus and cow dung was 4∶6, there were the highest cumulative gas production (783 mL), unit CH4 production rate (9.8 mL/(d·g VS)), higher daily gas production(86 mL/d), cumulative CH4 production (88.07 mL/g VS), and the shortest fermentation detention time (2.1 d).

    In order to coordinate the relationship between urban development and ecological protection in hilly and mountainous areas, and promote the intensive and economical use of land resources, taking Jiangjin district of Chongqing as an example, the boundary of urban land use expansion in Jiangjin district in 2030 was delineated using the method of combining the suitability evaluation of construction land and CA-Markov model. The results show that the area within the boundary of urban land expansion in Jiangjin region in 2030 is 199.57 km2, which accounts for 6.2% of the total land area of Jiangjin district. Different from the agglomeration and group expansion in plain area, the form of urban expansion in Jiangjin district is mainly zonal, the central city, the central town in the east, midland and the west are the main growth poles of the urban expansion. And the direction of the expansion is "cross", which mainly extends around the growth pole and along the Yangtze River and the main roads of traffic.

    For the cadmium polluted farmland in Jiangxi Province, fifteen varieties of oilseed rapes(Brassica napus L.) were selected and their enrichment impact on Cd was studied. The results showed that the total cadmium adsorption of Ganyouza No.6 was large and cadmium content in the grain parts met the national standard, and the other varieties of oilseed rape, such as Huawanyou No.4, Mianfengyou 18, Ganyouza No.9, Fengyou 58, had also good performance in these aspects.

    By using testing methods of “3414” fertilizer efficiency experiment,basing on the production fact of lettuce (Lactuca sativa var ramosa Hort.) production in Northwest Guizhou Agricultural Park, the mathematical model of the relationship between N,P2O5,K2O and yield was established, and the optimum fertilization per unit yield of lettuce was proposed by simulation. The result showed that N2P2K2(the amplication amount of N、P2O5、K2O was 210,90,150 kg/hm2 repectively) had the largest yield, and was extremely significant higher than N0P0K0 (no fertilizer). The effect of N,P and K on yield was N,K,P from most significant to least significant. The largest yield was 27 226.79 kg/hm2,27 499.26 kg/hm2 and 27 158.40 kg/hm2 by regression analysis of unitary quadratic regression equation, when the amounts of N,P,K applied were 174.77 kg/hm2, 92.63 kg/hm2,181.04 kg/hm2 respectively.

    In order to study the impact of the urbanization process on the ground temperature of old meteorological observation station, statistics were conducted to analyze and compare the average ground temperature and difference value over the depth of 0~320 cm in the same period and around five years in 2012 between the old and new meteorological observation stations of Bazhou city. Meanwhile, the t test was conducted with the monthly mean ground temperature. The results showed that the ground temperature(the depth spans from 0 cm to 320 cm) of the new site was lower than the older one in winter and spring, and the temperature was higher than the old site in summer and autumn. At both sites, the daily change curve of annual mean ground temperature was sinusoidal over the depth of 0~20 cm. The curve over the depth of 40~320 cm was relatively flat. For both sites, the differences of monthly mean temperature was small and the continuity was good. However, the fluctuations of the difference between the two sites were large. The difference of deeper ground temperature varied more significantly than the shallow layer temperature, it shouldn't be used until it's revised.

    In order to find out the indoor antibacterial activity of different fungicides against Angelica sinensis root rot, the indoor virulence of 10 fungicides against two main fungi of Angelica sinensis root rot was determined by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that the sensitivity of these two main fungi to different fungicides was quite different. Among them, hymexazol, carbendazim and mancozeb had strong inhibitory effects on both pathogens.

The test results show that the suitable time of pruning in the Xiangyang area should be in the middle and late May after the flowering, and the pruning in September also has a good effect.     Aim to screen cold-resistance rose resources beneficial for northern urban gardens, cold injury investigation was carried out from 224 rose cultivars,which located at sunlight greenhouse with half-open in Liaoyang city. The result indicated that all of the 22 rose cultivars were normal growth with no cold injury; 41 cultivars were slight cold injury; 74 cultivars of above-ground plants were frozen to death, 9 cultivars of the whole plants were died; the other 78 cultivars had a certain degree of cold injury. 44 individuals of 63 rose cultivars with cold-resistance showed growing well and high branching ability, thus, it can be try out to urban landscaping in the northern city.

    In order to improve the quality of flue cured tobacco leaves in bulk curing barns, by prolonging the baking time at the end of yellowing and color fixing stage, the appearance, interior and sensory quality of tobacco leaves were analyzed. The results show that, the chlorophyll and starch degradation rates of cured tobacco leaves of T1 and T2 were higher, and the appearance quality of the two treatments being 4.04 and 3.37 points higher than CK, the upper medium smoke being 23.85 and 17.69 percentage point higher than CK, and the sensory quality was better than T2. Extending the curing time at the end of yellowing stage was beneficial to improve the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco and the degradation rate of macromolecular substances, and prolonging the curing time at the end of color fixing stage was beneficial to improve the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco.

    Taking different tobacco planting areas, different cultivars and different parts of tobacco stems as raw materials, the experiment was conducted to research the chemical composition and difference of sensory quality of tobacco stem concentrate liquid, and comprehensive evaluation of different tobacco stem materials. The results show that, there were differences in chemical composition of tobacco stems from different tobacco planting areas, different cultivars and different parts, and this difference is directly expressed as the quality of different sensory evaluation of tobacco stem concentrate liquid. Among them, the sensory quality of Reconstituted tobacco made from stem concentrate liquid of Yuxi, Kunming, Dali, Honghe and Qujing K326 stems was better than that of other areas; For different parts of tobacco stem, the sensory quality of the reconstituted tobacco made from middle and upper stems was better, and the sensory quality of the reconstituted tobacco made from the concentrate of the lower stem was poor; The aroma content, clarity and smoke concentration of reconstituted tobacco made from K326 tobacco stem concentrate were better among different cultivars; the reconstituted tobacco made from the concentrated liquid of hongda tobacco stem was more delicate and better in clarity.

    The nutritional quality of silage maize with different varieties varied greatly. Zheng Silage 1 and Beinong Silage 208 were the best among the seven varieties of silage maize tested in this experiment. The optimum harvest time of silage maize was 30~35 days after heading. Silage maize planting in high temperature season(summer and autumn harvest) is not conducive to the formation and accumulation of nutrients, especially for the protein. Silage fermentation can effectively improve the nutritional quality.

    MC4R and NR6A1 genes were selected to conduct correlation analysis on carcass and growth of black individuals in the offspring of F2 hybridized populations of Yorkshire pigs and Qingping pigs respectively, in order to provide some theoretical basis for breeding Qingping pig hybrid lines in production practice. The results are as follows:the dominant gene of MC4R is G allele, the difference of different genotypes on backfat thickness is obvious, the average daily gain of AA individuals is significantly different from AG individuals (P<0.05), and the positive genotype is GG compared with GG individuals(P<0.01). The dominant gene of NR6A1 is A allele, and the effect of different genotypes on backfat thickness is obvious. The favorable genes for carcass and growth characters are A and G alleles, respectively.

    A rapid and efficient method for determination of pyraclostrobin in pumpkin, asparagus, cress and papaya was established in this study. Pumpkin, asparagus, cress and papaya samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and purified by PSA and C18. Then the target compound was analyzed with liquid chromatography mass spectrometry after its separation in AQ-C18 column. The recovery of this method was 88.4%~110.0% with the coefficient of variation from 0 to 7.7%, which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis in crops. The linear relationship was good between 0.01 mg/L and 1.00 mg/L. This method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It was suitable for daily determination of pyraclostrobin in pumpkin, asparagus, cress and papaya.

    In order to evaluate the pollution status of heavy metals, microorganisms and residues of veterinary drugs and pesticides in the exported preserved eggs in Hubei Province, Eight exported preserved eggs processing factories in Hubei Province were sampled to detect the changes of pH value in preserved eggs during the whole process of preservation, the pH value and the contents of nutrients, heavy metals, microorganisms,veterinary drugs residues,the illegal additives and environmental pesticide pollutants were detected in the preserved eggs. The results showed that the pH value of preserved eggs remained above 12 during the 76 days of preservation, and the pH value of preserved eggs was generally more than 10.3; preserved eggs were high-protein and high-fat food, rich in zinc; 6 heavy metals such as lead and copper in preserved eggs were not exceeded the standard; 7 pathogenic microorganisms such as salmonella were not detected, and 27 veterinary drug (such as enrofloxacin) and 8 kinds of illegal additives and environmental pesticide contaminants(such as melamine) in preserved eggs were not found.According to the national and industrial standards, all the monitoring results were qualified, It shows that the exported preserved eggs of Hubei have a high quality level in food safety.

    Based on the corn yield data and related meteorological data of Rizhao City,the prediction model of corn yield was constructed by stepwise regression and grey theory. Using MATLAB software to establish a multivariate linear regression equation,the equation is predicted by the significant level of 0.05, the predicted yield error of 1998-2008 is 0.5%~3.6%,and the prediction accuracy is high; using gray system theory, GM(1,N) The grey prediction model is improved. The predicted output error range from 1994 to 2006 is 1.4%~16.6%,and the predicted accuracy is about 90%. The effect is better.

    The study chooses domestic GF-1 satellite 2 m full-color/8 m multi-spectral imagery, the remote sensing image fusion method for enhancing cultivated land information is studied. The fusion methods selected by the institute include Subtractive method, Brovey transformation method, MHIS method, HCS method and Gram-Schmidt. The method was used to evaluate the quality of the fusion image from subjective and objective aspects. Based on the fusion image, the enhancement of the cultivated land information in the study area was analyzed. When it comes to information on cultivated land, the MHIS method was the best fusion image.

    In theory, agricultural crowdfunding has the functions of financial function and "integration of production and consumption", which is regarded as an important promoter of promoting the reform of China's agricultural supply side and realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.Through the data collection and mining of domestic agricultural crowdfunding platforms and their projects, it is found that the function of agricultural crowdfunding in China is deviated from the theoretical assumptions, and then the blurring and alienation of the above two functions have.However, this does not mean that there is a problem in the development of China's agricultural crowdfunding. The new functional orientation is caused by the demand of China's current agricultural management characteristics, that is, solving the back-end problem of the agricultural industrial chain.

    Improving the job engagement of township civil servants can contribute to achieve the efficient governance and rural revitalization of basic-level government's public sectors. Taking 383 township civil servants in Xinjiang as an example, the public service motivation, current situation and its relation of job engagement of township civil servants by regression analysis method are further analysed.The research results show that the township civil servants'public service motivation is in high level, the job engagement is above average. And the job engagement exists significant difference on sex, age, marital status and working years, the male married elder township civil servants with long working years show the high job engagement standard generally. The township civil servants' public service motivation and its dimensions can affect the job engagement positively.

    Genetically modified(GM) science is not a one-way top-down knowledge transfer from professionals to the public. Different people have different degrees of acceptance of genetically modified science. The GM science questionnaire surveyed in different regions and ages in Hubei Province in 2018 is analyzed to explore the differences in the effectiveness of genetically modified science in different populations. The results show that the science effectiveness of different populations is different. Age, education level, region and other factors are factors that affect people's cognition. It indicates that different popular science methods should be selected for different groups of people, and it is urgent to establish two-way communication and interaction between scientists and the public.

    Using the Renrendai online lending platform transaction data as empirical evidence, the Probit model is used to analyze the effect of academic level on the success rate of borrowing and the default rate of borrowing to analyze the impact of academic qualifications on the online lending market.The research results show that the success rate of borrowing is positively correlated with the level of education, while the default rate of borrowing is negatively correlated with the level of education. Further research shows that the online lending market has a certain degree of "educational preference", that is, investors prefer college and undergraduate degrees, while borrowers with high school and below, graduate students and above have lower success rates.

    Based on the behavior of farmers' borrowing for the empirical analysis, the impact of rural household factors on the development of rural inclusive finance were analyzed by using the national fixed observation point survey system from 1986 to 2009. The results show that the area of cultivated land, whether it's a village cadre family and the degree of education play a positive role in promoting the household borrowing activities; while the family farming and production activities, family per capita annual income, non-agricultural income, informal borrowing quota and cash holding at the end of the year has a negative impact. In this regard, we should accelerate the reform of agricultural land circulation, expand the arable land area of farmers, use the advantages of Internet technology, expand the network of rural social relations, increase financial input, improve the overall quality of farmers, reduce barriers to entry, and guide the transformation of informal financial organizations to better promote the development of rural inclusive finance.

    With the growth of income and the transformation and upgrading of consumption, consumers are paying more and more attention to food safety. Poultry consumption is more sensitive due to the characteristics of the product itself. In order to improve consumers' awareness of food safety from a demand perspective, promote healthy consumption and standardize poultry consumption market, the safety requirements and influencing factors of poultry food were studied based on a sample survey of poultry consumers in Nanjing city, Jiangsu province, principal component analysis and multiple regression models were used to analyze the impact of consumer production risk perception and personal characteristics on poultry food safety requirements. The results show that the relevant factors, gender, education level, age and family composition of consumer poultry production risk perception have a significant impact on poultry food safety requirements. It is possible to give different types of consumers a safe and secure market atmosphere through the mass media's popularization of knowledge about poultry safety production, raising consumer awareness of food safety and further improving the safety system for poultry food.

    Taking Heshuo county of Xinjiang as an example, interviews and questionnaires were used to understand the land transfer and trading platform construction from the micro level, and the situation of farmers participating in the agricultural land transfer market were analyzed. The results show that there are real problems in the agricultural land transfer market in Heshuo county, such as the imbalance of agricultural land circulation supply and demand mechanism, the failure of the agricultural land circulation price mechanism, the lack of competition mechanism in the agricultural land circulation market, and the incompatibility of the social security system. On this basis, it puts forward an effective path with sound supply and demand mechanism of agricultural land transfer as the base, establishing a reasonable market price mechanism as the core, introducing the market competition mechanism as the goal, and improving the supporting rural social security system as the guarantee to build a farmland transfer market operation mechanism in line with the underdeveloped ethnic areas in the border areas.

    In the context of the promulgation and implementation of the Charity Law, the QX village was investigated on the spot, using the literature method, the questionnaire survey method and semi-structured interview method to research in the cognition status, participation awareness, responsibility of the current resident population and consciousness and action trends of QX village. From the current situation of charity awareness in QX village, it is found that due to the small propaganda of the relevant state departments, the small amount of tax incentives limits the enthusiasm of citizens for charitable donations, etc., there are single ways of charitable donations and passive donations, citizens have a strong sense of traditional charity, lack of awareness of philanthropy and other issues. In response to these problems, we proposed ways to expand charitable donations, put an end to the behavior of leaders to encourage donations, establish a modern sense of charity, strengthen the publicity of charities in relevant departments, and establish and improve the supervision mechanism of charitable activities, with a view to providing reference for the sustainable development of charities in China.
