    The concept of land intensive utilization based on the review of domestic literature was analyzed. Then how to establish evaluation index system of the domestic scholars on land intensive utilization of the development zone were generalized,including the main ideas and methods of index weight,the ideal value determination and comprehensive evaluation,and empirical study of the evaluation researches were summarized. Finally,the existing problems of these researches was proposed that the future development trend of land conservation and intensive utilization evaluation in development zone was discussed.

    In situ chemical immobilization remediation means that adding different allogenic materials to fix heavy metal element in soil, which is an important method to reduce the mobility and bioavailability of heavy metals. Now the passivating fixators used for in situ chemical immobilization present various types and distribute widely. There are inorganic passivators, organic passivators as well as organic- inorganic complexed passivators. The characteristics, immobilization mechanisms and remediation effects of different types of passivating fixators are summarized, the problems existing in the application process of various passivators and its development trend are analyzed at the same time, aiming to provide the reference for exploring some new multifunctional passivators.

    35 late indica hybrid rice varieties (combinations) were selected to compare the character including the plant height, the elongation intermode length of aboveground, the stem substance weigh and density, the tillering process, the number of hole ears and head rate and grain size. These varieties (combinations) were divided into two groups according to lodging and lodging resistance, and the characters of these two groups were contrasted. The results showed that, compared with the lodging varieties (combinations), the varieties (combinations) with the resistance to lodging exhibited slightly shorter plant height, the shorter length of the third elongation internode, larger stem substance weigh and density, the earlier tillering, more effective ears and higher head rate, and so on. In rice production, it can avoid the crop failure because of lodging through proper cultivation measures to enrich the stem quality, promote early and quickly tillering, reduce the lodging from external cause and strengthen the foundation support.

    Comparative test of new spring potato(Solanum tuberosum L.) varieties was carried out in Dangyang city, Hubei province, in 2018, The yield, stability, adaptability, disease resistance and quality of 10 new potato varieties were identified. The results indicated that there are four varieties with yield between 37.5 and 45.0 t/hm2, including Huaen 1, 08HE147-4, 08CA9728-04 and Huayu 5; two varieties with yield between 30.0 and 37.5 t/hm2, including Huashu No. 2 and Huashu No. 3; three varieties with yield between 22.5 and 30.0 t/hm2, including F04046, Huashu 4 and Hongdao.

    In order to reveal the effects of chilling injury on rubber gross primary productivity, the influence of the southern low temperature event in 2008 was taken for example. The rubber chilling injury indexes were analyzed based on the criterion of QX/T169-2012. The rubber chilling injury indexes and the changes of rubber gross primary productivity (GPP) were analyzed to reveal the rubber to the chilling injury incident. The results showed that the rubber gross primary productivity would reduce when faced in chilling injury events. The rubber chilling injury index and the change of the GPP were related each other. But in different area ,at the equally chilling injury index, the rubber GPP decreased degree were different, the main reason was the differences of rubber chilling stress resistance. The rubber chilling injury index and the change of the rubber GPP can be used for assessing the rubber chilling injury damage in the same area.

    In order to develop an efficient microbial fertilizer solution, 11 strains from the farm-land soil of actinidia park in Zhouzhi county, Shaanxi prvince, were isolated, using phosphate volubility bacteria selective culture medium (Mongolia lecithin culture medium). A strain of phosphate volubility bacteria JYP9 was screened through purification cultivar. And classification information of this strain was identified by using 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, the results showed that the strain was a Pseudomonas extremorientalis. Then the phosphate solubilizing method and the liquid shake flask method were used in the experiment to confirm the optimum cultivation condition of JYP9 with lecithin as the only phosphorus source. The results showed that the optimal temperature was 26 ℃, optimal rotational was 200 r/min, optimal pH was 7, and optimum initial inoculation amount was 2%.

    The organic fertilizer was prepared by fermentation of Chinese traditional medicine residue, distiller’s grains and other wastes,and the experiment of earthworm breeding was conducted to explore the earthworm breeding condition. The results showed that under the organic fertilizer substrate relative humidity of 65% to 75%,breeding temperature of 15 ℃ to 27 ℃,pH value of 6.5 to 7.5, the organic fertilizer prepared by the fermentation of Chinese traditional medicine residue was beneficial to the growth of earthworms. When the culture temperature was about 25 ℃, the earthworms grew rapidly and had strong reproductive ability.

    Based on the quarterly water quality data of Qingshan National Wetland Park from 2014 to 2016, the trend of water quality change and pollution situation in Qingshan National Wetland Park were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by using the nutrition status index and grey-mode identification model. The results showed that the surface water of Qingshan National Wetland Park were the Ⅱ class water quality standards on the whole, kept in a "poor nutrition" to "nutrition" in the degree of eutrophication status, and some years could even reach the Ⅰ class water quality standard, water body’s self-healing ability was stronger. It can be seen that the water environment management measures of Qingshan National Wetland Park enable the water area of the wetland to achieve the environmental function and protection goal of the surface water area, the ecosystem is in good health, and the function of the wetland ecosystem is guaranteed.

    Plants have an important impact on the stability and treatment efficiency of constructed wetland treatment systems. The common constructed wetland plants are listed according to their growth characteristics and plant species. The research status of adaptability, landscape effects, comprehensive utilization, purification ability, root function, maintenance management, species matching and abundance of constructed wetland plants were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the selection of constructed wetland plants. The selection of constructed wetland plants should be based on water treatment needs, giving priority to wetland plants adaptability and purification capacity, but also on the comprehensive consideration of other factors such as maintenance management.

    The salinization degree of soil in Bianwan farm, Jiuquan city, Gansu province, is so seriously that makes the agricultural production impossible. Therefore, the desulfuration gypsum was adopted to improve the soil samples from the tilling layer of Bianwan farm in order to evaluate its feasibility for improvement of saline-alkali soil. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the pH value, the degree of soil alkalization, total alkalinity and sodium adsorption ratio of the desulfurization gypsum treatment groups(11 250~45 000 kg/hm2) were significantly decreased, fell by 11.38% to 12.61%, 20.07% to 48.40%, 4.81% to 8.35%,and 8.35% to 22.92%, respectively; the content of Na+,Cl-,K+ and Mg2+ decreased by 16.78% to 29.33%, 25.44% to 46.77%, 4.93% to 10.05%, and 6.61% to 17.72%, respectively, and that of Ca2+ and SO42- increased by 12.91% to 43.46%, 5.77% to 40.77%. Thus, these phenomenons indicated an obvious decrease in salinity of the tested soil samples. So, the test scheme was good for the improvement of saline soil from Bianwan farm, and the optimal amount of desulfurization gypsum was 33 750 kg/hm2.

    The main diseases and insect pests in strawberry Fragaria ananassa Duch cultivation under facilities were investigated, and the effect of nutrients on diseases and insect pests and the effective control methods of diseases and insect pests were studied. The results showed that powdery mildew, gray mildew, anthrax, aphids and two-spotted spider mite were the main diseases and insect pests, and the incidence of powdery mildew, aphids and two-spotted spider mite were higher, accounting for 21.5%, 22.6% and 28.0% of the total incidence, respectively. The incidence of pests and diseases was the lowest when the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer was 1.00∶0.28∶0.93. The effect of biological agent on diseases and insect pests was better than chemical control.

    The antibacterial activity of berberine with radix Sophorae tonkinensis,calamine,brassinolide and compound sodium nitrophenolate on Botrytis cinerea was studied by the method of mycelial growth rate and co-toxicity factor. The results showed that both of complex of berberine(0.280 mg/mL) and radix Sophorae tonkinensis (2.257 mg/mL) or berberine(0.155 5 mg/mL) and calamina(0.062 5 mg/mL) had strong inhibition against B. cinerea. However, the mixtures of berberine and brassinolide or compound sodium nitrophenolate could promote the growth of B. cinerea. Scanning electron microscope analysis revealed that the mycelia of B. cinerea manifested abnormity including distortion and collapse. The results of field control experiments showed that the control effect of 10% berberine was 71.7%. Furthermore, berberine combined with radix Sophorae tonkinensis, calamina, brassinolide and compound sodium nitrophenolate could increase the control effect of berberine against Botrytis cinereal. So it could be hypothesized that complex drugs could inhibited the gray mold cell membrane and played an antibacterial effect.

    To explore the land-covered plant resources in the southern Hebei area,a comprehensive survey of the land-covered plant resources in the Taihang Mountain,Motian Mountain,Lianggou,Qingyazhai and Chaoyanggou areas in the Wu’an National Forest Park was carried out. At the same time,a comprehensive evaluation system for rural land cover plants was established. Analytical hierarchy process(AHP) was used to evaluate 84 kinds of native land cover resources from the aspects of ecological value,ornamental value and growth distribution,and yaahp10.5 software was used to calculate the weight of comprehensive evaluation indicators. The results showed that the development and utilization value of 12 kinds of rural land plants such as Viola philippica,Rehmannia glutinosa and Chrysanthemum chanetii were high;the 42 kinds of rural land such as Scutellaria baicalensis,Astragalus dahuricus and Agrimonia pilosa were worthy of resource development and utilization;There are 16 kinds of development and utilization values,such as Pulsatilla chinensis,Lysimachia barystachys,and Corydalis caudata;the other 12 species,such as Menispermum dauricum and Spiranthes sinensis,are not suitable for development and utilization at present.

    In order to broaden the use of the tobacco leaf raw material, and to increase the use value of cigarette raw material, based on the threshing and redrying line leaf base and leaf body section cutting alone after the processing of tobacco, and compared with the whole leaf, the processing quality index, chemical composition and sensory quality of processed tobacco were analyzed. The results showed that, leaf cutting processing element can effectively reduce the rate of stem and yield and rate of leaf containing. There are some differences in the chemical composition of leaf base and leaf blade and leaf, leaf cutting processing identity tobacco nicotine content is slightly lower than the whole leaf. The leaf quality after leaf processing is better than that of whole leaves and leaf base.

    In order to know the optimum ratio of organic to inorganic fertilizers, the experiment was conducted to study the effects of different ratio of organic to inorganic fertilizers on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) Yunyan 97 including agricultural characters,internal chemical compositions,sensory evaluation and economic benefit. The result showed that,compared with the control,after applying different ratio organic fertilizers,the content of total sugar and reductive sugar were increased,the content of total nitrogen and nicotine were reduced in some degree,the equal distributions of chemical compositions,the quality and quantity of aroma were improved, and the pungent odor was decreased in the treatments. When the ratio of organic to inorganic fertilizer was 25% to 75% applied,compared with the control,5 percentage point of the first class tobacco leaf was increased and 483.40 Yuan per 667 m2 was increased. Based on the comprehensive input and output efficiency of fertilizers,the 25% to 75% ratio of organic to inorganic fertilizer was recommended for Yunyan 97 planted in the rice field in Xingyi area.

    In order to study the waterlogging characteristics of green pepper plants, the paper analyzed the initial flood tolerance characteristics of green pepper plants. It was found that the yield, plant height and chlorophyll content of green pepper plants were significantly lower than that of the control after the flooding treatment, which having no significant effect on plant water saving growth rate. Fitting the experimental data,a mathematical model between the relative yield of green pepper and the comprehensive drainage index of waterlogging was obtained. According to the model, when the scale of the drainage control index is selected, if the yield of green pepper is to be more than 70% of the relative yield, the drainage control index should be kept at 75.0 cm·d at the beginning of the harvest.

    Based on the comprehensive analysis on the anti-freezing test effect during Luochuan apple flowering period, a cost-effective anti-frosting measure under the influence of radiation cooling weather in the Loess Plateau was proposed. The conclusions show that spraying antifreeze and smoke anti-frost make the fruit setting rate doubled, the effect is very obvious, and the cost is low, which is a measure worthy of comprehensive promotion. The air is disturbed and frostproof. Before installing the fan, the local air temperature should be observed to ensure the meteorological conditions are appropriate. Water spray and frost protection and hot air blower anti-frost need electric power guarantee and sufficient water reserve, which is not suitable for large-scale promotion in the Loess Plateau region, and can be suitably applied in small plots with high economic value.

    Taking the red kiwifruit(Actinidia chinensis Planch) in Cangxi county as the material,the hardness,soluble solids content,pH,titratable acid content,vitamin C content of kiwifruits during storage were analyzed by independent t-test and one-way ANOVA through SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software. The results showed that the hardness of kiwifruit samples decreased,the content of soluble solids increased, and the titrable acid content decreased with the increase of storage time. The content of vitamin C also decreased gradually, and decreased rapidly in the early stage of storage, and gradually slowed down in the later stage. Storage temperature has a great influence on the hardness of kiwifruit samples. Kiwifruit ripened and softened more slowly at low temperature than at room temperature.

    From February to August in 2017, the breeding ecology of the common moorhen(Gallinula chloropus) was studied in Chenqiao village in Xinxiang Yellow River Wetland reserve and compared with other five areas. The results showed that the breeding season of common moorhen is from early March to the end of May,and the newly hatched birds can be seen at April 1. The nests were built in lotus pond with sparse reeds,nesting with withered reeds. The average outside diameter of the nests was (26.80±1.21) cm,inside diameter was (15.28±1.21) cm,the deep was (6.48±1.02) cm,and height was (14.50±2.79) cm. There were (8.5±2.1) eggs in each nest on average. The average long diameter of the eggs was (4.18±0.17) cm,short diameter was (3.06±0.16) cm,the weight of eggs was (19.71±0.21) g. The hatching period of common moorhen was 16 to 18 days, and the hatching rate was 95.2%. The reproduction period of common moorhen in Chenqiao village in Xinxiang was the earliest compared with other five areas. The common moorhen turns out to be a resident bird in the reserve,may be due to climate change and food enrichment.

    The protective effect and mechanism of Qingre Shengjigao on deep second degree scald wound in rats were studied. 100 SD rats were randomly divided into model group, burn cream group, high dose group of Qingre Shengjigao, and low dose group of Qingre Shengjigao. In the model group and the treatment group, the model of deep scald in the femoral part of the scald rat was made by the scald instrument, and the model of deep second degree scald was made by 8 s. Immediately giving medicine after injury, 1 times a day for 21 days, and taking samples at different times, the wound healing rate, water content, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)content, hydroxyproline(Hyp)content, interleukin-1(IL-1) content, tumor necrosis factor beta(TNF-β)content were determined. The results showed that, Qingre Shengjigao has a good protective effect on deep two degree burn in rats, and its mechanism is related to the increase of VEGF and Hyp levels and the decrease of serum IL-1 and TNF- β levels.

    A method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 12 pesticides residues in fermentation broth of Morinda citrifolia using QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The residue of 12 pesticides were extracted from samples by acetonitrile,then the extracting solution was cleaned up with PSA. Finally,the pesticides was analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry under MRM mode via electrospray ionization.All pesticides were quantified by external standard method. The matrix calibration curves of the pesticides were linear in the range of 0.005~0.960 mg/L. The average recoveries of target compounds at three spiked concentration levels of 0.012,0.08,0.40 mg/kg were in the range of 84.2%~113.0%, RSD were less than 15%, the limit of quantification of most pesticides were 0.012 mg/kg. The results demonstrated the method is simple, fast aaccurated and can be used for analysis of the multiclass of pesticide residues in fermentation broth of morinda citrifolia.

    In order to establish an accurate method for the determination of n-hexane solvent residues in soybean meal, the principle of gas-solid equilibrium by using headspace gas chromatography, the headspace condition was optimized in the process. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/kg and the quantitative limit was 5 mg/kg,which was lower than the limit of GB 5009.262-2016. The linear relationship was good in the range of 10~500 mg/kg,R2 was 0.999 1;The precision of this method was good, the RSD was less than 2%; The accuracy was higher, the recovery rate was between 88.3%-102.3%,and the RSD was less than 2%. This method can meet the needs of different concentration samples and can provide reliable basis for the determination of solvent residues in soybean meal.

    To developed a rapid method for the determination of residues of prochloraz and its metabolite 2,4,6-trichlorophenol in vegetables by QuEChERS and gas chromatography(GC). The samples were extracted with acetonitrile-acetic acid, purified by PSA,and determined by GC. The results showed that prochloraz and its metabolite 2,4,6-trichlorophenol had a good linearity in the range of 0.005~1.000 μg/mL and 0.002~1.000 μg/mL, the correlation were 0.998 6 and 0.999 3 under the optimal conditions. The limit of detection for prochloraz and its metabolite 2,4,6-trichlorophenol were 0.001 0 mg/kg and 0.000 6 mg/kg, respectively. Their average recoveries at spiked levels of 0.01, 0.10 and 0.50 μg/mL were 92.1%~107.9% and 91.4%~105.7% with relative standard deviations of 2.4%~10.4% and 2.6%~11.3%, respectively. This method was simple, efficient, quick, convenient, safe, clean, low-cost, and can be suitable for the analysis of prochloraz and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol residues in fruit vegetables.

    By replacing the coal with biomass, it provides a heat source for the tobacco barn, and explores the technical transformation plan for the bulk curing barn of the tobacco. According to the structure of the heating equipment in the tobacco bulk curing barn, the built-in and external type, two types of transformation schemes are mainly analyzed. Biomass replaces coal combustion, which is feasible and can achieve the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction and green curing.

    In this paper, temperature forecast discipline under different weather conditions studied with general daily meteorological observation data of Wuqing National General Weather Station and 28 regional automatic weather stations from 2013 to 2015, the forecasting data of minimum and maximum temperature for Wuqing Station by Tianjin Meteorological Observatory and ECMWF (European Centre for Medium-Range Weather) during 2014-2016,and then to derive forecast models of temperature for towns and streets. Using the results obtained,“Wuqing District Temperature Refinement Forecast Service System” was developed and operationalized. This system implements functions such as inquiry and display of monitoring and forecasting data, refinement forecasting and production of service products, management and downloading of historical data, forecast verification, and management of user system, which provide technical support for the refinement forecast service business in Wuqing District.

    The direct reason caused by urban village land rental housing construction behavior is to ease the housing supply and demand, the implementation of the "purchase simultaneously" housing system, the economical and intensive utilization of land and the urgent need to interact and balance. The root cause is the conflict between urban land scarcity and local economic development needs. Through the evolutionary game analysis, it is found that the choice of the mode of urban renewal in local governments depends on the additional cost and the legitimacy risk of the modification. The rationality and satisfaction of the villagers depend on the legitimacy and investment return of the village reconstruction program. The result of bilateral strategic trade off often shows that the local government converges to the strategy of building rental housing, and the villagers tend to adopt a refusal strategy to protect their interests in order to prevent changes in local government strategies. Through the adjustment of the initial state of local governments and villagers, they can converge and evolve towards equilibrium and achieve a win-win situation. Therefore, based on the basic idea of improving the return on investment of residents and regulating the construction of rental housing in the villages, the improvement of the laws and procedures related to the construction of rental housing are proposed, the negotiation and participation mechanism in the whole process are structured, the supervision mechanism of internal and external interaction are established.

    Using the output value data of forestry in the five northwestern provinces (regions), the structural and component components of forestry industry in 2006-2014 were calculated by dynamic deviation-share analysis (DSSM), and the dynamic changes between industrial structure and competitiveness was analyzed. The results show that the forestry industry in the region is on the rise as a whole, and its output value has increased from 3.46 billion yuan in 2006 to 21.565 billion yuan in 2014, with an average annual growth rate of 25.70%. In terms of industrial structure, The proportion of the three forestry industries in the region is adjusted from 91.87∶4.54∶3.60 in 2006 to 83.15∶9.69∶7.16 in 2014. The forestry structure is mainly based on traditional forestry planting, and the proportion of forestry second and third industries is too low. According to the analysis of the difference in the development of forestry industry among provinces (regions), the development level of forestry in Shaanxi and Xinjiang provinces is relatively high. From the overall level of regional forestry development, there are more forestry sub-sectors in the region developing rapidly. From a dynamic perspective,the rapid development speed makes up for the defects in forestry infrastructure, and the industrial structure is generally evolving in the direction of gradual optimization. On this basis, corresponding suggestions for the development of forestry industry in the five northwestern provinces (regions) were put forward.

    Based on the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the decision-making method based on fuzzy-consistent matrix method was used to establish the performance evaluation system of Jiangsu river chief system to understand the implementation effect and existing problems of Jiangsu river chief system. The results show that the river chief system has played an active role in the governance of rivers and lakes in Jiangsu Province, but there are still volatility and inadequacies in the current development of the river system. In this regard, suggestions were made for formulating special regulations, improving the evaluation system, and increasing publicity.

    Poverty reduction and poverty alleviation are common problems faced by all countries in the world. How to use a sound performance evaluation mechanism to accurately evaluate the current policy effects to improve the scientific and credibility of the results is a hot topic of current third-party assessment agencies. This study uses the dual effect factor evaluation model of agricultural policy effectiveness from the perspective of supply and demand, analyzes the residents' ability to pay for dilapidated buildings and their willingness to consume, and analyzes the functional coordination of agricultural policies according to the matching degree of these two indexes. An empirical analysis was carried out on the effects of the dilapidated housing reform policy in Guangdong Province, with a view to optimize and improve the current policy implementation effects based on the regional characteristics of Guangdong Province.

    In order to study the relationship between corporate tax avoidance activities and investment efficiency, the Richardson model was used to measure investment efficiency; and a linear model between investment efficiency, underinvestment and over-investment and tax avoidance activities was further constructed. The results showed that ①the tax avoidance degree of the enterprises is negatively correlated with the investment efficiency. The higher the tax avoidance degree of enterprises, the lower the investment efficiency. ②Corporate tax activities are positively related with excessive investment relations. And there is no obvious evidence that the corporate tax avoidance activities have a significant relationship with insufficient investment. That is, corporate tax avoidance is prone to over-investment. Therefore, it is recommended that enterprises should reasonably understand the economic consequences of tax avoidance behaviors and strengthen the evaluation and analysis of management investment behaviors, so that management can reduce self-interested behaviors that damage corporate value and improve investment efficiency.
