    Through the analysis of some of the health problems which are easy to appear in the pig breeding mode at present in China, the special health-care function of the forage natural plant in the pig breeding is expounded. The problems that should be paid attention to and the solutions to using forage natural plant as pig health care agent are introduced.     Gangzaoxian 11 is a new type of conventional early rice variety bred by the Huanggang Academy of Agricultural Sciences by crossing and backcrossing E-zao 18 with high quality blast resistant parent GD-1, and combining molecular marker assisted selection technology with traditional breeding methods. The variety has the characteristics of resistance to rice blast, suitable for direct seeding, good leaf type and superior quality. It was approved by the Hubei Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2019.

    Taking 23 rice(Oryza sativa L.) varieties as materials, the rice cultivars comparative test was carried out, and the four aspects of growth period, yield, quality and resistance of those varieties were compared. The results show that six cultivars, including Hualiangyou 2882, Hanyou 73, Hualiangyou 2834, Tianliangyou 616, Hualiangyou 2881, Xinliangyou 223,Huangkexiang No.1 and Huangkexiang No.2 are suitable for ratoon rice.

    In order to explore the suitable sowing time and planting density of high quality rice Xinyuanzhan in the south of Henan province, three sowing dates (April 5, April 28 and May 20) and three planting densities(33 cm×12 cm,33 cm×14 cm and 33 cm×16 cm) were set. The effects of different sowing dates and planting densities on yield composition and rice quality were studied. The results showed that when sowing date was delayed, the whole growth period of rice was shortened, the duration from sowing to jointing decreased, while the duration from jointing to heading and heading to maturity did not changed much,and effective panicles decreased, grain number per panicle increased, seed setting rate decreased, 1 000-grain weight changed little, and yield decreased gradually, quality of rice appearance and processing were improved. With the decrease of planting density, the effective panicle and seed setting rate decreased, the number of grains per panicle increased, the number of spikelets decreased, the yield decreased with the decrease of density, but the appearance quality and processing quality of rice improved. According to the two factors of yield and rice quality density, when Xinyuanzhan is planting as a kind of medium rice in the south of Henan province, it should be sown on April 28 with a planting density of 33 cm×12 cm.

    Under the condition of extreme high temperature set by artificial climate chamber, the heat tolerance of 18 rice germplasms from different countries and regions between heading-flowering stage and grain filling stage was identified. Combining with the main agronomic characteristics of 18 rice germplasms under natural conditions in the field, the heat tolerance screening and preliminary evaluation of the tested rice germplasms were carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in heat tolerance among germplasms. Three extremely heat tolerant rice germplasms, zy11, zy18 and zy67 were screened out with good agronomic traits.

    Combined with high quality rice (Oryza sativa L.) in Hubei province,the breeding strategy of high quality and long grain shaped Indica rice was put forward from the aspects of parent selection, selection of progeny materials, combination of conventional breeding methods and modern biotechnology. 83 new germplasms were created with this breeding strategy, 9 materials were grade 2 and 37 materials were grade 3. Further studies on disease restriction, hot tolerance and eating quality need to be strengthened.

    A japonica rice cultivar of C-liangyouhuazhan was directly sown in the field. The former crop was wheat and the straw all was returned field. The treatments of dry-direct-seeding, water-direct-seeding, intermittent irrigation, flood irrigation were conducted. The indexes of rice yield, leaf SPAD value, CH4 and N2O were measured. The law of water management on the formation of direct seeding yield and greenhouse gas emission in direct-seeding rice following wheat was studied. The results showed that the yield of water-direct-seeding was higher than dry-direct-seeding and the yield, SPAD value, plant high, root activity of intermittent irrigation were higher than flood irrigation. Intermittent irrigation treatment has great influence on N2O emission, while flooded irrigation treatment has great influence on CH4 emission. The water use efficiency(WUE) can be improved through dry-direct-seeding and intermittent irrigation.

    The pod shatter of Brassica napus L. seriously affected the yield and mechanical adaptability of rapeseed. 122 hybrids and self-lines of Brassica napus L. were assessed for pod shatter resistance using improved random impact test method.The results showed that the lines which pod shatter resistant index (SRI) was more than 0.60 accounted for 4.1%. By analyzing the correlation between the SRI and the length, width and beak of the pod, it is found that the SRI is significantly positively correlated with the length and thickness of the pod, and the correlation coefficient is high. Combined with the quality analysis traits of the seed, three new varieties of rapeseeds with good quality traits and higher SRI were screened for Zaoshu shengguang 168, E-7039 and E-7089.

    In order to find out the influence of various agronomic traits on the yield of rape(Brassica napus L.) in Hubei province, the statistical analysis of yield and agronomic traits of tested varieties in the rape regional trials in Hubei province from 2016 to 2017. The results show that the rape varieties (lines) in Hubei province are limited by plant height but still have a large selection space for the selection of ideal plant types. Principal component analysis was used to classify the traits of rape, and the number of horns per leaf was determined as the main factor affecting yield. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to construct a prediction model of rape yield in Hubei province, a linear relationship between the three components of production and production was determined. Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that agronomic traits except plant height and growth period have a direct positive impact on rape yield. The branch site promotes the number of effective pods, and the number of branches promotes the number of effective pods and the number of pods per pod, but inhibits thousand-grain weight. There is a significant mutual inhibition between the three factors of yield composition, but the largest contribution to yield is the number of grains per horn.

    In order to facilitate the selection of soybean[Glycine max (L.) Merr.] varieties (lines) that are highly adaptable and high-yield in the Jianghan plain from the new soybean varieties (lines) in Huanghuaihai region, the newly 13 newly-bred introduced in Huanghuaihai region soybean varieties (lines) as research materials, grey correlation analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship of agronomic traits related to soybean yield and interrelationship between agronomic traits. The results showed that the weight of seeds per plant and the number of effective branches were extremely significantly positively correlated with soybean yield, and the correlation coefficient between the seed number per plant and soybean yield reached a significant level. The grey correlation degree analysis showed that the order of the correlative degree of main agronomic traits to yield was the weight of seeds per plant(0.805)>number of effective branches(0.763)>growth period(0.746)>seeds number per plant(0.745)>flowering period(0.727)>100-seed weight(0.715)>node number on main stem(0.702)>plant height(0.698)>effective pod number per plant(0.691). The results of correlation analysis and grey correlation analysis indicated that the agronomic traits with the greatest impact on soybean yield were the weight of seeds per plant and number of effective branches, and the selection and evaluation of newly introduced varieties focus on weight of seeds per plant and number of effective branches were easier to obtain high-yielding varieties (lines). At the same time, the relationship between the main agronomic traits and the influence of main agronomic traits on soybean yield was also provided, which also provided reference for the selection, identification and promotion of new varieties in the central and western regions of the Yangtze river.

    According to the mission of the 3rd national crop germplasm resources census and collection activity, the crop germplasm resource systematically investigational team of Hubei province did a census to Yicheng city. The changes of planting area and cultivated variety of the main grain crops, the economic crops, the vegetable and the fruit trees in Yicheng city of 1956,1981 and 2014 were analyzed. It turned out that Yicheng city had the advantage of landraces resources, they should be reserved and exploited,and the suggestion to increase the saving and utilization of the local resources was put forward.

    The evaluation of the dry-direct-seeding technique application, main points and key problems of the dry-direct-seeding technique were described. The results showed that the yield of dry-direct-seeding was lower than water-direct-seeding, but the water-saving effect of the former was significant; The performance of Hanyou73 was good in yield and growth stage, and it was suitable for dry-direct-planted variety. The dry-direct-seeding had many higher demands, for example variety and field management, and there were the key points of dry-direct-seeding successful. But the technical may had much variance in difference ecological region, so it must be modified according to local conditions.

    The water bearing condition of natural mineral wate was studied in Zhanghua valley, Caojiazhang village, Hedi town, Yangquan city suburb,Shanxi province. The characteristics and water flow of S02 spring water in high flow period, dry period and normal-water period were studied. The surrounding rocks were sampled and analyzed by rock spectrum. According to the features of natural mineral water, it is considered that the type of the natural drinking mineral water contained the V and Sr. The genesis of drinking natural mineral water from Zhanghua valley in Caojiazhang village was closely related to the geological structure, petrogeochemistry and hydrogeochemistry of the area.

    Low-load cultivated paddy field wetland was constructed by using paddy fields in the south, and the removal laws of COD, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and other pollutants under different hydraulic loads (HLR) in rice growth cycle were investigated. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the drainage quality of paddy field. The results showed that the purification effect of the plant increased 4%~13%; When the hydraulic load was 0.065 m3/(m2·d), the removal rate of COD, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was 47.3%、84.0%、80.0%、68.5%, respectively. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the drainage quality of paddy field is better than that of the Pollution discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant in the GB18918-2002 of general rural sewage facilities.

    Daily average and instantaneous maximum wind data from the national basic station and 8 coastal dense automatic stations in Jinzhou from September 2014 to August 2015 were used to analyze the differential characteristics of wind in Jinzhou station and coastal area. It was shown that in coastal area, the frequency of wind stronger than or equal to level 6 was significantly more than Jinzhou station, occurring more than a half, while the instantaneous maximum wind was similar to Jinzhou station. In addition, the differential daily maximum wind speed between Jinzhou station and coastal area was larger, which was 2.2 m/s on average, while the daily maximum wind speed difference was smaller at 1.1 m/s, and the difference between them increases with the increase of wind speed grade. When there were southwest and northeast wind in Jinzhou, the average difference between the average maximum wind speed and the instantaneous maximum wind speed was about 4 m/s and 2 m/s, respectively, while in case of the southeast wind and the northwest wind, the differences were smaller, both less than 2 m/s.

    For the study of different concentrations of heavy metals Pb, Cd in different parts of leaf vegetables(root, stem and leaf) of enrichment, and the influence on the growth condition of leafy vegetables, the soil culture pot experiment was conducted. The results showed that when adding different concentrations of heavy metals in soil, the three kinds of enrichment of Pb, Cd in the different parts of leafy vegetables were characterized by increased with the increase of concentration added in soil increased. When heavy metals of the same concentration were added to the soil, the enrichment of Pb in the three leafy vegetables was as followsSpinach>moss vegetables>rape, leaf>root>stem; The enrichment of Cd in three leafy vegetables was as followsSpinach>rape>moss vegetables, root>stem>leaves.     In order to investigate the effect of water regulation on nitrogen utilization in greenhouse Chinese cabbage, 15N stable isotope tracer technique was used and different nitrogen application rates (115 kg/hm2 and 230 kg/hm2) and different lower water control limits (60%, 70% and 80% of field water holding capacity,respectively) were designed. Biomass accumulation, nitrogen accumulation in different organs of Chinese cabbage under different water and nitrogen treatments were observed. The relationship between nitrogen utilization and its influencing factors was analyzed. The results showed that there was a synergistic effect between water regulation and nitrogen application, especially in root biomass. At the same time, under 230 kg/hm2 nitrogen application rate, the synergistic effect of water and nitrogen on leaf biomass accumulation was significant. Under 115 kg/hm2 nitrogen application, nitrogen use efficiency of Chinese cabbage was significantly higher than the same water control condition with 230 kg/hm2 N application rate treatment; 115 kg/hm2 and 230 kg/hm2 N application rate with 70% water control lower limit were the highest in nitrogen use efficiency, which reached 60.1% and 49.9%, respectively; Nitrogen use efficiency was negatively correlated with 15N input amount(r=-0.988), and was positively correlated with root biomass(r=0.948). In practice, the lower limit of 70% is recommended as the water control index for high-efficient use of nitrogen fertilizer(urea) by Chinese cabbage.

    CO2,CH4 and N2O fluxes were measured using the technique of closed opaque chamber and gas chromatography system. The experiment was carried out during 2007—2008 growing seasons in field of Carex schmidtii marsh and Betulaovalifolia-Carex schmidtii shrub swamp ecosystems in Xiaoxing’an Mountains. The results showed that the two wetlands both were emission sources of greenhouse gases during growing seasons, except for the weak sink of N2O in shrub swamps in 2008. Excepted for CH4 and N2O were negatively correlated in the early growing season of Carex schmidtii marsh, there was a positively correlation between CO2 and CH4 emission fluxes, CO2 and N2O emission fluxes, and CH4 and N2O emission fluxes. But the level was different in various wetlands or seasons.

    In order to improve the meteorological disaster prevention of winter pitaya(Hylocereus undatus ′Foo-Lon′) facility cultivation in Hubei province, the daily variation characteristics of the minimum temperature inside and outside the winter pitaya greenhouse by using the data of the small weather monitoring station in Yangxin county, Huangshi city, Hubei province. The diurnal variation characteristics of the minimum temperature inside and outside the greenhouse in winter were analyzed. Based on the single factor correlation analysis of the minimum temperature inside the greenhouse with the temperature outside the greenhouse that day and the temperature inside and outside the greenhouse that day, model factors were selected, and the prediction model of the minimum temperature inside and outside the greenhouse in winter was constructed and verified by the stepped-regression method. The results showed that, during the observation period, the minimum temperature inside the greenhouse was higher than that outside the greenhouse, and the lower the temperature outside the greenhouse was, the greater the temperature difference between inside and outside the greenhouse was. The daily variation of the minimum temperature was larger than that outside the greenhouse. The lowest value appearred around 7:00(morning) in different weather conditions, while the highest value appearred around 14:00(afternoon). The average absolute error of the measured and simulated values of the three models under different weather conditions was 0.49~1.20 ℃, and the root mean square error was 0.69~1.30 ℃, which were all below 1.30 ℃, and the fitting effect of the models was better.

    In order to determine the passivation effect of natural Spanish river carbonatite(SRC) on heavy metal cadmium (Cd) contaminated soils, field and pot experiments were used to study the distribution of available Cd, Cd forms and Cd of different rice parts by adding SRC in soils exceeding the risk screening values (CG and LQ) and risk control values (JH). The results showed that SRC significantly changed soil available Cd, pH, Cd forms and Cd content in different parts of rice in CG and LQ soils, but had little effect on JH soil. When SRC was added, soil pH of CG and LQ increased by about 0.2, significantly reduced the contents of CaCl2-Cd(0.01 mol/L CaCl2 extraction) in CG and LQ soils, and the reduction ranged from 27.3% to 38.9%. Forms analysis of Cd showed that SRC could change Cd from easily absorbed Cd by plants to hardly absorbed Cd in CG and LQ soil change. The content of acidic Cd decreased by 6%~14% and the content of iron-manganese oxidized Cd and organic bound Cd increased by 8%~9%, respectively. Under field conditions, SRC significantly inhibited Cd uptake by rice roots, straws and grains, with decreases of 53.7%, 69.8% and 54.6%, respectively. SRC can reduce the bioavailability of Cd in soils by increasing soil pH and adsorbing Cd by minerals, and inhibit the absorption of Cd by rice.

    Two rice varieties with large planting areas in this region were used to set different selenium fertilizer application concentration tests for one kind of selenium fertilizer widely used in the market in Jianghan plain area. By means of field experiment, laboratory analysis and biostatistics, the application effect was studied. The test results showed thatSelenium content in rice could be significantly increased by spraying selenium-rich fertilizer on the leaf surface for three times in the booting stage, breaking stage and grouting stage; There was no significant difference in selenium content between the two application concentrations;With the same spraying concentration, there were significant differences in selenium content between rice varieties. in addition, selenium fertilizer could increase plant height, grain number and yield of rice, but the difference was not significant. Spraying selenium fertilizer can significantly improve rice production efficiency. The best treatment with the best effect and benefit to improve the selenium content in rice was to spray the selenium enriched fertilizer on the leaf surface for three times at the booting stage, the fracture stage and the grouting stage at a concentration of 900 mL/hm2.

    Cucumis melo var. makuwa Makino used as materials, the effects of soybean cake, urea and soybean cake co-application with urea on esters aroma components and key enzymes activity were investigated. The results showed that urea treatment obviously promoted the synthesis of C6 and C9 alcohols and aldehydes in fruits and suppressed the synthesis of acetic esters and non-acetic esters. Soybean cake co-application with urea treatment significantly promoted the content and kinds of esters, especially increasing the content of ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, Ethyl-2-Methylbutyrate and ethyl isobutyrate, which are 4 kinds of characteristic esters; Nevertheless, soybean cake treatment mainly promoted the increasing of kind and content on non-specific esters. In addition, the synthesis of esters in melon fruits under different treatments was related to the changes of key enzyme activities, especially the activities of ADH and AAT enzymes.

    By simulating the rainfall method, the rainfall test of pig manure with different stacking time under natural conditions was carried out. At the same time, the loss of different nitrogen form runoff in pig manure under natural storage conditions under the conditions of straw, soil and bare cover were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the nitrogen loss of pig manure was closely related to rainfall, the concentrations of total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in pig manure runoff decreased with the increase of rainfall; Nitrogen concentration and loss intensity of the fresh pig manure runoff piled for 7 days and pig manure runoff piled for 30 days were higher, nitrogen of runoff piled for 90 days was more easily lost through runoff compared with runoff piled for 60 days. The nitrogen in pig manure was mainly lost in the form of ammonia nitrogen, the average loss intensity of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen was 78.1 g/t and 54.9 g/t, respectively; The coverage treatment can significantly reduce the loss of pig manure nitrogen, and the soil cover treatment was better than the straw cover treatment.

    Five cows in three stages of dairy cow, breeding cow and calf were selected in the experiment. The individual feces and urine production of 24 h×3 d were recorded by full-scale measurement method. The performance parameters of feces and urine were also measured.     A preliminary indoor and field comparative test of control effect of tea weevil(Myllocerinus aurolineatus Voss) adults was carried out by choosing various chemicals popularized and applied in domestic tea plantations. The results showed that the control effect of 10% acarbonitrile SC was similar to that of 5% fipronil suspension seed coating agent. The field control effect of 10% acarbonitrile SC reached 90.05% in 7 days after treatment. Organic tea plantations could choose biopesticide 1.5% pyrethrum EW to control the weevil. Its indoor and field efficacy were the highest among several biopesticide varieties tested. 0.5% veratridine SC also showed good control effect, which was no significant difference between the 1.5% pyrethrum EW and 0.5% veratridine SC in the field control effect in the 7th day after treatment, the control effect of 0.5% veratridine SC was 62.56%.

    The resistances of 19 pepper materials planted in Hainan to pepper blight were identified by means of root irrigating method. The inhibition effect of six fungicides on Phytophthora capsici was evaluated by mycelium growth inhibition method. And the effects of 6 fungicides on pot culture were compared. The results showed that there were great differences in disease resistance of the tested pepper varieties, among which 17 kinds of susceptible materials were screened out; One medium resistance species was screened out, which was Lafeng new No. 3; One high resistance species was screened out, which was Hot No. 4 green string pepper. The inhibition effect of different agents on the mycelia of Phytophthora capsici was significantly different. Among them, 50% dimorpholine wetable powder had the best inhibition effect on the mycelia, with EC50 of 0.575 0 μg/mL. The second was 68% metalaxyl·manganese zinc water dispersible granule, EC50 was 2.202 9 μg/mL.     To evaluate the control effects of fluazinam·dimethomorph 40% SC on potato late blight, The field efficacy trials of fluazinam·dimethomorph 40% SC against potato late blight was carried out with control of dimethomorph 80% WDG and fluazinam 500 g/L SC. The results showed that compared with control reagents, the efficacy of 40% fluazinam·dimethomorph SC at the dosage of effective components in 240 g/hm2 was significantly lower, while the other two dosages in 270 g/hm2 and 300 g/hm2 were equivalent or significantly higher to the control reagents.

    The corn cob and the corn cob fermentation material in Gansu were used as a cultivation main material, taking corn flour, wheat bran, sorghum shell and the like as auxiliary materials,the effects of different main materials and different matrix ratios on the yield and biological conversion rate of Pleurotus eryngii Quel. were studied. Combining with the economic benefit analysis, the best culture formula suitable for the production of Pleurotus eryngii Quel. was selected. The results show that using corncob as the main material or adding sorghum shell to corncob as the medium, we could obtain the better mushroom characteristics of Pleurotus eryngii Quel., and the formulation Ⅴ(corncob 40%, sorghum shell 48%, corn flour 10%, gypsum powder 2%, substrate moisture 65%) as the best cultivar matrix formulation, the growth rate of the hyphae is the fastest, and the growth rate of the hypha could reach 0.48 cm/d, the yield of the fruiting body is high, the biological conversion rate could reach 93.82%.

    In order to explore the light characteristics of two new varieties of colored leaves Osmanthus fragrans L. (Qiannan guifei and Ziyan princess), the light response curves of growth peak of 4 different Osmanthus fragrans L. cultivars were measured. The net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Osmanthus fragrans L. was studied by correlation analysis. The results showed that the net Pn of all osmanthus species increased rapidly with the increase of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR). It stabilized at PAR>200 μmol/(m2·s). There were significant differences in the factors affecting the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate. The light saturation point (LSP) and light compensation point (LCP) of two new varieties of sweet-scented Osmanthus fragrans L. were lower than those of the other two varieties, low light utilization efficiency is also stronger, with better shade tolerance.

    Using a field test method, seted 3 irrigation upper limits W1(70% θF),W2(80% θF),W3(90% θF) and conventional irrigation 4 levels, the lower irrigation limit was 50% of field water holding capacity, NPK fertilization amount and ratio design 4 levels, respectively F1[N(228 kg/hm2)、P2O5 (132 kg/hm2)、K2O(300 kg/hm2)],F2[N(285 kg/hm2)、P2O5(165 kg/hm2)、K2O(375 kg/hm2)],F3[N(342 kg/hm2)、P2O5(198 kg/hm2)、K2O(450 kg/hm2)] and conventional fertilization,the effects of different regulation measures of irrigation upper limit and fertilization ratio on soil enzyme, micro-activity and biological activity in tomato rhizosphere of solar greenhouse were study. The results showed that the EC value of CK treatment was lower than that of other treatments, and the treatment of F1W3 was the highest. The pH value of treatment F2W2 was the lowest, and the organic matter content of treatment F2W2 and F2W3 were higher than other treatments. The number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes varied in different growth stages, and the number of bacteria was dominant in rhizosphere microorganism composition at different growth stages, and they all reached the highest level in the mid-fruiting stage, the number was the highest under treatment of F2W2, which were 50.00×107 CFU/g(dry substrate), 107.67×106 CFU/g(dry substrate) and 30.00×105 CFU/g(dry substrate), respectively.The overall performance of soil enzymes increased first and then decreased with the increase of irrigation upper limit and fertilization amount, sucrase was the highest under treatment of F2W2 at the early and late fruiting stages, catalase was the highest under treatment of F2W2, except treatment of F3W3 at the early fruiting stage was highest, and which was a significant difference with conventional irrigation and fertilization (CK) treatments. The upper irrigation limit and fertilization combination under the condition of F2W2 treatment can increase the soil enzyme and microbial activity in the rhizosphere soil of greenhouse tomato, improve soil environment, increase fertility and increase yield.

    The effects of glyphosate at different concentrations and different time after cutting, different smearing methods on the urge corruption of Eucalyptus stumps stumps were studied.     Using transmission electron microscope, the leaf ultrastructure were investigated in Rhododendron obtusum cv. Yanzhimi, Rhododendron obtusum cv. Huahudie and Rhododendron obtusum cv. Xishi under drought stress in light incubator. The results showed that the damage of mitochondria and chloroplast increased as the drought degree increased, and chloroplast was more sensitive than mitochondria to the external environment.     For investigating the community structures of phytoplankton in different densities intensive aquaculture ponds of yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco), the Juvenile yellow catfish of 16.7 body weights and 10.8 body lengths were randomly divided into three ponds for 142 days(from May to September in 2018) with initial density of 125 000 fries/hm2(D1), 100 000 fries/hm2(D2) and 75 000 fries/hm2(D3), respectively. The results showed that the three ponds were dominated with green algae. The growing rate of both species quantity and richness decreased with the increasing stocking density. The diversity indexes(H’) and evenness indexes(J’) in eutrophication assessment presented high similarity and correspondence. The eutrophication degree of three ponds increased with the stocking density but not reached the level of heavy pollution which indicated that the stocking density had no significant effect on the stability of the phytoplankton community structure. The WGR (weight gain rate),SGR (specific growth rate), CF (condition factor) showed decreasing trends with the increasing stocking density, while the FCR(feed coefficient rate) showed increasing trend. The survival rate had no significant difference in the three ponds which were all above 90%. The SGR(specific growth rate) presented significant differences in D1,D2 and D3 group(P<0.05), and the WGR, CF and FCR in D3 showed significant difference with those of D1 and D2(P<0.05). According to comprehensive analysis on phytoplankton community structures and growth indexes, the optimal stocking density of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was D2 (100 000 fries/hm2) under the conditions of this experiment.

    In this study, three plant growth regulators, gibberellin (GA3), diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (DA-6), compound sodium nitraphenolate, was selected to investigate its regulation effects on the growth of two useful algae (Chlorella pyrenoidsa and Scedesmus obliquus). The results showed that the optimum concentration of GA3, DA-6 and compound sodium nitraphenolate on C. pyrenoidsa was 0.4 mg/L, 0.1 mg/L and 1 mg/L, respectively. The optimum concentration of GA3 and DA-6 on S. obliquus was 0.1 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L, respectively. The compound sodium nitraphenolate presented no obvious effect on the growth of S. obliquus.

    From June 2017 to April 2018, Experiment of artificial reproduction embryo development of Beaufortia liui in the Dadu river black horse fish breeding station. The results showed that it was omnivorous fish and benthic like nocturnal. The breeding season was from February to April, the mature eggs were oval, the egg diameter was about 0.8 mm, and the yellowish, slightly sticky. About 8 minutes after fertilization, the egg membrane swelled to the maximum, and the egg diameter was about 1.2 mm. At a water temperature of (17±0.5) ℃ for 60 h 55 min, the accumulated temperature of 974.56 ℃·h. Embryo development was completed in seven stages. After 6 days, the seedlings began to eat. The pectoral and ventral fins of the larvae were completely specialized after 45 d of film emergence, and their body shape was basically the same as that of adult fish.

    In the two ponds with an area of 5.3 hm2 in the Jingmen area of Hubei, three kinds of carp pond nesting culture techniques were carried out in 3~5 cm/tail, 4 500 tail/hm2, 150~200 g/tail. The results showed that the filter-eating carp was mainly mixed with herbivorous fish, omnivorous fish and ferocious carnivorous fish.     The quality of boar semen directly affects the economic benefits of pig farms. Transcriptome sequencing showed that SPATA6 gene was differentially expressed in testicular tissues of porcine sexually mature and immature, and multiple SNP sites were found in its intron region. In this study, rs331255092 and rs341061477 loci of SPATA6 gene were identified by SNaPshot method in Duroc pig and Large White pig. The results showed that rs331255092 and rs341061477 were significantly correlated with sperm abnormality rate in Duroc pig and Large White pig. In addition, rs331255092 and rs341061477 were also significantly correlated with semen volume in Large White pig. In summary, rs331255092 and rs341061477 have potential regulatory effects on semen quality in pigs.

    In order to investigate the effect of house-feeding on carcass traits and quality and nutrients of muscle, six male Jinchuan male yak and three male cattle-yak with similar medium body condition were selected randomly, and divided into two groups with or without the house-feeding, while the performance of slaughter, the quality and nutrient composition of the muscle among three groups (the yak, the cattle-yak, and grazing yak groups) were observed. The results showed that the live body weight, carcass weight, net meat weight and meat-bone ratio of the yak with house-feeding were higher than those of the grazing yak significantly (P<0.05), on the contrary, there was no significant difference between the yak and cattle-yak in the carcass weight, bone-to-bone ratio and the gain of body weight. The hydraulic performance of the yak muscle wasn’t affected by the house-feeding, which improving the tenderness of raw meat and the ratio of cooked meat and those are beneficial to the production of downstream process products. What’s more, the test results showed that the content of various nutrients and amino acids in the yak meat among the three groups were not different significantly, that is to say, the pattern of house-feeding have no significant influence on the nutrient of the yak meat.

    5 mice of each kind were dissected to understand the difference of the digestive system between Rattus norvegicus and Cricetulus triton. The results showed that there had many differences between the two kind’s mice in the length and structure of the organism in digestive system. The average esophagus length against body length ratio of Rattus norvegicus was 0.873 times to that of Cricetulus triton; the average stomach (no content) weight against body weight ratio was 0.462 times to that of Cricetulus triton. The ratio of the average small intestine length, large intestine length and cecum length to body length was 1.557, 0.383 and 0.283 times that of Cricetulus triton, respectively. The liver weight to body weight ratio was 1.190 times to that of Cricetulus triton. The differentiation of the two kinds of rats for food quality selection also showed obvious difference. Cricetulus triton was more dependent on plants while the food selection of Rattus norvegicus was extensive.

    In this experiment, 7 Apodemus peninsulae's were taken electric shock and monitored by 24 h to study the effects of stress on their behavior and memory learning ability. The results showed that the round trip times between A and B and food intake of the 7 Apodemus peninsulae without electric shock were almost the same. After being shocked, the Apodemus peninsulae showed behaviors of avoiding harm. It indicated that stress conditions like electric shock could enhance their ability to learn and memory.

    The study was about observation on circadian activity rhythm of Pteromys volans that were caught from northern Zhangguangcai mountain in autumn and fed under the cage condition in the laboratory. The results showed that the Pteromys volans had typical behavioral rhythm of nocturnal animals and was greatly influenced by natural light. With early night and late dawn, the activities outside the nest of the mice also changed. The total out-of-nest activity time was 337.33 min(5.62 h), of which 92.23% were nocturnal activities, 37.72% were out-of-nest foraging activities and 62.28% were other activities. Total activities, foraging and other activities outside the nest all peaked at 17:00—19:00 pm, 21:00—22:00 pm and 3:00—5:00 am. The frequency of foraging activity was significant positively correlated with the amount of time (r=0.600,P<0.05), and the linear regression equation was y=4.826x-4.475.

    For studying the effects of saccharomyces cerevisiae culture on milk yield and milk composition of Holstein dairy cows in late lactation, 254 healthy Holstein cows with similar lactation days were randomly divided into two groups A and B. Group A was fed with 4% saccharomyces cerevisiae culture and group B was fed with basic high concentrate diet. The results showed that the descent rate of milk yield of the experimental group A with saccharomyces cerevisiae culture was significantly lower than that of the control group B. The milk yield of the experimental group decreased by 1.55% and control group decreased by 4.89%. In addition, the increase of milk protein and milk fat content in the experimental group was 3.19%, and 4.99%, respectively, which was higher than that in the control group(0.32% and 3.67%, respectively). It suggested that adding saccharomyces cerevisiae culture to high-concentrate diet could improve feed conversion efficiency, indirectly increase milk production in late lactation stage, prolong lactation cycle, and significantly increase milk protein and milk fat content.

    In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Fengdan) leaf of Fengdan resources, the polyphenols in the leaves of peony were extracted by cellulase method, and the polyphenols were used as the index. The effects of cellulase concentration, enzymatic hydrolysis temperature, enzymatic hydrolysis time and pH value on the extraction of polyphenols in peony leaves were investigated by response surface. The results showed that the best condition for extraction of polyphenols from peony leaves by cellulase waswhen the concentration of cellulase was 150 U/mL, the pH was 5.0, the enzymatic time was 105 min, the temperature of enzymatic hydrolysis was 50 ℃. Under this condition, the theoretical prediction value of polyphenol content was 34.66 mg/g. The antioxidant activity of the best condition for extraction was examined. The DPPH· scavenging abilities of Fengdan leaf extract reached 82.15% when the extract concentration was 0.06 mg/mL; the hydroxyl scavenging abilities reached 27.10% when the concentration was 0.32 mg/mL;reducing abilities of the potassium ferricyanide absorbance was 3.41, when the concentration of the extract was 10 mg/mL.

    Using Pleurotus ostreatus fungus bran as raw material, the conditions for extracting polysaccharides were optimized through single-factor test analysis. The optimal extraction conditions were temperature 100 ℃, soaking time 0.5 h, extraction time 1.5 h, and the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶15, under which the extraction rate of polysaccharides from fungus bran was the highest; and the polysaccharide content in the P. ostreatus bran was 5.48%. The hydroxyl radical scavenging method was used to compare the antioxidant activity of the fungus bran polysaccharides. The results showed that when the polysaccharide concentration was 0.1 g/L, the effect of scavenging hydroxyl radicals was 17.77%, not much different from the antioxidant properties of vitamin C at the same concentration. The method of thermal denaturation and acetone precipitation was used to study the extraction and determination of SOD in P. ostreatus fungus bran, then the pyrogenic auto-oxidation method was used to determine the activity of SOD. It was found that the content of SOD in P. ostreatus fungus bran was 25.119 μg, and the enzyme activity was 22.28 U/mL.

    In order to study the sterilization effect and shelf life of sweet osmanthus sauce, different doses of 60Co-gamma ray (0~6.11 kGy) were used to irradiate the osmanthus sauce. The effects of different doses on the perceptual quality, microbial survival rate and shelf life of sweet osmanthus sauce were studied. The results showed that when the irradiation dose was 2.96 kGy, the microbial content in sweet osmanthus sauce reached the corporate hygienic standard. When the irradiation dose was 0.96~6.11 kGy, the color, smell, taste, viscosity and acceptability of sweet osmanthus sauce had no obvious changes compared with the control. The optimum dose of irradiation sterilization for sweet osmanthus sauce with total bacterial count not exceeding 7.1×102 CFU/g was 2.97~6.11 kGy. After treatment with this irradiation dose, the shelf life rate of sweet osmanthus sauce was 100% and the shelf life was more than 360 d. This study provides a reference for the application of irradiation sterilization of sweet osmanthus sauce.

    The yam alcohol extract was applied to the processing of pickled pepper claws; at the same time, conventional antioxidants were added to the control, with 10 kGy irradiation treatment to study protein oxidation and fat oxidation before and after treatment and during storage. The results showed that with the increase of storage time, the volatile basic nitrogen content and surface hydrophobicity gradually increased, the active thiol content and Ca2+-ATPase enzyme activity gradually decreased, and the TBA value increases first and then decreases, but its growth or decline rate is slower than that of the blank group. The addition of antioxidants and yam alcohol extracts had inhibitory effects on the pickled pepper claws protein and fat oxidation. Among them, 3 times the yam alcohol extracts had better antioxidant effects than phytic acid, vitamin C and tea polyphenols.

    A qualitative and quantitative method for gallic acid, CAF and 8 catechins in tea were established by optimizing the extraction conditions of pretreatment and separation methods of Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC). The results showed that the ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(1.7 μm,2.1 mm×50 mm) chromatographic column was used and the chromatographic conditions were as follows:The column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 0.2 mL/min, the mobile phase was 0.1% formic acid water -0.1% formic acid methanol solution, the detection wavelength was 278 nm. The 10 components in the range of 0.05~10.00 mg/L had a good linear relationship, the relative deviation of the content of each component in green tea samples RSD between 1.77%~5.89%. The method is simple, fast and accurate.

    A microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for simultaneous determination of eight heavy metal elements in aquatic vegetable was established. The linear range, limit of detection, precision and recovery of the method were investigated. These eight heavy metal elements showed a linear relationship of concentration range. The detection limit was between 0.000 3~0.002 0 mg/kg and the recovery rate ranged between 92.0%~108.0%. The relative standard relative deviation was less than 10%. The advantages of the method established in this study were simple, high sensitivity and precision, less detection limit and good accuracy. The method has great application prospects in the simultaneous determination of eight heavy metal elements in aquatic vegetable.

    In this paper, quality of the rice varieties for Hubei regional trial in 2018 was tested and analyzed. The results revealed that late rice occupied most of the fine quality rice varieties in the trials. Alkali spreading value and brown rice rate percentage were the main factors affecting the quality of glutinous rice. In non-glutinous rice, all varieties of amylose content to reach national high quality rice standards. Transparency and gel consistency were relatively good. Head rice percentage, chalkiness degree and alkali spreading value were the main factors affecting high quality rice in Hubei province.

    The high score No.1 2 m full color/8 m multispectral image was selected as the data source, based on the study of the spectral curve of the study area, calculate the different land elements in the study area. The shape index was extracted by using the object-oriented method to extract the geographic information of the agricultural greenhouse, and the accuracy of the extraction result was verified and analyzed.     In order to solve the problem of extreme imbalance of talented apartment’s occupancy and achieve the goal of talented apartment reasonable site selection.Taking Xindi community and Lehu community as examples by recycling the questionnaire to obtain the relevant data to calculate the index of housing affordability, transportation affordability and transportation-housing affordability by using the method of comprehensive affordable force. The results showed that the HAI, TAI and THAI of Xindi were 24.70%, 8.04% and 32.74%, while Lehu were 16.55%, 18.86% and 35.42%, both below the international limit, the site selection of Xindi and Lehu were reasonable. Next compared those dates, it was indicated that the site selection of Xindi was a lit better than Lehu, while Lehu community was much more suitable for site selection in the long run as the reason of more potency to decline in TAI. The TAI and AT of Lehu more than twice higher of Xindi was the radical reason leading the extreme imbalance of talented apartment’s occupancy, thus the reduce of TAI and AT played a positive role of balancing talented apartment’s occupancy.

    Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) HB201602 strain was isolated from the piglets suspected to be suffering a severe diarrhea in Hubei Province. The isolated strain can infect Vero cells and cause obvious cell pathological change, with viral titer up to 1.0×105.6 TCID50/0.1ml. Indirect immunofluorescence results indicated that HB201602 infected cells could be recognized by monoclonal antibodies against PEDV S protein, further confirming that the isolated strain was PEDV virus. Phylogenetic trees were constructed based on S1 gene, and the results indicated that most of the strains isolated after 2011 were G2 variant strains, and HB201602 belonged to G2-a subtype (variant strain) cluster. Genetic variation analysis of S1 gene shows that G1-b subtype strain has 9 specific single amino acid mutations compared with other cluster strains, and G1-a subtype classical strain has 4 specific amino acid mutations. Variation analysis of S1 gene will provide a basis for understanding the genetic variation trend of PEDV and the development of new vaccines.

    A tri-primer multiplex PCR method was established for the detection of cry1Ab/cry1Ac gene in the cry1Ab/cry1Ac transgenic rice TT51-1 and its backcross progenies of Huahui No.1. According to the foreign gene sequence inserted in TT51-1 and the rice genome sequence on the left and right sides of the insertion site, three PCR primers P1, P2 and P3 were designed. The results showed that the three primers PCR system could accurately distinguish the homozygous, heterozygous and negative genotypes of cry1Ab/cry1Ac gene. Only one 298 bp fragment was amplified in homozygote and only one 787 bp fragment was amplified in negative materials. Both 298 bp and 787 bp fragments were amplified from the heterozygote. The establishment of this system provides a simple and effective gene identification technique for molecular breeding of borer-resistant rice using TT51-1.

    In this study, the hypocotyls were used as explants to analyze the factors that affected the adventitious bud induction and plant regeneration of Vigna angularis. An attempt was made to establish an efficient and stable regeneration system of Vigna angularis. The results showed that the optimal medium for the induction of adventitious buds was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA, and the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA.     To screen for the interaction factor of PbTMT4, a pear sugar transport related gene, based on the established cDNA library of Dangshan Suli pear fruit development period, using MatchmakerTM Gold yeast two-hybrid syste m, the constructed recombinant plasmid pDHB1-PbTMT4 was used as a bait plasmid to transform yeast strain NMY51 by PEG/LiAc method. The phenotypic screening method was used to detect the self-activation and toxic effects of PbTMT4. The PbTMT4 gene interaction factor was screened using an amino acid-deficient medium. The results showed that the bait protein PbTMT4 was non-toxic and self-activating in the yeast two-hybrid system. Through yeast two-hybrid screening and sequencing and sequence alignment analysis, a total of 13 host proteins interacting with PbTMT4 protein were obtained.

    Using the PSR model, 21 indicators were selected from the three aspects of stress, status, and response to build a Chongqing sustainable land use evaluation index system, and the level of sustainable land use in Chongqing was evaluated and analyzed from 2007 to 2016; a coordination index was introduced to evaluate the coordination of sustainable land use system; the obstacle degree model is used to diagnose the main obstacle factors that restrict the sustainable use of land. The results show that the overall level of sustainable land use in Chongqing showed a rising trend from 2007 to 2016, and the comprehensive index rose from 0.393 to 0.693, which experienced a low-medium-high development process. The pressure index generally showed a rising trend, with an increase of 1.59%. After a sharp rise, the state index declined slightly, and finally rose slowly, with an increase of 3.93%. The response index showed a steady and slowly rising trend, with an increase of 1.8%. From 2007 to 2016, the coordination of Chongqing's sustainable land use system has been at a high level, and the coordination index and the comprehensive index of sustainable land use level have generally shown the trend of "simultaneous increasing and decreasing".     The scientific setting of the transfer mode of land management rights directly affects the effect of the reform of the "three rights separation" of agricultural land. From the perspective of jurisprudence, the "lease (subcontracting), shareholding or other" provisions on of the transfer of land management rights in Article 36 of the Rural Land Contracting Law are too vague, which not only lacks legal support, but also obstacles to the maximum exertion of disposal rights of land management, which is seriously contrary to the functional orientation of the land management right. In order to improve the system of land management rights circulation, the legislative spirit guidelines for strengthening the property rights of agricultural land should be upheld on a macro level, the relevant content of Article 36 of the Rural Land Contracting Law should be revised microscopically. Meanwhile, it is suggested to achieve comprehensive institutional planning through comprehensive measures such as improving the registration rules for land management rights.

    Based on the data of 396 large faming households in Hubei province, 13 variables including the characteristics of family members, family characteristics, technology supply and cost-benefit factors of grain production were selected, the multi-ordered logistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors of planting large households' willingness to grow grain. The results show that males and older grain growers have a stronger willingness to grow grain, and the years of grain production, family-owned machinery and equipment, agricultural training guidance, agricultural technology support, and food market prices are also significant for large farming households. And the degree of education, the price of production materials, and the price of alternative crops have a significant negative impact on the willingness of large farmers to grow grain.

    Based on the relevant time series data of China from 2001 to 2017, a VAR (vector autoregressive) model was constructed, and the dynamic response mechanism between environmental regulation, agricultural economic growth, technological progress and agricultural carbon emission was empirically studied by using impulse response function and variance decomposition method. The results show that environmental regulation and technological progress are the reasons for the reduction of agricultural carbon emissions. Agricultural economic growth is the cause of the increase of agricultural carbon emissions; environmental regulation has a significant negative impact on agricultural carbon emissions. The negative impact of technological progress on agricultural carbon emissions is relatively weak, while the positive impact of agricultural economic growth on agricultural carbon emissions is obvious, but it is gradually decreasing. In the long run, the effects of environmental regulation, agricultural economic growth and technological progress on agricultural carbon emissions are relatively stable. Finally, based on the above research results, relevant policy recommendations are proposed.

    An index system was constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation method and empirical data were used to calculate the realization degree of well-off society, and the Holt-Winter non-seasonal model was used for prediction. It turns out that China can achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020, but the degree of achievement of the indicators shows an uneven situation. The indicators of quality of life and economic development were over-fulfilled, and the degree of social harmony, democracy, legal system, culture and education, resources and environment were not satisfactory. There were significant short-board indicators in the secondary indicators, and there were large urban-rural differences in the degree of realization. Therefore, to build a well-off society in an all-round way, it is suggested to handle the relationship between growth and development, focus on breaking through the short-board indicators, and implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation and regional development to achieve a higher-quality, well-off society.
