    This research progress summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature on selenium absorption and metabolism by plants at home and abroad. On the basis of expounding the role of plants on the environmental selenium cycle metabolism, the research progress in the absorption, transportation, accumulation and metabolism of selenium by plants in recent years and its enlightenment to the development strategy of Se-rich planting industry are systematically analyzed. The conclusion is expected to provide theoretical guidance for the rational use of environmental selenium resource advantages, the full use of plant selenium bio-enhancement functions, and the improvement of the level of Se-rich agricultural industries.

    Panax notoginseng saponins are the main active components of Panax notoginseng, which have pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation, reducing blood lipid, anti-oxidation and anti-tumor. Based on the review of domestic and foreign literature in recent years, the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Panax notoginseng saponins were summarized,so as to provide reference for the further research and application.

    Thegrouting characteristics of two hybrid maize varieties, Xinzhongyu 801 and Jingnongke 728, were studied by split plot design. The results showed that Xinzhongyu 801 was a big ear type variety with sparse planting, and Jingnongke 728 was a dense-tolerant type variety, through the analysis of the fresh weight of singlespike. The analysis of 100-grain fresh weight and dry weight showed that the grain size of maize was related to the heredity of varieties, but not influenced by planting density. Through the analysis of grain water content, it was found that the grain water content decreased gradually during the whole filling process. Through the analysis of the grain filling rate, it was found that the grain filling rateof Xinzhongyu 801 was also affected by planting density, but the grain filling rateof Jingnongke 728 was less affected by planting density. The fresh weight, dry weight and water content of 100-grain were related to the heredity of the variety, and were not affected by the planting density.

    Different irrigation methods, types of nitrogen fertilizer, and phosphorus fertilizer levels were used to explore changes in nitrogen and phosphorus fertility of rice-wheat rotation fields in Taihu lake basin. The results showed that the total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total phosphorus, and available phosphorus content in the soil after the rice harvest decreased by 3.73~12.27, 18.58~43.34, 7.36~24.15, 1.22~9.67 and 14.03~35.92 percentage points respectively, compared with those before soaking; Compared with traditional irrigation, intermittent irrigation treatments reduced the ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen of the soil after harvest by 12.81~20.25 and 2.46~14.36 percentage points, and the total phosphorus increased by 1.65~3.99 percentage points; In traditional irrigation and intermittent irrigation, the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the soil after harvest treated with the new slow-release nitrogen fertilizer reduced by 30% was higher than that of conventional urea split fertilization and no fertilization treatments; Compared with the control treatment, the rice season with no phosphorus treatments after harvest, the total phosphorus in the soil increased by 0.38~5.62 percentage points. Therefore, intermittent irrigation, slow-release nitrogen fertilizer with 30% nitrogen reduction and rice season phosphorus-free treatment can effectively reduce soil nitrogen and phosphorus losses, thereby reducing water pollution caused by farmland nitrogen and phosphorus loss.

    Using peanut straw,wheat straw and peanut red clothing as raw materials, biotechnology fulvic acid was prepared by fermentation method, and the effect of biotechnology fulvic acid on plant growth was studied. The results showed that different sources of biotechnology fulvic acid had different effects on seed germination, and different concentrations of biotechnology fulvic acid from the same source had different effects on seed germination. Among them,the biotechnology fulvic acid 15 times solution of peanut straw source increased the germination rate by 15.00 percentage points and the root length by 7.1% compared with the blank, and seed germination and radicle growth were better.

    Taking the Yicheng apple orchard as an example to discuss spatial distribution characteristics of soil fertility for protective area of agro-product geographical indications. 300 soil samples were collected from protective area. Twelve indicators of soil fertility and integrated fertility index can be evaluated and distributed by employing SPSS 22.0 and ArcGIS, including total N, available N, available P, available K, organic matter, available S, available Cu, available Zn, available Fe, available Mn, available B, available Mo. The coefficient of variation as follows: Available S(2.08%)<available Mn(6.51%)<available Cu(9.66%)<available Zn(10.00%)<available Fe(13.89%)< available B(15.93%)<available Mo(19.16%)<organic matter(26.87%)<total N(37.58%)<available N(40.92%)<available K(48.82%)<available P(110.39%). The integrated fertility index had been divided into five levels, ranging from 0.23 to 0.72, which dominated by 3th level(from 0.35 to 0.40) and 4th level(from 0.30 to 0.35), accounting for 35.12% and 28.43%, respectively.

    The soil physiochemical properties, such as pH, organic matter and available nutrients were determined. And soil improvement of road greening in Nanning, comprehensive soil fertility was evaluated by the Nemorow grading method. The results indicated that the texture types mainly included loam and viscous loam soil. The soil pH was dominated by neutrality(pH 6.5~7.5). The average of soil bulk density was 1.14 g/cm3, CEC (cation exchange capacity) was 12.72 cmol(+)/kg. Organic matter and available nitrogen were distributed in grades 1 to 4 with an average of 31.54 g/kg and 110.24 mg/kg. Available phosphorus was above grade 2 or higher (high level) with an average of 43.4 mg/kg. All the available potassium (mean 59.21 mg/kg) were at the level of grade 4 and below medium content. Nemerow comprehensive fertility index analysis showed that the soil fertility index of newly-built green land in Nanning was between 1.19~1.78, which was in the middle and upper level. It was suggested to pay attention to the supply of natural organic matter in greenbelt soil and promote the benign cycle of urban soil ecosystem.

    22 counties in the Wenchuan earthquake disaster area were selected as the study area. Based on 6 007 collapse and landslides data and multi-source information, using GIS technology, seven factors including elevation, slope, aspect, fault, lithology, rainfall, and land use were selected as the influencing factors for the evaluation of collapse and landslide susceptibility. Then based on the logistic regression model, the susceptibility to collapse was evaluated, and a susceptibility zone map generated. The results showed that the distribution of historical collapse and landslide points fitted well with the zoning map of collapse and landslide susceptibility. Wenchuan county, Mao county, Beichuan county, Mianzhu city, Qingchuan county, and Pingwu county in this area were areas with high susceptibility to collapse and landslides. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the success rate and prediction rate of the model, and the AUC (Area under curve) of the training sample set was 0.84, and the AUC of the verification sample set was 0.79, indicating that the logistic regression model used in this paper had a high prediction accuracy.

    Taking the public space of the Weipo village, Mengjin county, Luoyang city as the research object, this paper adopts the method of PSPL investigation to investigate the distribution of population flow in the site and collects the real renewal intention of tourists and villagers. Using the method of axis analysis and horizon analysis in spatial syntax, the important nodes of spatial update are selected by Depthmap software from the scientific point of view, the micro-renewal research is made with point-band surface. It is suggested that the road guidance system should be improved on the road leading to Weizi Peony Garden in Weipo village and the folk performing Arts Square, Jiukong Kiln and Buddha Hall. On the axis with higher integration degree in the village, the protection facilities of shading from sun and rain, seats, street lamps and other related infrastructure are added to reflect the humanization of the space and improve the comfort when visiting.

    Based on 1988, 2000 and 2010 TM image data, combined with remote sensing and GIS technology the Chongqing city urban area from 1988 to 2010 of land use and cover change (LUCC) characteristics and the status of land use were revealed, and the migration of city of center of gravity was studied. 22 years of land conversionwas analyzed by using markov chain model, the development trend of Chongqing’s main urban area in the next 40 years was predicted. The results showed that from 1988 to 2010, all kinds of land areas in the main urban area of Chongqing city were changed, urban construction area increased by 593.95 km2, and forest and grassland area increased by 102.8 km2, and water area decreased by 166.85 km2, and cultivated land decreased by 427.97 km2, and unused land decreased by 101.93 km2. In the past 22 years, the government had vigorously developed urban areas, and also paid attention to soil and water conservation and afforestation. Markov predicted that Chongqing’s main urban areas will maintain this trend for a long time to come.

    Powdery mildew of rubber tree broke out in the spring of 2020. At the end of the epidemic period, the resistance of Amazonwild germplasm and Wickham cultivated germplasm to powdery mildew was investigated in the national rubber germplasm resource nursery. The results showed that a total of 4 788 germplasm were investigated, among which 18 germplasm were disease resistant, accounting for 0.38%, and all were Amazon wild germplasm. 146 medium resistant germplasm (3.05%), 145 wild germplasm and 1 Wickham germplasm. 1 180 moderately susceptible germplasm (24.64%); 2 557 susceptible germplasm, accounting for 53.40%; There were 887 highly susceptible germplasm (18.53%).

    The leaves of rice infected with rice blast disease were collectted from different rice cultivation areas. Pathogen isolation and purification culture were carried out by PDA medium, and the morphology of colony melanin and conidia were identified by preliminary screening. Mycelia DNA was extracted with kit, PCR amplification was performed using specific primers of Blast, and the amplified products were sequenced and Nucleotide Blast comparisons were performed. The results showed that the disease sample was taken six cultivation areas after the initial screening to determine 5 strains of secretion of melanin and observed its conidium, PCR product sequencing confirmed that the two sample sequence was the same, and the imperfect fungi of NCBI website door of grey pear spore (Pyricularia grisea) highly homologous, determine to obtain pure strains of rice blast.

    Aiming to confirm the control effects of 15% metazosulfuron·penoxsulam dispersible oil suspending agent(OD) against annual weeds and safety in transplant rice field, field pharmacodynamic experiments were carried out by the stem and leaf spray methods. The results showed that the recommended dosage of 15% metazosulfuron·penoxsulam OD in field were 67.50~112.50 g (a.i.)/hm2. At 30 day after spraying treatment, the weeds control effects on quantity and on fresh weight were 98.39% and 98.83%, respectively. Within the range of recommended dose,15% metazosulfuron·penoxsulam OD could effectively control weeds in transplant paddy field, and it was safety to rice.

    The effects of nitrogen application rate, transplanting density and soil chemical properties on total plant alkaloids of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco were studied in a field experiment with the flue-cured tobacco plants planted in different soil fertility areas in Enshi. The results showed that, ① compared with transplanting density, nitrogen application rate had a greater effect on total alkaloid content, but increasing planting density was helpful to decrease total alkaloid content under medium and low nitrogen application rates;② covariance analysis showed that the effect of nitrogen application rate on total alkaloids was significant, but the interaction between nitrogen application rate and transplanting density was not significant;③ the total alkaloid was negatively correlated with soil available phosphorus, and the available phosphorus entered the stepwise regression model in 2018 and 2017, and controlled the total alkaloid;④ the path analysis method of structural equation model (SEM) showed that with the increase of available phosphorus, the total alkaloid content decreased significantly, and the indirect path coefficient of available phosphorus was significant;⑤ The indirect path coefficient of available P and available K was larger, accounting for about 80% of the intermediate path coefficient,the total alkaloid could be affected indirectly by available potassium. Proper control of the amount of nitrogen fertilizer and high-density planting measures were adopted in some areas where the total alkaloids were easy to be high. Soil available phosphorus could be one of the main controlling factors ofthe total alkaloid.With the gradual enrichment of soil phosphorus, it would be beneficial to reducethe total alkaloid , but the effects of other quality factors of tobacco leaves needs further investigation.

    Nine pairs of primers with good repeatability and clear bands were screened from 63 pairs of MSAP primers, and 30 hot pepper (Capsicum spp.) germplasms introduced from abroad were amplified by MSAP. The analysis of DNA methylation pattern showed that fully methylation was major methylation type in 30 hot peppers. However,MSP(Methylation-sensitive polymorphisms) clustering and MISP(Methylation-insensitive polymorphisms) clustering were all relatively discrete, and the related principal coordinate analysis was basically consistent with the clustering analysis results. The DNA methylation study did not gather Capsicum spp. into the same group. It is shown that the epigenetic variation of hot pepper is more abundant than the genetic variation of the genome.

    In order to obtain the effective drugs for the treatment of Acrossocheilius hemispinus infected Ichthyopthirius multifillis, the therapeutic test of 8 aquaculture drugs with different density on the Acrossocheilius hemispinus artificial infected Ichthyopthirius multifillis was studied. The results showed that copper sulfate could accelerate the division and multiplication of Ichthyopthirius multifillis. Baicao antidote(natural plant carbon)had no effect on killing Ichthyopthirius multifillis vegetative body. When the formaldehyde solution was used alone, it had a certain killing effect on the vegetative body of Ichthyopthirius multifillis, but the treatment cycle was long and the survival rate of diseased fish was low. Benwenjing(dried ginger, pepper, apricot leaves) had no effect on killing the vegetative body of Ichthyopthirius multifillis, but it can improved the resistance of the diseased fish and reduced the mortality rate, so it should be used in conjunction with other insecticides. When the industrial salt(NaCl)concentration was between 3 000 and 5 000 mg/L, it could effectively remove the vegetative body of Ichthyopthirius multifillis off the diseased fish, and the cure rate of the diseased fish could reach (86.7±9.4)%. The Xiaoguajuesha(matrine, capsaicin)could accelerate the division and proliferation of Ichthyopthirius multifillis in the early stage, but it could effectively kill the larvae of Ichthyopthirius multifillis in the later stage. It was suitable to be used when the number of Ichthyopthirius multifillis was not large. When the treatment concentration of Yukangle(active calcium carbonate)was 4~6 mg/L, the insecticidal effect was obvious, and the cure rate of the diseased fish was(46.7±9.4)%~(60.0±0.0)%; When the treatment concentration of Bailingxiaoguajing(plant extracts)was 1.6~2.0 mg/L, the insecticidal effect was obvious, and the cure rate of the diseased fish was(80.0±0.0)%.

    In order to obtain the safe concentration of four common disinfectants on the scallop of Ruditapes philippinarum, and provides a theoretical basis for antisepsis treatment of Ruditapes philippinarum before artificial oxytocin, in this study, the acute toxicity of potassium permanganate, povidone iodine, chlorine dioxide and formaldehyde to Ruditapes philippinarum was tested by static acute toxicity test. The result showed that the safe concentration of the four disinfectants was potassium permanganate (0.24 mg/L),povidone iodine (11.04 mg/L),chlorine dioxide (0.68 mg/L),formaldehyde(1.87 mg/L); it can be known that the four disinfectants to Ruditapes philippinarum was potassium permanganate > povidone iodine > chlorine dioxide > formaldehyde. Povidone iodine should be used for disinfection in the process of oxytocin breeding of Ruditapes philippinarum.

    The 22 sample sites of Qingshui river basin were surveyed in July (summer) and November (winter) 2018,the zooplankton species composition, density, biomass, common species,dominant species composition and seasonal variation were studied to explore the population structure and diversity of zooplankton in Qingshui river basin. The results showed that 23 species of zooplankton were identified in Qingshui river basin, including 8 species of rotavirus, 8 species of dendritic and 7 species of copepods. There were 6 kinds of dominant species, of which the daphnia was the most sharp. Zooplankton species, density, biomass and distribution varied by season, with summer species, densities and biomass peaking and winter at a low ebb. The Margalef index of zooplankton in Qingshui river basin was 0.432~0.997, Shannon-Wieaver index was 1.251~1.922, and evenness index was 0.233~2.066. The structure and diversity of zooplankton population were different in different sampling sites. According to Margalef index, Shannon-Wieaver index and evenness index, it can be preliminarily judged that water quality in Qingshui river basin is seriously polluted and moderately eutrophic, which needs to be strengthened for treatment and protection.

    In order to explore the night variation of bat species diversity in Xishuangbanna, acoustic monitoring detector was used to probe bat activities, analyzed the variation of bat species diversity in different time at night during a year. The results showed that the distribution of bat species diversity at night was significantly different, except 18:00-20:00 and 20:00-22:00, 22:00-00:00 and 00:00-02:00, 00:00-02:00 and 02:00-04:00. In the seasonal variation, the first peak of bat species diversity in autumn and winter is one hour earlier than that in spring and summer.

    The discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze and compare the activities of serum proteinof pregnancy and non-pregnancy Erinaceus amurensis Schrenk. The results showed that the non-pregnant Erinaceus amurensis Schrenk serum protein electrophoresis separated 20 bands with a mobility of 0.009~0.590,pregnant Erinaceus amurensis Schrenk serum protein electrophoresis separated 25 bands with a mobility of 0.005~0.590. There were significant differences in the distribution, activity and number of electrophoretic bands between pregnant and non-pregnant individuals.

    On the basis of single factor experiment, the effect of extraction times on the content of saponins in Bupleurum chinense was analyzed. The extraction process of saikosaponins was optimized by response surface method of central composite design. The effects of extraction time, extraction temperature and the ratio of liquid to material on saikosaponins were investigated. The results showed that the best conditions of total saponins of Bupleurum chinense were extraction temperature 80 ℃, extraction time 60 min, liquid-to-material ratio 8∶1(mL∶g), and extraction twice. Under the optimal condition, the content of total saponins of Bupleurum chinense was 1.80 mg/g, which was well fitting with the predicted value of 1.81 mg/g. The extraction process by response surface methodology is accurate, reliable and predictable.

    A set of water fertilizer integrated irrigation controller with high stability, simple operation, low cost and sufficient function was studied and designed. The system used sensor technology, micro-computer technology, PLC as the core, and drip irrigation technology, according to the soil humidity and the required fertilizer and water threshold in the process of crop growth, to carry out automatic irrigation and fertilization. The results showed that the system could effectively improve the productivity of facility agriculture and the efficiency of fertilizer and water use, save the amount of water resources, and provide some technical support for small and medium-sized facility agriculture farmers in western region.

    Base on deep gated recurrent unit (GRU) neural network, an hourly prediction model of air temperature in Shimen county are proposed by using hourly surface meteorological data (air temperature, air pressure, dew point temperature, relative humidity and water vapor pressure), besides the accuracy of the model is analyzed. As the result indicated, the accuracy of the deep GRU model gradually declines with the prediction horizons, whose coefficients of determination, mean absolute error, mean values of root square error and the prediction accuracy are 0.996~0.906, 0.359~1.974, 0.510~2.562 ℃ and 62.529% respectively, which has higher performance than the prediction model based on autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA), and reflects turning changes of air temperature as well. The hourly air temperature prediction accuracies in Shimen from April to July in 2019 are contrasted of the deep GRU model and numerical weather predictions (NWPs) from European Center in addition to Japan. The result shows that the deep GRU model would be a beneficial supplement to the air temperature short-impending prediction within 12 hours due to its prediction accuracies are all better than NWPs in 3, 6 and 9 h horizons.

    At present, the evaluation of tourism resources had a strong subjective color. There were many variables and strong nonlinearity in each evaluation model. BP neural network model used MATLAB calculation program to evaluate tourism resources, which can avoid the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results. By using the methods of literature comparison, theoretical analysis and expert consultation, the evaluation index system including 7 first-class indexes and 16 second-class indexes was constructed. On this basis, the evaluation model was designed, and the error value in the evaluation model was analyzed emphatically. The evaluation model was applied to the tourism resources evaluation of several major cities, and the evaluation results and error range meet the requirements.

    Taking 109 districts and counties in Jiangsu province as the spatial analysis units, the spatial agglomeration pattern of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu province in 2017 was studied by using spatial autocorrelation method. The results showed that, there were large spatial differences in the overall spatial distribution of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu province, which was more in southern Jiangsu and less in central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu. There was an obvious spatial agglomeration pattern,which were mainly high-high-level agglomeration and low-low-level agglomeration, high-high-level agglomeration was mainly concentrated in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou region, and low-low-level agglomeration was mainly concentrated in northern Jiangsu. The results provided a reference for the government to formulate the strategic emerging industrial policies of different districts and counties, and provided the basis for the better development of strategic emerging industries.

    Shiyan city was located in the core water source area of the central route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the deep poverty-stricken of Qinba mountain. The development of order vegetables by the way of production and marketing docking can effectively realize the optimal of resources and the promotion of economic benefits. This study introduced the development status of the city’s order vegetables and analyzed the main problems in the production of the city’s order vegetables from the perspectives of government, order enterprises and farmers.     Through the construction of the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of population-resources-environment in Jiangsu province, the weight of the index was determined by the vertical and horizontal grading method. Combined with the calculation model of coordinated development degree, the coordinated development degree of population-resources-environment system in Jiangsu province in 2010, 2015 and 2017 were calculated, and its spatial and temporal characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation score and coordinated development degree of population-resources-environment system of Jiangsu province and provincial cities were on the rise, but there was still room for improvement; in addition, the coordinated development degree of population-resources-environment system of Jiangsu province had obvious regional differentiation, showing a distribution pattern of high in the south and low in the north.

    Taking the cyclone immigrants in Sheyang county as the research object,based on the questionnaire survey and field investigation, this study analyzed the satisfaction degree of housing resettlement from three aspects: Housing resettlement policy, housing conditions and living environment. The results showed that the housing resettlement satisfaction of centralized resettlement was much higher than that of decentralized resettlement, mainly due to the influence of housing conditions, living environment and other factors; affected by the housing resettlement policy, there were significant differences in the housing resettlement satisfaction of different resettlement sites. On this basis, the study put forward relevant suggestions, in order to find ways to improve the satisfaction of disaster immigrants housing resettlement.

    According to the field investigation, this study established a performance evaluation index system of village assistance in Awati county of Xinjiang, including 5 first level indicators and 24 second level indicators, and constructed a hierarchical structure model. By using the analytic hierarchy process, it was concluded that the weight of industrial assistance and employment assistance was the highest, which was the main factor to measure the performance of village assistance in Awati county of Xinjiang. Finally, the study put forward relevant suggestions from five aspects: Strengthening the implementation of policies, optimizing the accurate identification work, strengthening the joint force between industry and employment, maintaining the sustainability of the effect of village assistance, and improving the quality of the cadre team of village assistance.

    On the basis of relevant research, this study focused on the comprehensive impact of economic policy uncertainty and swine fever on pork price, and made an empirical analysis on China’s pork price from 2009 to 2019 by using deterministic factor decomposition and logarithmic multiple regression model.     National central cities were not only the leaders of the whole country’s economy development, but also an important support point for participating in global economy trade and cooperative division of labor. The establishment of national central cities can promote the overall development of regional economy and realize the integration of regional economy development. Taking 16 cities as the research objects, this study analyzed the advantage dimensions of each city in the development status under the six dimension index system. The results showed that Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing were the national central cities in the four directions of north, east, south and west, and their leading position in economy development was obvious.     On the basis of combing the relevant literature, based on the analysis of the relevant data of rural tourism tourists in Shanshan county, a structural equation model of the perceived value of rural tourism, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty is constructed, and an empirical study is carried out. The results show that environmental perception, infrastructure perception, and public service perception in rural tourism in Shanshan county have a significant or extremely significant positive impact on tourist satisfaction, and tourist satisfaction also has a significant positive impact on tourist loyalty. Tourists' perceived value indirectly positively affects loyalty through satisfaction. The influence path of each variable is not the same. Based on this, starting from the perceived value of rural tourism, suggestions are made for the development of rural tourism in Shanshan county.
