E Liangyou 100 is a new high-quality two-line hybrid mid-season indica combination bred jointly by Institute of Food Crops, Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Anhui Zhengfeng Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Hubei Jiafengyuan Seed Industry Co., Ltd. The combination was bred by using two-line male sterile line Enong 1S as the female parent and restorer line R100 as the male parent. The combination participated in the regional test of mid-season indica late-maturing group in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River from 2018 to 2019 and the production test in 2019 organized by Huachuang National Rice Science and Enterprise Association, showing the characteristics of high yield, good grain quality and suitable maturity. It was approved by the National Crop Variety Approval Committee in November 2020 (National Crop Variety Approval Committee 20200203). The breeding process, characteristics, resistance, grain quality and yield performance of the rice(
Oryza sativa
L.) variety were summarized, and the key points of cultivation and seed production technology were introduced to provide reference for the application and promotion of the variety.

Based on the meteorological disaster data from 1984 to 2019 in east Gansu, the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and disaster loss assessment of meteorological disasters were analyzed. The results showed that the loss of drought disasters was the most serious, and the loss of rainstorm and flood disasters was the least. The frequency of occurrence was rainstorm flood > hail > drought > freezing damage > gale; the frequency of meteorological disasters increased with the annual average growth rate of 23%, and presented a pattern of more in the north and less in the south, more in the west and less in the east. The direct economic loss in the northwest was more than that in the southeast, the disaster-affected population in the northwest was more than that in the middle east, and the agricultural disaster area in the northwest was more than that in the east. In the assessment of disaster loss, the frequency of light disaster year was the highest and that of severe disaster year was the lowest; the abnormal temperature and precipitation was one of the reasons for the aggravation of meteorological disasters in east Gansu.

There is an interactive relationship between tourism and urbanization have the relationship of hybrid interaction. Based on the response coefficient of tourism urbanization, this paper used the standard deviation, coefficient of variation, relative development rate, deviation, standard deviation ellipse and other index models to study the spatial-temporal differences of tourism urbanization response intensity of 16 prefectures in Yunnan Province from 2004 to 2019. The results showed that from 2004 to 2019, the absolute and relative differences of tourism urbanization response intensity in Yunnan Province showed a high trend, and the overall response intensity gap was large; the response intensity of tourism urbanization of Yunnan Province showed a significant spatial pattern of strong in the west and weak in the east. However, with the passage of time, the response intensity of tourism urbanization in the eastern region was increasing, and the gap between the eastern and western parts in Yunnan Province was gradually narrowing; the center of tourism urbanization was shifting from the western region to the eastern and central regions, and the direction was northwest-southeast. The aggregation was weak and gradually weakened.

In order to analyze the internal and external driving forces of phytoplankton succession in the tributary of the Three Gorges Reservoir, based on the theory of convergence and divergence, under the condition of constant external conditions and sufficient nutrient content, the biomass and diversity of phytoplankton were analyzed by indoor control experiment under light and temperature under single condition. The results showed that phytoplankton community succession was more obvious under the environmental conditions of light and temperature groups. The similarity index of the phytoplankton community species in the same habitat was above medium, and the overall variation trend of the species diversity index was consistent, without signiticant difference(

>0.05). The similarity of the phytoplankton community species among different habitats was moderate, and the diversity index had a significant difference(

<0.05), which accorded with the theory of convergence. The environmental factors of the control group had no obvious effect on the succession of the phytoplankton community, and the dominant species showed the difference, which accorded with the theory of divergence.

To investigate the effects of grain fertilizer on rice yield and nitrogen absorption and utilization efficiency,the early rice Zhuliangyou 819 and Luliangyou 996, the late rice Xiangwanxian 13 and Yuzhenxiang were used as materials,and five nitrogen application levels (CK no fertilizer, F1 grain fertilizer, F2 no grain fertilizer, F3 grain fertilizer at full heading stage, F4 grain fertilizer at grain filling stage) were set to analyze rice yield, yield composition, and nitrogen absorption and utilization efficiency among different treatments. The results showed that on the basis of basal tillering and panicle fertilizer adding grain fertilizer or applying grain fertilizer alone had certain effect of increasing yield, in which the average yield of grain fertilizer(F1) increased by 24.84%. The average yield increase was 9.95% and 5.06% grain fertilizer was applied alone at full heading stage and grain filling stage, respectively. The application of grain fertilizer achieved high yield by coordinating 1 000-grain weight and seed setting rate on the premise of increasing grain number per panicle of rice, and the effect of grain fertilizer on yield increase could be as high as 8.22%. Increasing grain fertilizer application had a better effect on maintaining nitrogen absorption and utilization efficiency and nitrogen accumulation in the late growth period of rice. In the process of rice cultivation, increasing grain fertilizer at full heading stage can promote the increase of grain number per panicle and the absorption and utilization of nitrogen to achieve a high yield of rice.

Through the use of reclaimed water as irrigation water source, a large high flower box was set up in the open field to carry out simulation experiment. The influence of different irrigation amounts on the desalting effect of coastal saline soil was studied, and the optimal irrigation amount was obtained through comprehensive evaluation. The irrigation amount was set as three treatments, respectively Z1 (512 mm), Z2 (640 mm) and Z3 (768 mm). The results showed that irrigation measures could directly and effectively reduce soil salinity under the experimental conditions, with a decrease of 22.83%~47.16%. The desalting rate from large to small was Z3> Z2> Z1, and the desalting rate increased with increasing irrigation amount. By taking desalting rate, soil salinity, soil moisture content and economic cost into consideration, and using the analytic hierarchy process for comprehensive evaluation, the optimal irrigation amount was 768 mm (Z3), in order to provide reference for the application of reclaimed water irrigation and desalting engineering in coastal saline-alkali area.

Sewage, as an alternative water resource, was widely used in farmland irrigation in water-deficient areas in China. Because of long-term sewage irrigation, the heavy metals in sewage were accumulated in soil, which seriously threatened the safety of agricultural products and the regional ecological environment. To explore the pollution and distribution characteristics of typical heavy metals in sewage irrigated soil in Jinan, this study collected the soils from sewage irrigation areas in Jinan. The chemical fractionation of Zn, As and Pb was analyzed by using the improved BCR sequential extraction procedure, and the contamination status and ecological risk of Zn, As and Pb in the sewage irrigated soil was evaluated by utilizing the geo-accumulation index (
I
geo
). Nemerow index and potential risk assessment methods. The results showed that the average contents of Zn, As and Pb in sewage irrigated soil were up to 55.2, 12.3 and 13.9 mg/kg, respectively, which were higher than the background value. In terms of chemical fractionation, Zn, As and Pb were mainly in the form of residue fraction (F4), with an average proportion of 51.4%, 65.4% and 55.4%, respectively. The

showed that three heavy metal elements remained pollution-free. The potential ecological risk of the sewage irrigated soil was in the following order As > Pb > Zn. The

value of the comprehensive potential ecological risk index ranged from 3.3 to 66.2, with an average value of 24.4, which indicated that the sewage irrigated soil was at the level of medium risk. The climate quality evaluation of agricultural products is a very typical fuzzy problem. On the basis of expounding the theory and modeling steps of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model, taking Tongcheng Xiaohua tea as the evaluation object, the average temperature, the average relative humidity, the average sunshine hours and the average daily precipitation 15 days before picking without the influence of agrometeorological disasters were selected as the evaluation factors. The specific process and technical method of establishing the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model for the climate quality of agricultural products were further introduced. The practice shows that the evaluation result of the climate quality evaluation model of Tongcheng Xiaohua tea constructed by the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method is objective, scientific and reliable, basically consistent with the actual situation, and the service evaluation enterprise has also obtained better social and economic benefits. The method is simple and easy to popularize and apply.

In order to find a low-cost, simple and efficient application method, pot experiment and field experiment were used to study the control effect of imidacloprid and other pesticides dipping root treatment on

and the influence on the growth and development of tobacco plants during transplanting. The results showed that the control effect of imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, thiamethoxam amin, dinotefuran and pymetrozine on
Myzus persicae
was more than 97.84% within 50 days after pot transplanting. The root dipping treatment with imidacloprid and other pesticides during transplanting in the field experiment lasted for 50 days, and the control effect within 50 days was 20.41%~100.00%. The root dipping treatment with imidacloprid and other pesticides had no effect on the growth and development of tobacco in the field. Five pesticides can be used in tobacco planting by dipping roots.

In order to further verify the promotion value of bamboo vinegar compound agent, two test methods of indoor shed-growing bacteria and field random group were used to study the effect of bamboo vinegar compound dimetachlone and azolidinyl on tobacco brown spot and tobacco plant growth. The results showed that spraying the compound and azolidinyl could effectively prevent brown spot disease. The area of potted fungus cake was significantly reduced by 9.60% and 7.45% compared with water treatment, and the field control effect reached 86.72% and 86.50%, respectively. The difference between the two drugs was not obvious. At the same time, the compound agent could significantly promote the growth of tobacco plants. The plant height of potted tobacco plants changed from significantly lower than that before spraying with water treatment to insignificant. The maximum leaf length of tobacco plants in the field was significantly increased by 7.04% compared with water treatment.

In order to restore the fertility of male sterile materials of kale(

The results showed that the time of isolation after pollination had a great influence on the development of hybrid embryos, and sampling too early or too late had an effect on the ovary embryo rate. On the 5th day after pollination, samples were taken for isolated cohort culture, the ovary growth was small, and the number of embryos was low. On the 10th day after pollination, samples were taken for isolated cohort culture. With the prolongation of post-pollination time, the influence of the uncoordinated metabolism of the hybrid nucleus and egg cell on the development of hybrid embryo increases, and the number of embryos emerging decreases; the embryo age determines the embryo rate. If the seed embryo is too small, it is difficult to culture in vitro after being separated from the mother. The shortest time for embryo survival is the 16th day after pollination. If sampling exceeds 24 days, the introduction of heterologous genetic material at the later stage of fertilization will cause genetic incongruity in the ovule, embryos are prone to abortion, and the embryo rate will decrease. The two hormones, NAA and 6-BA, play a very good role in promoting the development and formation of the isolated ovary and ovule. At the same concentration of NAA, 1.0 mg/L 6-BA was the best for ovary culture, and 5.0 mg/L 6-BA was the best for ovule culture. The 8th day after pollination is the suitable sampling time for ovary culture, and the 20th day after pollination is the suitable sampling time for ovule culture. MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L KT+activated carbon 1 000 mg/L medium is suitable for ovary culture; MS+5.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L KT + activated carbon 1 000 mg/L medium is suitable for ovule culture.

In order to study the ecological adaptability of kiwifruit, the effects of transient low temperature, shading, back light and sunlight intensity on the diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of kiwifruit were studied by using chlorophyll fluorescence imaging technology with three kiwifruit cultivars of
Actinidia chinensis
var. deliciosa. cv. Hayward,

cv. Hort16A and
Actinidia arguta
cv. Qinghai as materials. The results showed that Kunming was not the most suitable area for the three cultivars used in the present experiment, and transient low temperature, natural high temperature and high light intensity could all cause damage to the photosynthetic apparatus in the leaves of kiwi, while shading and back lighting could alleviate the damage degree of photosynthetic apparatus of these environmental factors. And the ability of damage repair of photosynthetic apparatus was related to the heat dissipation of leaves, and the strength of the repair ability had a certain correlation with the chlorophyll content of leaves. The results suggested that the chlorophyll content of leaves could be used as a selection index during the resistant breeding of kiwifruit. At the same time, when high temperature, high light and low temperature occur red in kiwifruit cultivation, shading or back lighting could be used to alleviate the harm of environmental factors on plants.

In order to evaluate and select appropriate tobacco varieties growing in Lingbao tobacco growing area of Sanmenxia city, the field performance and quality of flue cured leaf of varieties (Yunyan 119, Yan’an 1, LY1306, Qushou 1, Yunyan 116, Danyan 1, Xiangyan 5 and Lingxuan 1) in the field of tobacco growing in Lingbao were compared by using Yunyan 87 as the control. The results showed that Yan’an 1 and Lingxuan 1 had good comprehensive agronomic characters and strong adaptability in Lingbao tobacco growing area, with coordinated chemical composition, good aroma quality, sufficient aroma, and comfortable taste, which could be used as the substitute of Yunyan 87 for further research and demonstration.

The climate and soil conditions of many counties (districts) in Hechi City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region are conducive to the cultivation of Longtan pearl plum, and the characteristic cultivation industry of Longtan pearl plum is promoted in a large area in the region, but the planting of Longtan pearl plum is greatly affected by meteorological factors. The yield and quality are different due to the difference of climate. Combined with the topography of Hechi City and the climatic characteristics of Longtan pearl plum cultivation, through the meteorological data and geographic data information from 1960 to 2019, the mathematical statistics method was used to establish the zoning model, and the spatial analysis of ArcMap 10.2 software was used to carry out the model analysis. The suitable planting areas of Longtan pearl plum in Hechi City were divided based on GIS. The results showed that the topography of Hechi City was higher in the northwest and lower in the southeast, and the most suitable area and suitable area for climate planting of Longtan pearl plum were basically distributed in the area with relatively high terrain and high altitude. The change rule and spatial-temporal differentiation of landscape ecological security pattern in arid areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were discussed.Based on the spatial perspective of production-life-ecological space,taking the land use data change database as the data source, the landscape pattern index was selected to build the landscape ecological security evaluation model, and the spatial statistical analysis method was used to analyze the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of landscape ecological security in the study area in recent 40 years. The results showed that the grassland ecological space and other ecological space were dominant landscape types in Xinjiang, accounting for about 89% of the total area. The production space was increasing, the ecological space was decreasing, and the change range of living space was not obvious. The ecological security and relatively safe areas in the study area were mainly distributed in the oasis agricultural area, and the unsafe and relatively unsafe areas were mainly distributed in the hinterland of Taklimakan desert, Turpan basin desert and Gurbantonggut desert. The basic safe area, safe area and relatively safe area were gradually shrinking, while the unsafe area and relatively unsafe area were expanding year by year, and the ecological security in the study area was deteriorating. During the study period, the landscape ecological security in the study area had a positive correlation in space, and the spatial distribution had the characteristics of agglomeration. The overall spatial autocorrelation level showed a significant upward trend, and high-high and low-low clustering phenomena existed in local spatial autocorrelation. Therefore, for the future ecological construction and sustainable development of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, it is necessary to optimize the layout of various types of land use, control the orderly expansion of urban living land, improve the stability and anti-interference of ecological land, and promote the coordinated development of ecological security of production-life-ecological space.

Lianyungang City was selected as the study area,and the random forest algorithm was used to measure the driving effects between various factors and landscape types. A cellular automata model combining the Markov method was built to simulate the land⁃scape pattern change in coastal cities,and the future landscape pattern of the study area was simulated and predicted. The results showed that the random forest model had a strong ability to explain the distribution of all landscape types in Lianyungang City,and the ROC value of all landscape types was greater than 0.800,among which the ROC value of cultivated land,forest land and construction land were more than 0.900. The distribution suitability of landscape types in Lianyungang City was influenced by natural and human factors. The RF-CA-Markov model could well simulate the landscape pattern characteristics of Lianyungang City,and the Kappa in⁃dex was 0.946 1. From 2010 to 2025,the area of construction land in Lianyungang continues to increase,mainly concentrated in the marginal areas of cities and towns. The areas of cultivated land,salt pan and forest land continues to decrease. The abandoned salt pans were mainly transferred to the artificial pond,and some of them were turned into unused land. The degree of fragmentation of landscape pattern increased,the connectivity between the same landscape decreased,the landscape diversity and uniformity in⁃creased,and the overall shape tended to be complex.

in goats with house feeding and raised in free range were 75.78% and 92.10%, respectively. Also, the 18S rRNA sequences from 16 positive samples were randomly selected for sequencing and analysis. The results showed that the 18S rRNA gene sequences of these samples shared more than 99.50% genetic homology with
Theileria luwenshuni
strains prevalent in China, and all specimens collected in this study belonged to the same branch as that of
T.luwenshuni
strains. The results showed that
Theileria
was widely prevalent in goats in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province, and

Delar. ex Redoute from 4 different producing areas were used as materials, with reference to the quality standard of
Polygonatum sibiricum
Delar. ex Redoute in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The total ash content was determined by the total ash determination method, the moisture content was determined by the drying method, the extract content was determined by the hot immersion method, the total sugar content was determined by the 0.2% anthrone-sulfuric acid method, and the diosgenin was determined by the HPLC method. The antitumor activities of diosgenin against A431 (human epidermal cancer cells), H1975 (human lung adenocarcinoma cells) and Ramos (human B lymphocyte tumor cells) were investigated by the MTT method. The results showed that the moisture content of the samples was 2.8%~4.7% (not more than 18.0%), the total ash content was 1.9%~3.4%(not more than 4.0%), the alcohol soluble extract was 72.99%~78.99%, (not less than 45.0%), and the total sugar was 7.95%~9.94% (not less than 7.0%). The lowest content of diosgenin was 0.18%, and diosgenin was significantly resistant to A431. The established content determination method was simple, accurate and reproducible.

NFT (Nutrient film technique) water and fertilizer integrated system adopted PLC as the controller and touch screen as the human machine interface. The system could automatically realize zoning and rotation irrigation of nutrient solution according to setting EC, pH and irrigation cycle, and had the function of remote monitoring. The practical application showed that the NFT water and fertilizer system had stable and convenient operation, and realized the circulation and intermittent irrigation as well as high fertilizer mixing accuracy, with EC control precision of ± 0.3 mS/cm. Through the experiment, the direct cost of Chinese cabbage cultivated by the system was 0.195 yuan/plant, and the average yield of Chinese cabbage was 0.118 kg per plant. The system meets the needs of NFT cultivation and irrigation in the greenhouse, and has certain application and promotion value.

As a dense area of human activities, the expansion of urban land will have an important impact on other land use types and the surrounding environment. The allometric growth model was used to improve the total amount prediction module of Dinamica EGO model. On this basis, the expansion prediction of urban land in China under the multi-scenario simulation was carried out. The results show that compared with 2000—2015, the expansion area of urban land in China under the five scenarios from 2015 to 2030 has decreased by 58.07%~64.17%, indicating that China will surpass the peak of urbanization speed. The expansion rate of urban land in the central and western regions and medium-sized cities will accelerate, indicating that the gap of urban development between different regions and cities of different sizes will be narrowed, and the effect of regional and urban coordinated development strategy will be remarkable. Under the development scenario dominated by fossil fuels, the difference of urban expansion area per city in different regions and cities of different sizes is larger than that in other scenarios, indicating that this scenario is not conducive to climate warming mitigation, but also to regional coordinated development.

MCT family proteins are all composed of 12 transmembrane domains, but each subtype has tissue distribution specificity and substrate differences, and they are also involved in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. MCT protein is highly expressed in malignant tumors and cancer cells, and its transport activity needs to be regulated by other auxiliary proteins, such as transmembrane glycoprotein, carbonic anhydrase, hyaluronic acid receptor, lactate dehydrogenase, etc., thereby promoting tumor cell invasion and transfer. The annual data of Sino-US soybean trade from 1992 to 2019 was chosen, and the international market power in Sino-US soybean trade was estimated by using the SMR correction model. The result showed that as the world’s largest soybean importer, China had certain market power in Sino-US soybean trade. However, due to the influence of the pricing power of the USA in the international soybean market, China had weak market power in the Sino-US soybean trade. The amount of soybean exported by the USA to China was slightly reduced because of Sino-US trade conflicts, which made the USA lacked market power in Sino-US soybean trade. Therefore, in order to improve the market power of China in Sino-US soybean trade, some countermeasures were put forward, such as accelerating domestic economic construction, perfecting the domestic soybean industrial chain, actively breaking the trade barrier of soybean circulation, and promoting the construction of derivative financial instruments of the soybean industry.

On the basis of summarizing the forestry carbon sequestration trading practice at home and abroad, the supply and demand of the Qinling forestry carbon sequestration market were analyzed, the influencing factors of the Qinling forestry carbon sequestration were sorted out, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to clarify the construction of Qinling carbon sequestration. The results showed that the important influencing factors of Qinling carbon sink trading construction were carbon emission reduction quota, domestic policy, forest carbon sequestration effect, forest coverage rate and legal system. Based on the above results,four suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening publicity and building unique brands;combining introduction and education to promote the construction of the talent team;perfecting supporting facilities and enriching health care projects;paying attention to ecological protection and promoting industrial integration.

The coordination level and dynamic relationship of agricultural tourism integration in Linyi City, an old revolutionary base area was empirically tested by using the coupling coordination model, E-G two-step test, Granger causality test and impulse response function. The results showed that from 2010 to 2019, the integration degree of agriculture and tourism in Linyi City was 0.4~0.6, which was in the initial stage, and the integration development speed was relatively slow. From 2010 to 2019, the coordination degree of agricultural tourism integration in Linyi City experienced the process of primary coordination (2010—2013) → intermediate coordination (2014—2018) → good coordination (2019). The agricultural tourism industrial structure was relatively reasonable, and there was still a certain gap from high-quality coordination. There was a long-term equilibrium relationship and two-way causality between agriculture and tourism. When the random disturbance term was given, the driving effect of overall agriculture on tourism development was obviously stronger than that of tourism on agriculture. In view of the above conclusions, some suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening product innovation, consolidating the agricultural foundation, cultivating brand attraction, and making overall plans on the management mechanism and supporting measures.

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(cities, autonomous regions) in China from 2007 to 2017, the fixed effect model was used to empirically analyze the impact of comprehensive agricultural development investment on the income gap between urban and rural residents in China. The results showed that the higher the investment in comprehensive agricultural development, the more conducive to the narrowing of the income gap between urban and rural residents. There was a negative correlation between the two, and the income gap between urban and rural residents could be narrowed through the scientific management of land, the promotion of agricultural industrialization and the development of modern agricultural parks. In this regard, some policy suggestions were put forward, such as continuously promoting the investment in agricultural comprehensive development and timely optimizing the structure of agricultural comprehensive development.

Taking 24 counties (cities and districts) in Dongting Lake area as the research unit,the agricultural production efficiency of the 24 counties (cities and districts) in Dongting Lake area was evaluated by combining traditional data envelopment analysis model (DEA), super efficiency DEA model and Tobit model. The analysis of the ordinary DEA model showed that from 2005 to 2015, the production efficiency of 24 counties (cities and districts) in Dongting Lake area had an effective and invalid year. The super efficiency DEA model showed that the agricultural production efficiency of Dongting Lake showed a general decline from 2005 to 2015 years. The Tobit regression analysis found that the agricultural total population,urbanization level, total industrial output value,per capita GDP,average net income of farmers,total retail sales of consumer goods,number of students in ordinary primary schools,number of students in ordinary middle school,the area of disaster affected,the area of disaster and the control area of soil erosion had a significant influence on agricultural production efficiency. And each factor showed positive or negative significant effects in different years.

In order to understand farmers’ willingness to adopt conservation farmland technologies, based on the survey data in rural areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, an ordered Logistic regression model was used to explore the influencing factors and differences of farmers’ willingness to adopt conservation farmland technologies. The results showed that the conservation farmland technologies were recognized by most farmers, and 87.91% of the farmers were willing to adopt the conservation farmland technologies. The ecological environment cognition ,the cognition of laws and regulations, the degree of influence of neighbors, the satisfaction of policy subsidies and the annual net income of households positively affected farmers’ willingness to adopt conservation farmland technologies, and risk expectations, the intensity of information dissemination, the years of farming and livelihood differentiation negatively affected farmers’ willingness to adopt technologies. Under different grouping conditions, the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to adopt conservation farmland technologies were different. In view of this, it was proposed that financial support should be increased to speed up the process of technologies research and development; technologies should be publicized and promoted to improve farmers’ cognitive level; farmers’ production exchange platforms and technologies promotion demonstration sites should be constructed; differentiated incentive policies should be formulated according to different people.

Taking the current situation of the implementation of the balance system of cultivated land occupation and compensation in Urumqi City as the starting point, combined with the grounded, land supply and demand balance and sustainable development theories, the methods of interview, and questionnaire were used to identify the influencing factors of the implementation of the balance system of cultivated land occupation and compensation in Urumqi City, and judge the influencing path. The results showed that the path that had a significant impact on the implementation of cultivated land occupation and compensation balance system were review and approval→market environment→occupation and compensation balance implementation (0.75), supervision degree→review and approval→occupation and compensation balance implementation (0.85), supervision degree→market environment→occupation and compensation balance implementation (0.77), supervision degree→review and approval→market environment→occupation and compensation balance implementation (0.81). It can be seen that the degree of supervision plays an important role in the implementation of the balance of occupation and compensation system. Accordingly relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward accordingly.

The energy-saving transformation of existing buildings is the requirement of global green development. In order to explore the role of government, consumers and enterprises in the process of building energy-saving transformation promotion, a tripartite game model of existing building energy-saving transformation participants was established, and the influence of the cost and incremental income of participants on building energy-saving transformation promotion was analyzed. Combined with the principle of system dynamics, Vensim software was used to simulate, and the evolutionary stability strategy in different situations was discussed. The results show that improving the incremental benefits brought to the game players after the transformation of existing buildings is helpful to promote the energy-saving transformation of existing buildings. The government’s subsidy incentive policy can promote the transformation of existing buildings to a certain extent.
