Abstract: In order to explore the development status and coupling coordination level of rural “production-living-ecology” function in Gansu Province, an evaluation index system was built, and the coupling coordination characteristics of rural “production-living-ecology” functions in Gansu Province from 2011 to 2020 were analyzed by using comprehensive development evaluation model and coupling coordination degree model. And the obstacle degree model was used to find out the influencing factors that restricted the development of rural production, living and ecology. The results showed that the comprehensive development level of “production-living-ecology” function was improving year by year, and the coupling coordination level had gradually evolved from serious imbalance to high-quality coordination. The average annual growth rate of coupling coordination degree from 2011 to 2016 was higher than that from 2017 to 2020. Obstacles to the development of rural production, living and ecology in Gansu Province from 2011 to 2016 mainly focused on ecology function, while obstacles from 2017 to 2020 mainly focused on production function.

Key words: “production-living-ecology” function, comprehensive development evaluation, coupling coordination, obstacle factors
