Generation,identification and application of rice mutants

Abstract: Using a variety of methods to create abundant mutant materials is of great significance for rice (Oryza sativa L.) genetics research and new variety breeding research. The creation methods (natural mutagenesis, physical mutagenesis, chemical mutagenesis, somatic cell cloning and plant transgenic technology) and identification methods (phenotypic identification, cytological identification, isozyme identification and molecular identification) of rice mutants, as well as the comparison analysis and prospect of different methods.
