Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization, the current situation of agricultural management mode in Hubei Province was analyzed, and the agricultural operation modes in the United States and Japan were discussed. On this basis, several roads were proposed for innovating modern agricultural management mode in Hubei Province： firstly, focusing on the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries; secondly, strengthening the leading role of institutions related to agricultural research and bases; thirdly, enhancing the wide application of the Internet in agriculture; fourthly, supporting the development of cooperative associations. Finally, the relevant suggestions to promote the innovation of agricultural management mode in Hubei Province were put forward.
