Abstract: Taking soybean[Glycine max (Linn.) Merr.] variety Edou No.8 as experimental material, the effects of uniconazole and NaHSO3 on yield and agronomic traits of soybean were studied by two-factor randomized block experiment. The results showed that different concentrations of uniconazole and NaHSO3 could increase the yield of soybean, and there was no significant difference in soybean yield among different concentrations of uniconazole. The interaction between uniconazole and NaHSO3 had no significant effect on soybean yield, but the difference in soybean yield between different concentrations of NaHSO3 treatment was extremely significant. The number of effective branches per plant, the number of effective pods per plant, the number of grains per plant and the grain weight per plant increased with the increase of NaHSO3 concentration, and the highest was at 200 mg/L treatment. The average yield of the treatment of 100 mg/L uniconazole + 200 mg/L NaHSO3 (A2B3) was the highest, and the number of main stem nodes, effective branches and effective pods per plant were also the highest.
