Abstract: Taking A village of Z county in the old revolutionary base area as an example, the evolutionary game behavior among the core stakeholders of local tourism targeted poverty alleviation was analyze through in-depth interviewsd. The results showed that whether the local government increased the tourism rights of poor residents directly affected the effect of poverty alleviation by tourism; whether tourism enterprises supported tourism targeted poverty alleviation had a great impact on rural tourism poverty alleviation; the attitude of poor residents toward tourism targeted poverty alleviation was also a crucial factor in poverty alleviation.
