Abstract: Under the background of the post poverty alleviation era, with the transformation of China's poverty alleviation strategy from solving absolute poverty to alleviating relative poverty, new characteristics have emerged in the dynamic source and interactive relationship of tourism poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas. Taking Liangjiahe Village, Yanchuan County, Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper clarifies the generation and evolution process of tourism poverty alleviation dynamic mechanism through tracking research. The results show that, the relatively effective dynamic mechanism of tourism poverty alleviation is to implement the government leading in the initial stage of tourism poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas, and to start the practice of tourism poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas as soon as possible with the powerful external force of the government and other stakeholders. Then the tourism empowerment on the basis of the poor residents' full understanding of the national poverty alleviation policies is gradually implemented, to enhance the dominant position of poor residents in tourism poverty alleviation. The sustainability of tourism poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas is realized by relying on the endogenous power and self-development ability of poor residents, so as to come true the effective connection between tourism poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the old revolutionary base areas.
