Abstract: The governance of rural ecological environment is an important issue for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Rural rivers have become an important carrier for the development of rural ecological environment, and accelerating the construction of the rural river governance system has become a key support. The theoretical logic of the rural river channel governance system was analyzed from the three dimensions of governance concept, governance objectives and governance mode. The research found that there were practical difficulties in rural river channel governance, such as imperfect relevant mechanisms, lack of responsibility of multiple subjects and insufficient level of professional governance. On this basis, corresponding countermeasures were put forward from three aspects of building a security mechanism system, building a governance pattern with the collaborative participation of multiple subjects, and strengthening professional governance capabilities.
