Abstract: In order to promote the organic connection between small-scale farmers and modern agriculture, and explore a new mode of deregulating management rights, this article summarized the platform-type land trusteeship practice mode, used a static game model of complete information to analyze the interests and behavior choices of each subject in the mode, and explained the operating principle of this mode from a theoretical point of view. The results shows that this model has the positive significance of increasing farmers' income, improving agricultural efficiency, and adjusting agricultural structure, and is conducive to integrating agricultural socialized service resources, reducing the transaction cost of trusteeship organizations, deactivating land management rights, and realizing large-scale land management. However, this model also has the problem of limited applicability. This model is only suitable for field crop trusteeships that can be mechanized in plain areas. It is not suitable for crops that are difficult to achieve mechanized operations in hilly and mountainous areas.
