Study on the measurement and spatial-temporal distribution of the high-quality development level of agriculture in Shandong Province

Abstract: Taking the new development concept of “innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing” as the research perspective, this paper constructed an evaluation index system for high-quality agricultural development in Shandong Province with 5 dimensions, 7 element indicators and 11 basic indicators, empowered the indicators using the entropy method, used the panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2016 to 2020, and visually analyzed the evaluation results of high-quality agricultural development in combination with the spatial autocorrelation model. This paper summarized the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics and differences of high-quality agricultural development in Shandong Province, and proposed the promotion paths of agricultural high-quality development, such as increasing financial support for agriculture, establishing and improving an open and innovative agricultural system.
