Abstract: The effects of various factors on the cutting propagation of root, rhizome and branches of Salvia yunnanensis C. H. Wright were explored. The results showed that the highest germination rate of 90% was achieved by taking the upper half of the roots 6 cm long and greater than 5 mm in diameter and inserting them obliquely in a mixture of garden soil and organic fertilizer at a ratio of 1∶1. The highest germination rate of 93.33% was achieved when cuttings with two rhizomes were treated with 60 mg/L ABT for 1 h in a mixture of perlite and vermiculite at a ratio of 1∶1. The highest germination rate of 83.33% was achieved when the branches were treated with 80 mg/L of ABT for 2 h and cuttings were placed in a substrate with garden soil∶organic fertilizer in a 1∶1 ratio. The highest germination rate of Salvia yunnanensis C. H. Wright with two buds was achieved after 1 h of ABT treatment at 60 mg/L and cuttings were placed in the substrate with perlite∶vermiculite in a 1∶1 ratio.
