Research on agricultural science and technology policy in the process of implementing rural revitalization in characteristic industrial areas：Taking Enshi autonomous prefecture, Hubei province as an example

Abstract

Abstract: The development of characteristic industries was an important starting point for accelerating the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization. It had important practical significance for realizing the high-quality development of the regional economy and society. In order to promoted the innovative development of characteristic agriculture, it was necessary to strengthen the introduction of technology and management methods of agricultural production, broken the traditional agricultural production mode, and used technology to promote agricultural development. Taking Enshi prefecture of Hubei province as an example, this paper investigated the current technology policies in Enshi prefecture, and the bottlenecks in the implementation of related policies, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
