Abstract: Through the field investigation and expert exchange, on the basis of expert feedback and survey data analysis, 23 specific evaluation indexes were set up from 6 aspects of infrastructure, human capital, brand value, technical service, market factors and government decision-making, which constituted the evaluation index system of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangluo city. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangluo city. The results showed that the membership degree of the better development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangluo was 0.388 7, and the membership degree of the good development was 0.444 8. It showed that the overall development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangluo showed a good trend, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangluo city.
