Abstract: The modernization of the new rural economy needs to be based on regional characteristics, improve infrastructure and government control methods, and choose appropriate roads and development models based on natural, social, and economic conditions. Economically, the modernization of the new rural economy needs to be established on the basis of market mechanisms, rationally lay out the industrial structure, promote the rational allocation of production factors, improve the cultural skills of migrant workers, and promote the scale of township enterprises;Politically, the modernization of the new rural economy should strengthen the innovation of various rural systems, reform the household registration system, land system and social security system, promote the process of urban-rural integration, improve the political status and civilization awareness of farmers, and promote the process of urban-rural integration.
