Abstract: In order to formulate catchable size and total allowable catch of Ruditapes philippinarum in the waters of Wangjiadao in Dalian, based on the field survey data of the waters of Wangjiadao in 2018, the length-weight formula, shell length and weight growth equation, and instantaneous mortality rate were analyzed, to calculate weight growth inflexion age, the critical age and the biomass of Ruditapes philippinarum in the waters of Wangjiadao. The results showed that the growth equation of shell length and weight were respectively L_t=58×（1-e^{-0.51×（t+0.44）}）and W_t=23.45×（1-e^{-0.51×（t+0.44）}）^{2.730 9}, and the biomass in the waters of Wangjiadao of Dalian was about 32 000 t. To Ruditapes philippinarum stock in the waters of Wangjiadao, the catchable shell length was about 36.6~37.1 mm, and catchable weight was about 6.7~7.0 g. Total allowable catch was about 13 800 t.
