Collaborative governance path of multiple subjects of rural social assistance in the post-poverty era: Based on SFIC model analysis

Abstract: In order to improve the rural social assistance the ability and level of poverty governance, solve the existing in practice, such as low coordination of relief subjects and unsatisfactory results. Under the background of the era of poverty alleviation, relying on the collaborative governance theory and taking SFIC model as the analysis framework, the dilemma of multi-subject collaborative governance of rural social assistance was analyzed. It was proposed to realize the coordinated governance of multiple subjects of rural social assistance in the post-poverty era by building incentive mechanism, catalytic mechanism, communication mechanism and supervision mechanism.
