Abstract: To explore different environmental conditions on the new bred flue-cured tobacco strains agriculture in Hubei province, the new flue-cured tobacco strains HB104, HB204 and HB205 were selected as experimental materials, Yunyan 87 used as the control, plot contrast test for two years were carried out in Lichuan city Liangwu township, Xingshan county Huangliang town, Zhushan county Guandu town, Baokang county Maliang townin in Hubei province, the differences of output value and intrinsic chemical composition on three new flue-cured tobacco strains at four pilot areas in Hubei province were analyzed. The results showed that the average output value of the new strain HB204 in two consecutive years was higher than that of the control Yunyan87, which were better at adaptability and stability than that of the control Yunyan87, and were almost the same at the average contents of nicotine, total nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar and chloride ion as that of the control Yunyan87, and was higher than that of the control Yunyan87 at the content of potassium ion, and the overall coordination of internal chemical composition of that was good, which was the most suitable for spreading planting in all producing areas of Hubei province.
