Research on the current situation of rural emergency management and its application countermeasures of information technology:Taking Hubei province as an example

Abstract: Rural emergency management is an important part of the national emergency management system. The state has put forward new requirements for promoting the modernization and informatization of the basic level emergency management system and its ability. This study carried out the corresponding theoretical research on the information application basis of emergency management, and carried out a comprehensive evaluation on the rural emergency management ability in Hubei province on the basis of the research on the evaluation index system,as well as the evaluation model construction of emergency management ability. The analysis showed that there were some problems in rural emergency management in Hubei province, such as imperfect information overall planning mechanism, imperfect information facilities and conditions, and the supply level of information resources needs to be improved. On this basis,some suggestions were proposed, which included using information means to optimize the overall planning mechanism of emergency management, strengthening the hardware conditions and guarantee system construction of emergency management and promoting the popularization of emergency management knowledge and the construction of information resources.
