Abstract: In order to explore the regulatory effects of bio-organic selenium on potato yield and selenium content, the bio-organic selenium nutrient solution was sprayed on the leaves of different potato varieties at different growth stages (tuber formation stage and tuber growth stage), and its effects on potato yield, selenium content in underground tubers and differences among different potato varieties were studied. The results showed that after selenium application, the number of large, medium and small potato varieties were studied. The results showed that after selenium application, the number of large, medium and small potatoes increased(2.69%-17.72%),the rate of large potatoes increased by 3.65%-3.79%,the yield of large and medium potatoes increased(7.35%-26.17%),the plotyield increased, and the plot yield of potatoes with two selenium applicationwas higher than that with one, with an increase of 9.06%,equivalent to 3 590.10 kg/hm2;with the increase in the number of selenium applications, the content of total selenium and organic selenium in potatoes both increased significantly. There were significant differences between different varieties of the same treatment, and the selenium content of underground tubers of the selenium treatment group potato met the requirements of 15-150 μg/kgspecified in the agricultural industry standard "Selenium-enriched Potatoes"(NY/T 3116-2017),which provided theoretical basisfor the development of supporting cultivation techniques for the production of high-yield selenium-enriched potatoes using bio-organic selenium nutrient solution.
