Abstract: Hybrid fine cultivated rice restorer lines as female parent with Oryza longistaminata, young hybridized embryos 7~9 days after pollination were cultured in vitro. A total of 450 young embryos were inoculated, and a total of 438 well-developed and robust green seedlings were obtained. The embryo rescue efficiency was 97.3%. After 20 days, when the tissue culture seedlings were about 8~10 cm, the seedlings were transferred to the seedling tray through indoor hardening.10 days later, 438 seedlings were transplanted, and 434 survived with a survival rate of 99.1%.
