Abstract: This paper mainly discussed how to comprehensively promote rural revitalization in the process of actively constructing a new development pattern, deeply analyzed the era background of China's comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization, and deeply analyzed the important significance of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the process of constructing a new development pattern, and explored new paths and new measures to comprehensively promote rural revitalization in the process of building a new development pattern. It is found that the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization must take multiple measures, and put forward to improve the system and mechanism, strengthen the leadership of party building; Adhere to the “four not picking”, consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation; Deepen rural reforms, activate rural elements; Implement rural construction actions to consolidate the foundation for rural revitalization; Activate the urban and rural domestic demand market and construct a new pattern of rural development.
