Abstract: Based on the data of 244 large grain growers in Pingyuan county of Dezhou city, 18 variables in the four aspects of personal characteristics, family characteristics, farmers' planting costs and benefits and price of agricultural production means were chosen. Multivariable linear regression model was used to analyze the affecting factors of large grain growers' land management scale. The results show that the educational level, amounts of family labor force, the prices of land transfer, household income, cost per hectare, whether it is easy to hire workers, whether it is easy to lease machinery and whether it is easy to loan and the method of land lease （lease period） are significantly positively correlated with land scale management. The age of large grain growers, whether they have purchased large-scale agricultural machinery, the quality of agricultural materials, and the price of agricultural materials are significantly negative correlation with scale land management.
