Abstract: Using rice straw, corncob, corn straw as substratum, the effects of six different formulations ratio on mycelial growth, time of sporocarp appearance and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata were studied to select the optimum formulations. The results indicated that with the ratio of 50% rice straw and 50% corncob, the yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata was the highest, reaching 11.88 kg/m2, and the biological transformation rate was 95.01%.

Key words: Stropharia rugosoannulata, substratum, ratio
