Abstract: With the development of information technology and e-commerce, logistics informatization transformation and upgrading, the construction of regional logistics and intelligent logistics is imperative. On the basis of the relevant literature review of the construction of intelligent logistics and intelligent logistics system, combined with the development situation and trend of intelligent logistics in the three major regions of Shaanxi, this paper constructs the intelligent logistics ecosystem of the three major regions in Shaanxi, improves the integration ability of logistics industry resources in Shaanxi province, and drives the logistics enterprise alliance and cooperation to the scale, integration, networking, specialization and intelligent development, enhances the market competitiveness of logistics industry in Shaanxi province, and realizes the integration, coordination and integrated development of the three regions in Shaanxi.
