Abstract: Based on the background identification and research overview of low-carbon rural tourism, this paper clarified the logical relationship between the “productive-living-ecological synchronization” and low-carbon rural tourism, and took this as the starting point to sort out the main problems existing in the process of low-carbon rural tourism in Shaanxi province, and then put forward the low-carbon path. In terms of production, we should pay attention to low-carbon reform in the supply side of rural tourism industry, and promote the green development of rural tourism; In terms of living, we need to improve the intensive level and formulate low-carbon consumption incentive measures for rural tourism; In terms of ecology, we should enhance the natural carbon sink capacity and create a green landscape pattern. In order to provide references for the low-carbon development of rural tourism in Shaanxi province and even China.
