Abstract: Using the SWOT analysis of enterprise strategic management research,this study analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of Ankang selenium-enriched tea industry.It is proposed that to improve the quality and efficiency of the industry,it is necessary to strengthen the leading enterprises,promote the large-scale and standardized operation of tea enterprises,strengthen the cooperation of production,teaching and research,cultivate professional and professional tea industry talents,establish Ankang selenium-enriched tea and speed up tea brand integration to promote the the integration of three industries,extend the tea industry chain,dock “the Belt and Road”initiative and develop the tea market.
