Abstract: Rape industry in Hubei province has obvious production advantages, but there are some problems in the development of leading enterprises of rapeseed oil, such as excessive processing capacity, large import impact, difficulty in financing, lack of big leader and big brand driving. Therefore, we should learn from the successful experience of other provinces, combine with the reality of Hubei province, seize the opportunity and implement comprehensive policies, to speed up the cultivation of rapeseed oil leading enterprises, and make “Hubei contribution”for the safety of edible oil supply in China.
