Determination of 19 organophosphorus pesticide residues in Citrus reticulata peel based on QuEChERS-GC method

Abstract: To establish a method of QuEChERS combined with GC for detection of the 19 kinds of pesticide residues in Citrus reticulata peel. The sample were extracted by acidified acetonitrile, purified by QuEChERS method, detected by flame photometric detector and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the good linear ranges of 19 organophosphorus pesticides were 0.050 0~0.500 0 μg/mL and the correlation coefficients were 0.994 1~0.998 9. The average recoveries were in the range of 80.4%~100.2%. The relative standard deviations were between 1.2% and 4.8%. The limits of quantification were in range of 0.010 0~0.020 4 μg/mL. The method is simple, sensitive and can be used for determination of 19 organophosphorus pesticides in Citrus reticulata peel.
