Abstract: The dynamic changes and the relativity of five mineral nutrients （N, P, K, Ca and Mg） of feeding ramie Emu No.6 leaves were studied during six harvest periods. The results showed that the content, absorption amount and absorption rate of the five nutrients in the leaves were N> Ca> K> Mg> P. The contents of N、P、K、Ca and Mg were different at different harvest periods. The absorption amount and absorption rate of the five elements changed in the same way, and all of them increased first and then decreased. Elements K and N, K and Mg showed remarkable negative relativity and positive relativity（P<0.05）, Ca and K, Ca and Mg showed extremely remarkable positive relativity（P<0.01）.
