Evaluation of the implementation effect of general land use planning based on GIS:Take Haian county as an example

Abstract

Abstract: The general land use planning was a macro-strategic measure to coordinate the development, utilization and protection of regional land resources and promote the coordinated development of regional economy, society and environment. Evaluation of the implementation effect of general land use planning was an important way to supervise the implementation process of land use planning and improve the utilization efficiency of land resources. Based on the data of the second land survey of Haian county in 2009, the data of land use status in 2014 and the data of land use planning in 2020, the implementation effect of the general land use planning of Haian county was evaluated. The results had reference value for the revision of land use planning and the optimization of land use direction of Haian county.
