Abstract: Based on the near-infrared spectrum analysis technology, this paper used the near-infrared diffuse reflection detection method to design an experimental system for the near-infrared detection of fruit sugar content. Taking typical economic fruit fresh jujube and banana as samples, the spectrogram of the whole samples and the spectrogram of the slice samples of the two fruits were studied, and the differences of the spectrogram were analyzed. The results showed that the near-infrared method could effectively realize the nondestructive testing of the fruit samples, and reflect the internal sugar content information of the fruit samples.

Key words: near-infrared diffuse reflection, nondestructive detection experiment, spectral analysis, fruit internal sugar content
