Research progress on Chinese yam micro tuber

Abstract: Chinese yam micro tuber is the main way to obtain the good Chinese yam virus-free varieties. The research progress of Chinese yam micro tuber at home and abroad was introduced, including the local varieties of Chinese yam, the significance of micro tuber research, the factors affecting the production efficiency of micro tuber, the precautions for micro tuber transplanting, the field growth of micro tuber, the problems existing in micro tuber production, and the prospect of application of micro tuber in production.
