Abstract: To study the difference of the purging effect of rhubarb, vinegar rhubarb and rhubarb charcoal on Dachengqi decoction, 96 experimental mice were randomly divided into positive control group, blank control group, DCQ 6,10 g/kg dose group, vinegar DCQ 6,10 g/kg dose group and carbon DCQ 6,10 g/kg dose group. The activities of rhubarb, rhubarb and Dachengqi decoction of rhubarb and rhubarb on normal diarrhea, propelling rate of carbon and Na+-K+-ATPasc activity in mice were compared. Results showed that the effects of rhubarb, rhubarb and rhubarb charcoal on the diarrhea of Dachengqi decoction were different, but the variation of Dachengqi decoction was related to rhubarb, rhubarb and rhubarb carbon. Compared with the blank control group and the positive control group, the DCQ group, the vinegar DCQ group and the carbon DCQ group had different effects on normal diarrhea, the propulsive effect of carbon end and the inhibition of the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase in normal mice, and the difference of the effect between the DCQ group and the DCQ group was the most significant. The effects of rhubarb, rhubarb and rhubarb carbon on the diarrhea of Dachengqi may be different, which may be related to the changes in the content of the main chemical composition of the radix dahuris, rhubarb and rhubarb charcoal.
