Abstract: Luomai163 was a high-yield,high-quality,widely suitable wheat（Triticum aestivum L.） new varieties which bred by Luohe City Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Henan Province in 2009,with using 6010 as the female parent and Florida as male parent,and it was approved by Crop Variety Approval Committee of Hubei Province in 2017. The breeding process,characteristics,production performance,quality characteristics and resistance were introduced. Moreover,the key cultivation techniques were elaborated.
